Hello! My name is Tony and I've been working as a therapist for a little over 5 years. I've a wide range of experience helping clients navigate difficulties around anxiety, depression, intimacy, relationships, grief, and more. I 'm a firm believer in empowering clients to access their strengths in order to shake free from the baggage of their past. Let's begin reaching your goals today!

First session

The first session is a low pressure opportunity for us to begin to get to know one another. I will want to get an idea of who you are as an individual as well as what your therapeutic goals are! You'll also be able to ask me any questions you like to gain a better picture of the therapeutic process.

Strengths

What I will bring most to our sessions is curiosity, reflection, and collaboration. You'll have my full support to express exactly what you're needing out of therapy and to adjust, on a per session basis, what level of exploration you're feeling comfortable undertaking. At the end of the day, I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I will strive to empower you with the freedom to make your own choices, both in and out of the sessions.

Ideal clients

The clients I am best positioned to serve enjoy being introspective and are motivated to grow. I find that those two qualities are all that are needed to achieve positive change. I also love working with clients who are wanting to acquire stronger self-esteem and self love, and want to free themselves from the bonds of their trauma and past. Together, we can help you build healthier relationships, whether romantic, platonic, or familial, but especially with your self!

Treatment methods

Strength-Based

My goal is always to help clients recognize their strengths and to help identify how past difficulties and trauma have led us to who we have become today. We can shed off the parts we don't want, while fine tuning the strengths we have acquired over the years, in order to no longer be at the whim of our wounds.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts shape who we are and how we see the world. With a CBT approach, we'll take a closer look at the thoughts you're having and practice altering them, together, to evoke more comfortable emotions.
