I am a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters in Counseling with emphasis in Child, Marriage, and Family Therapy in 2010 and have been working in the mental health field since. I help people of all ages and walks of life manage past traumas or just daily life stressors in order to become the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and why you're seeking support. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Many people find it difficult to seek help and I commend you on having the courage to consider therapy as a tool for self-exploration, growth, and healing. Many find that the best outcomes from therapy start with a trusting, collaborative relationship between therapist and consumer. I strive to offer a safe and non-judgmental environment with a commitment to placing the highest priority on your care. We will work together to identify and address your concerns to foster meaningful change in your life and meet your current needs.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with adults and teens/children struggling with issues related to stress and coping with life’s changes, crisis intervention, anxiety, identity, body image, self-esteem, and LBTQ+.
