(she/her)
As a supportive therapist, I fully assist clients to achieve empowerment and life of satisfaction. I effectively collaborate with clients to increase self-compassion and supportive social connections to live a life of independence and courage. With non-judgmental empathy, I listen to help clients understand their losses and even unendurable psychological pains, and provide ongoing support with therapeutic insight and expertise in a confidential setting.
During the first session, I take an assessment of client's bio-psycho-social status and provide an inviting connection to create and establish therapeutic collaboration. Most clients reported feeling relieved from the support and empowered to live a fuller life.
I have invested in high education and experience to gain knowledge and insight to help people reduce and manage their emotional pains and sufferings. My greatest strength is to help others achieve empowerment and life satisfaction.
I support clients who are suffering with emotional pains and trauma related crises that impact their mental health condition. I work best with clients who are determined to find their better path in life and deal with their fears to establish safe and nurturing life. As well, I support clients who may be struggling with overwhelming and fear-inducing issues until they feel strong enough to make proactive steps to build a better life.

I feel relief during my sessions with Rebecca as she is attentive to my concerns and gives excellent feedback when we are discussing my health status. Even though schedules are becoming difficult for me, Rebecca quickly provided "extra" by helping institute a plan to be more attentive to my weekly schedule. I look forward to our conversations and the work we are doing together to help with my health issues.

She is kind and really concerned about my health. She listens and that's all that matters right now.

I really like Rebecca because she has a warm and funny personality that makes our conversations feel comfortable and natural. She does a great job personalizing our sessions while still guiding the conversation back to the important things we need to work on. She is very kind, and I felt comfortable with her right away. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again next week.
