It takes courage to accept and seek help and set out on your recovery journey. My focus in our work will be on meeting you where you are at and in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore what can be helpful in addressing your needs, wants, and barriers to getting them met.
Together, we will challenge ourselves to show up authentically in relationship so we can examine the areas of your life that you would like support in. These areas can often include examining how systemic and cultural factors influence our perception of ourselves, others, and the world.
My hope in our work together is that you'll come away with a renewed sense of self and identity that not only addresses the hardships and challenges you have endured, but also empowers you to affirm your sense of agency, and make your mark on the world.
Hi, I am Boris. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been practicing for the past 7 years. In your unique life journey, you have navigated a path full of diverse experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Your story is a testament to your resilience and the growth that has emerged from your personal adventures. Throughout your life, you have embraced the power of self-discovery, learning, and transformation. Your narrative highlights your individual strengths and the lessons you've gathered along the way, shaping the remarkable person you've become today. It is your story, and I am here to listen, support, and help you explore your aspirations, identify your goals, and work together to create a future chapter that aligns with your desires and values.
You deserve support that actually feels supportive. Therapy isn’t just talking — it’s being understood, validated, and strengthened. I’m here to walk beside you with warmth and a holistic lens as you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, and self‑esteem challenges. My goal is to offer a space where you can breathe, grow, and feel more like yourself again. Whenever you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here.
Your life is changing and you’re not sure why you’re not handling it better. In my work with clients, I’ve seen that even good changes can make usually well-adjusted people struggle with day-to-day stress that didn’t seem to be a challenge in the past. I’ve worked with people who struggle with communicating emotions, prioritizing themselves, or feeling like their best is not good enough. If you feel like you can identify with those experiences and are not sure how to change things, I’d love to work with you.
I’m a therapist who values creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard and supported. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and strength-based therapy, depending on what fits you best. I also offer the option to incorporate faith into sessions if that’s something you’re looking for. I believe healing is possible, even when it feels far away, and that you already carry strengths we can build on together.
Hello, I’m Dr. Cami, a psychologist providing telehealth services to adults in California. I am a native of the Central Valley in California and come from a diverse cultural community. I currently reside in the beautiful country of Norway and enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, gardening, traveling, and learning new languages.
As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop helpful strategies to effectively navigate their path and the roadblocks that may arise on their journey in life. Upon feeling effective, it is a beautiful experience to walk with the individual as they re-story past hurts, emotions, and experiences into a story of empowerment and growth. As a therapist, this is the gift of therapy: a transactional experience of growth in the therapeutic relationship in which both I, and the client walk along the path of reclaiming self-compassion and identity.
In my work, I use warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to develop a strong alliance with my clients, grounded in authenticity and acceptance. I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which I encourage clients to approach challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. My clients have described me as open to learning and understanding their cultural values and beliefs, warm, easy to talk to, empathic and humorous in session.
If I were to use one sentence, to sum up my view of a healthy therapeutic treatment experience, it would be: Therapy, in its purity, is a place where an individual is validated, supported, and empowered to thrive on their path in life.
Hi, I’m Melinda—I'm dually licensed as a Mental Health Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. Hi, I'm Erica! I am an LCSW specializing in maternal/postpartum mental health. I am here to support new and expecting moms navigate the profound identity shifts that come with motherhood. Passionate about maternal mental health, my goal is to provide a compassionate space for new moms to explore the complexities of losing and rediscovering themselves in this new role. Whether supporting you through postpartum struggles, fertility challenges, or the emotional weight of balancing your past and present self, I am dedicated to helping you discover your inner strength. I also have a passion for supporting motherless mothers, helping those who are mothering without their mothers process grief, find strength in their journey, and build the kind of nurturing presence they may have longed for themselves.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly eleven years of clinical therapy experience within community mental health, private practice and the hospital setting. I have worked extensively with individuals and families connected to the military, as well as in the general community, to work through problems or through unfinished business. Unfortunately, it is usually from unprocessed trauma. Your body remembers, and it may need help letting it go.
I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to the clients I serve. I am especially passionate about supporting women who are leaving a toxic relationship, veterans experiencing a hard time with that crucial transition from military to civilian life, and children who shouldn't have experienced trauma, but have, and need a little extra support to heal and thrive.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-focused, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and restoration.

I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental disorders. I help them further develop their mindfulness, assertive communication skills, and capacity for love & respect for themselves, and, consequently, the rest of the world. I don't merely believe in therapy, I know first-hand the beneficial power it can provide. Before seeking mental health services for myself, I not only suffered from low self-esteem, I also experienced severe panic attacks. I am, and forever will be, grateful each and every day that those symptoms now only exist in my past. These are just a few of the reasons why mental health is by far my greatest passion in life.
Hello...I'm Tina! I help you holistically and sustainably manage and recover from anxiety, depression, burnout, and narcissistic abuse. When you work with me, I will help you understand your nervous system better, so you can learn how to self-regulate and take care of it better. A bit about me - I have a background as an artist, health coach, and yoga instructor. I love to travel, read, write, listen to audiobooks and podcasts, do yoga, and I'm a big self-care nerd. I work well with other creatives. Looking forward to meeting you!
Welcome, I am so glad you are here!
Taking the first step toward therapy requires immense courage, and I want you to know right from the start that you are in the right place, and you do not have to go through this alone. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, I bring over 10 years of heartfelt experience across a variety of settings. I earned my Master’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton, and have had the absolute privilege of walking alongside people of all ages and walks of life. Over the last decade, I have helped individuals navigate anxiety and depression, the deep pain of loss and grief, the uncertainty of major life transitions, and the heavy exhaustion of burnout. I also work closely with those untangling the complexities of past trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, and quieting the critical inner voice to build genuine self-esteem. Whatever challenges you are facing, we will work hand-in-hand to help you find clarity, reclaim your story, and discover your inner strength.
I want this to be a safe space where you unpack your story whenever you're ready. Your cultural background, social justice concerns, and the unique history that shapes who you are matters in this journey. I also warmly welcome the integration of spirituality and faith for anyone who wishes to weave those meaningful pieces into their healing journey. You get to show up exactly as you are today, knowing that all of you is safe and welcome. If you feel ready to take that next step, I invite you to schedule a session.
You've been holding it together for so long. It's time to let someone else help carry the load.
Mood struggles don't just affect how you feel. They shape your work, your relationships, and how you show up for the people you love. You're doing your best to manage, without anyone showing you how.
You deserve relief. And the confidence to handle the hard days when they come.
Whether you're living with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, or you're watching someone you love struggle, you've come to the right place.
I'm Amanda--a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual work with adults, parents, and caregivers. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people as they moved from survival mode to a life that actually feels like their own. I hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and I bring both the clinical depth of that training and the wisdom of real-world practice to every session.
My approach is collaborative and personalized — because you're not a diagnosis or a checklist, and therapy shouldn't feel like one. I'm a creative thinker by nature, and I use that to bring fresh perspectives to our work together, while also providing the structure and direction that meaningful progress requires. In our early sessions, we'll take time to understand what's really going on and build a clear, intentional plan that fits your life. Most of my clients notice a real, positive shift within the first month.
A steady, meaningful life isn't something other people get to have. It belongs to you, too. If you're ready to stop managing and start actually living, I'd love to connect.

Hi there, I’m Douglas.
When anxiety, uncertainty, or burnout take over, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of your next step. It doesn’t have to stay that way.
I work primarily with LGBTQ+ adults or/and those with ADHD who appear confident on the outside but feel anxious, scattered, or self-critical underneath. Many are high-achieving professionals experiencing rumination, identity stress, or relationship challenges while trying to meet strong internal and external expectations.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and ADHD Clinical Services Provider, I bring both structure and depth to our work. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, regulate emotional reactivity, and build practical systems that support clarity and follow-through. Therapy with me blends insight with action—so change feels steady, grounded, and sustainable.
If you’re ready to feel more centered, confident, and aligned in your life and relationships, I’d be honored to support you.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge and have been practicing for 12 years. I am a diplomate of The Academy of Cognitive Therapy. As a licensed therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am committed to helping clients identify and transform negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their emotional difficulties. Through CBT, therapy focuses on the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to support you in understanding and overcoming the challenges you face, while equipping you with the tools and strategies needed for long-term success. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, we will work together to achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being.
Do you feel stuck in some part of your life and want to feel more confident, at ease, and connected? I am here to help you to break through anxiety, symptoms of depression, personal and generational trauma, and other challenges you might be encountering that make it hard to be true to yourself or cause relationship issues.
In therapy, we will work collaboratively to help you reach your goals. Sometimes this can look like developing coping skills to handle stress more easily so you can move forward, learning your limits and setting priorities to maintain strong boundaries, or becoming a great communicator so you can actively practice how to speak, listen, and be heard.
Whatever you are struggling with, I will provide a safe, judgment-free space in which you can comfortably be yourself. I will guide you in finding harmony and fulfillment so that you can feel understood, find a sense of belonging, and have healthy relationships.
**Note: If you'd like to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit, feel free to contact or text me through my website: www.kristinchanmft.com. I look forward to hearing your story and working with you!

Hi, My name is Aaron and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves to see people start taking more control over their life and empowering them to become the mature, healthy person that they've always wanted to be. I've found that many people get bogged down by false lies/narratives that they have in their heads like, "I'm not good enough", "I can't handle it", or the all too common "I don't deserve ... ".
These lies, whether we realize it or not, end up impacting many area's of our life, especially the way we view ourselves. With me, my hope is that you will have a transformative experience in the way you look at yourself and believe in yourself. My goal is for you to grow in believing, "There are many good things about me and that's enough", or "I actually can handle it, and I can figure things out" or "I actually do deserve ..."
When you grow in actually believing these things, it's amazing how much more mature, healthy and confident you become. You can actually re-write the way you think about yourself and you can experience life to the fullest!

Hello and Seja bem-vindo! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I grew up in Brazil and moved to California to pursue my career as a therapist. Hi, I'm Marina,
Reaching out for therapy can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I know that many people come to their first session feeling nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, feel accepted, and know you don't have to figure everything out alone. With over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of helping people through anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and many of life's unexpected twists. Over the years, I've learned that no two people are alike, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in their growth. I won't just sit quietly and nod—I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback when it's helpful, and work alongside you to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change.
