About me

I’m so glad you’re here! I'm a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, grief, health issues, identity concerns, self-doubt, and major life transitions. Much of my work is with people who are used to being the person everyone else relies on and who are tired of doing it alone. My style is warm, collaborative, supportive, and personalized to your unique journey and identity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and how therapy can help. It is common to feel some anxiety or vulnerability when taking the first step which I strive to be understanding about.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Coming from a family of medical professionals, health and wellness is an important value for me. I've also written a book "Inner Child: A Brief, Illustrated Self-Compassion Meditation." Outside of sessions, I'm usually with my toddler and black Lab or on a yoga mat.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with people from all walks of life in California. I work closely with young women navigating identity, family expectations, and the pressure to hold it all together. As the daughter of Nepalese immigrants, I understand what it's like to move between cultural expectations and your own sense of self and am personally familiar with Southeast Asian cultural factors.
