Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, I take an assessment of client's bio-psycho-social status and provide an inviting connection to create and establish therapeutic collaboration. Most clients reported feeling relieved from the support and empowered to live a fuller life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have invested in high education and experience to gain knowledge and insight to help people reduce and manage their emotional pains and sufferings. My greatest strength is to help others achieve empowerment and life satisfaction.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support clients who are suffering with emotional pains and trauma related crises that impact their mental health condition. I work best with clients who are determined to find their better path in life and deal with their fears to establish safe and nurturing life. As well, I support clients who may be struggling with overwhelming and fear-inducing issues until they feel strong enough to make proactive steps to build a better life.

I came to Rebecca for help after my husband died. She is very caring and non-judgmental. She assures me my emotions are normal and reminds me I have every right to be sad, angry, and lonely. She has provided several suggestions of how to cope with my depression and loneliness. I appreciate her taking the time to get to know me as I adjust to this next stage of my life. I look upon her as a friend!
