Hi, I’m Yalda, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a warm, collaborative style to help clients build practical coping skills, gain insight, and feel more confident in managing life’s challenges. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in their healing and growth.
I enjoy working collaboratively to develop goals that are realistic, meaningful, and lead to positive change. I view therapy as a journey—one that helps you find steadier footing and supports you as you move along your unique path. Although much of my background has been in public service settings working with severe mental illness, acute crises, and trauma, I welcome concerns of any size. No problem is too small or too overwhelming to bring into therapy. I invite you to give the therapy process a chance to work for you!
I have been in the behavioral health field for more than 30 years and have been licensed since 2012. I have a practical, down-to-Earth style with an open-minded, solution focused approach. There is likely no issue too complicated or difficult for me to work with. I like to establish a clear treatment path with attainable goals, making it easier for you.
I encourage you to give the therapy process a chance to work for you. My goal is to offer steady support and thoughtful guidance as you discover a healing path that truly fits your life. While life can be challenging, you don’t have to navigate it alone—therapy can provide a safe space to find clarity, resilience, and hope.
I specialize in relationship issues, supporting young adults, couples and families. Attachment injuries and loss can affect how we feel about ourselves and limit our engagement with others. I can help you identify and let go of emotional reactivity and defensiveness. I offer Somatic therapy and EMDR to support people struggling with post-traumatic stress. Processing trauma in this way helps release emotional charge stored in the body to overcome past experiences that hold us back from living life fully. If you feel that you are stuck in a loop, this work can help you let go and move on. Being Daoist, I value living authentically, inner peace, and aligning with nature.
My name is Mark, and I have dedicated more than 15 years to working with families and youth in the foster care system. Before entering the field of foster care, I served as a combat medic in the military. This experience shaped my commitment to helping others and laid the foundation for my career.
I have always been drawn to roles where I can make a positive impact on others’ lives. Helping people has become my true passion. In all my work, I strive to share joy and compassion, centering my approach on the unique needs of each individual I support.

My journey to becoming a therapist started 29 years ago on a personal recovery journey, recovering from personal trauma and addiction in the entire system growing up including family, and coming from a low SES background, therapy became a way to reconcile the change I was going through in my life. Working with and helping others has always been a calling of mine, and becoming a therapist was a natural extension of that ongoing work on both myself and in my work with others.
Beginning with a humanistic approach means meeting the client where they are at, and then conceptualizing the approach with a combination of humanistic and positive psychology, systems theory, and recovery-oriented systems of care.

Together, we aim to restore your sense of safety, empowerment, and connection with yourself and others.

Does it feel like you can never fully catch your breath? That life is going too fast and tasks that once were trivial for you now seem overwhelming or exhausting? Keeping up with this rapidly changing world takes an immense amount of emotional fortitude. My hope is to be able to help others navigate life's obstacles with an authentic and nonjudgmental approach.
I specialized in Trauma while earning my degree and have helped many individuals, couples, and families work through and overcome the aftermath of traumatic events. I also have several years of experience helping people struggling with anxiety and depression.
One of the most important aspects of the therapeutic healing process is the connection between the client and therapist, so I encourage authentic communication if you do not feel we are a good fit as it can be an example of advocating for yourself in a powerful way.

Hi! I'm a licensed MFT based in Pasadena, CA (but practicing via Telehealth.) I received my masters from the University of Southern California in 2014 and cut my teeth working with young people and their families around LA. My education, training and experience have taught me more than just how to treat relationship issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral problems; I'm also acutely aware of the cultural contexts that shape my clients. I practice from a lens that is social justice-oriented, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities, and recognize that systemic issues like discrimination, racism, and oppression significantly impact mental health. I am comfortable treating many issues, but specialize in working with ADHD, "people pleasing," the "inner critic," and parenting.
I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused approaches with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they want to change.
I work especially well with adults navigating life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and high-stress personal or professional environments. I also support men dealing with pressure around identity, relationships, and emotional expression.
Outside of my clinical work, I value time outdoors, staying physically active, and being present with my family. I’m a father of five, including stepdaughters, which has given me a lived understanding of blended family dynamics, parenting, and complex family relationships across different stages of life.

I’m a licensed therapist who combines straight talk, deep empathy, and a bit of humor to help people untangle the patterns that keep them stuck and build lives that actually fit them. I work collaboratively and experientially—pulling from CBT, DBT, and narrative approaches—to help you make sense of your story, strengthen your resilience, and create practical change in the real world.
You’ve done therapy before. You’re self-aware, insightful, and capable—but your relationships still feel confusing, anxious, or one-sided. You overthink texts, question your needs, or stay in situations that leave you feeling unseen or emotionally drained. Despite insight, the pattern keeps repeating.
I specialize in helping women who feel stuck in confusing or painful relationship dynamics understand why this keeps happening—and how to change it. We break cycles of anxious attachment, over-giving, and self-doubt by working at the root—not just understanding it—so you can create relationships that feel clear, secure, and aligned.
My work focuses on attachment patterns, codependency, and deeper relational wounds—but more importantly, on helping you create real, lasting change. Together, we build self-trust you can actually rely on, set boundaries that hold, shift relationship patterns at their root—not just manage symptoms. This is active, insight driven work to move you forward.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by relationship conflict, long-standing emotional patterns, or life transitions that have left them feeling stuck or exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating difficult dynamics with partners, family members, or adult children, and are carrying a lot more than they show on the outside.
My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood as people - not problems to be fixed. I’m believe in developing a true partnership with my clients. I’m engaged, thoughtful, and deeply invested in helping you make sense of what you’ve been through and how it’s still affecting you today.
I work especially well with adults who want more than surface-level coping skills and are open to exploring deeper patterns, including childhood experiences, relationship trauma, and the emotional impact of chronic stress. Therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on insight, healing, and practical change.
Hi there, I’m Michelle,
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Are you struggling to find that happy, healthy, hopeful place in life? Whether it be from relationships, personal, or just life, sometimes we can just feel overwhelmed and out of sync with who we were or who we would like to become.
I am here to help facilitate that change. Together we can target the obstacles in your life and make a plan of action to put you on the right path. By using an integrative approach with effective therapeutic modalities we focus on the whole being to get you in balance.
My style is eclectic utilizing an empathetic position to build rapport while empowering you to become the stronger happier version of self. I combine affirmations and metaphoric narrative to separate you from the problem, allowing you to externalize the issues rather than internalize them.
I will meet you right where you are and provide a safe place for you to thrive and move forward.
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~Martin Luther King Jr.

I have been licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for 25 years and practicing the healing arts for over 30 years. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology in 1993 from California State University Northridge. I have worked as a therapist in the public sector for 28 years, serving adolescents and adults struggling with moderate to severe mental illness and substance use disorders, providing assessments, diagnoses and short term individual and group therapy. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and humanistic, with a primary focus on facilitating empowerment, self-actualization, healing, and growth.
This is my first career and something I have always been pulled to; my journey is a thorough reflection of why I work in this field. My path to becoming a licensed therapist was very intuitive-based; I went through experiences of pain, guilt, shame, loss of self, and the loss of my overall sense of life. Through my journey, I was able to understand pain and trauma, taking on a lot of spiritual remedies while turning my pain into passion, my passion into purpose, and my purpose into power as a healer. Due to my licensure journey, I not only understand the educational part of pain, trauma, and healing, but I also experienced painful and challenging moments myself, bringing me to a higher purpose for self and meaning of life! I am highly intuitive, empathic, gentle, and calm, and I am a good listener and healer. I have worked in addiction, with children who have autism and intellectual disabilities, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life coaching, spirituality, and connecting to the higher self.

Greetings. I’m David Joel Miller, licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. Before entering private practice, I worked as a substance abuse counselor and for my local County Behavioral Health. I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s transitions and overcome depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
After working as a substance abuse counselor and then a marriage and family therapist, I also completed the requirements for licensure as a professional clinical Counselor. I am also a certified life coach. I think of myself as an indoor mountain climber. I don’t like getting out in the cold and rain, but I do like taking on new challenges. I read a great deal and have learned a lot, but I continue to learn more things each day. Like most people my age, I have the frustrations of coping with technology. But one of my interns taught me how to answer texts, and now my younger family friends are teaching me how to use iPads and streaming videos. I hope that these experiences give me some insight into how things are changing and how some things don’t change at all. I’d like to accompany you as you try to work through your life challenges.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been practicing for 15 years. In the past 7 years, I have engaged in doing short-term, goal-oriented therapy with adults. I have always thought that individuals (especially adults that seek out therapy willfully) have in them the potentials to rethink their situation and work towards resolving their concerns when provided the appropriate tools allowing them to clearly see and identify what their objective is at that time.
I’m Shauna del Reed, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. My belief is simple: every part of who we are matters, influencing our health both mentally and physically. The tension in your shoulders, the racing thoughts at night, the unpredictable energy levels, the moments of irritability or foggy focus, and even the digestive discomfort you might dismiss, all have a story to tell.
In our work together, we look beneath the surface to understand what your symptoms are pointing to. Stress, trauma, and lifestyle patterns are often woven together, and when we address them in connection with each other, change becomes possible. I bring both clinical expertise and functional nutrition training to help you create a plan that is as practical as it is restorative.
I understand that healing is rarely linear, and it is never one size fits all. For this reason, I utilize a whole-person perspective, combined with compassion and curiosity, to support you in creating a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more aligned with the person you know yourself to be.
I am a Latinx therapist who began practicing in 2013 and have experience helping people heal and continue on their mental health journeys. I love to support individuals in feeling confident in their own choices and finding their best self. I hope to help you too in finding your own healing path going at your own pace and deciding what you want to focus on.

If you're tired of living according to everyone else's script and you're ready to step into the deeper joy, peace, and freedom that's been calling to you, I'm here to support that sacred transformation. Book with me, and let's begin the beautiful work of untethering you from self-limiting beliefs so you can finally create a life that feels authentically and joyfully yours. *Please note that your first session will be an intake and a determination if we are a good fit, not a full therapy session*
I enjoy working with adults who struggle with anger management. It's important to identify and understand the root cause of anger . Often, clients discover that hurt, shame, fear, embarrassment or loss are the triggers to unresolved anger. The good news is this can be solved, allowing clients to live more healthy, nurturing and fulfilled lives.
I use a strength based, skill driven, cognitive approach that is backed by research. Focus is given on identifying and eliminating thinking patterns that lead to unwanted aggressive behavior, homework assignments are provided to track daily thoughts and emotions and communication skills are taught to help you say what you mean - in a meaningful way.
