Hi. I'm Jasmine, I'm a LMFT. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2008. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Choosing to engage therapy is a meaningful and courageous step toward greater self-awareness and personal growth. While the process of growth can sometimes feel uncomfortable, it often creates opportunities for healing, clarity, and lasting transformation.
I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and the ability to create a more balanced and fulfilling life when they feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is strength-based and collaborative. In our work together, we will explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, build on your existing strengths and resilience, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change aligned with your values and goals.
With over twenty years of experience, I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy that integrates practical tools to support meaningful change. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)—approaches that help strengthen self-awareness, build confidence, and support motivation for positive growth.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater wellness, clarity, and balance—whatever that may look like for you.
Healing doesn't just happen in therapy, it happens when you feel seen, challenged, and supported enough to create lasting change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help adults and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, authentic, trauma-informed, and rooted in accountability.
Clients often tell me I feel like the auntie, big sister, cousin, or trusted friend who listens without judgment, tells you what you need to hear with compassion, and lovingly holds you accountable. I believe growth requires both empathy and action, so don't be surprised if you leave our sessions with practical tools, reflection exercises, or homework to continue your healing between appointments.
My background spans clinical social work, crisis intervention, nonprofit leadership, community mental health, advocacy, program development, and systems change. Because of this, I understand that healing isn't just about changing your thoughts—it's also about understanding your environment, your relationships, and the systems that have shaped your experiences.
Whether you're healing from trauma, processing grief, navigating a difficult season, improving your relationships, or trying to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you build resilience, discover your strengths, and create a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful, and authentic.

I am a psychotherapist, a meditation teacher, and an amateur naturalist. In my home country, I am licensed to conduct learning disability evaluations. My growing up was first-hand impacted by 3 very different languages and cultures. These cultures informed the style of my relationships and my esthetic preferences. For as long as I can remember, I have been mystified by human memory functioning, first as a scientist, then as a meditator. Having gone a long way from trying to remember everything I deemed worth remembering to a more effortless and drama-free attitude toward memory-creating moments, I am still making sense of what it means to integrate each moment of life as it comes. Approaching this subject experientially and relationally informs who I am as a practitioner and as a person.
If topics like cognitive functioning, memory styles and focus make your curiosity antennas hum, this is a place for you.
My approach to psychotherapy is highly relational and somewhat didactic. I love to explain everything I see and say at every step of the process. With me, you will never experience a blank screen characteristic of traditional psychoanalytic approaches (from which I draw inspiration in the realm of dream interpretation and theory).
