I am a mom, bonus mom, wife who has been blessed to work in my passion as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. With over a decade of experience as a dedicated therapist, passionate about providing access to quality mental health care. I specialize in working with diverse individuals and family dynamics, fostering a compassionate and accepting environment. My approach is rooted in authenticity, as I believe in the power of genuine connection to promote healing and growth. I am committed to supporting each client on their unique journey towards mental wellness.
Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for over 20 years having worked in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health, schools, substance abuse, and private practice in both CA and TX. I work with adults to (re)gain a healthy sense of self, improve emotional and functional well-being, and build healthy relationships. My approach is guided by years of clinical training and experiential knowledge, systems thinking, relational connection, and spiritual awareness, helping clients explore the emotional and existential patterns shaping their lives so change is both effective and meaningful.
I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health, relationship, stress, and life-transition concerns. My approach is practical, collaborative, and individualized, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, supportive psychotherapy, and skills-based interventions. I strive to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand the patterns affecting their lives, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and painful relationship patterns using EMDR therapy and a mind-body approach. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or disconnection, appearing “fine” on the outside while feeling anything but on the inside. My goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, release what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is at the heart of my work. It’s an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Through gentle bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), the mind can integrate painful experiences in a more adaptive way. Clients often describe EMDR as life-changing- it allows healing to occur on a deeper, neurological level, often when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough. My style is collaborative, intuitive, and compassionate. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and at peace within yourself.

Depression, anxiety and substance abuse/misuse are the areas I have concentrated on for the past 10 years. My skills include empathy, compassion and I also find, a good dose of humor goes a long way toward healing. Together we will find a way to help that will work best for you.

Hi, I’m Norma Elia Luna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Sol de Luna Therapy. I provide warm, collaborative, trauma-informed therapy that integrates attachment-focused and somatic perspectives. I believe the patterns we struggle with often make more sense when we understand what they have been trying to protect us from. In our work, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, emotions, and nervous system responses continue to shape the way you experience yourself and the people around you today. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own needs and strengths, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life and relationships you want.

I specialize in helping adults recover from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic anxiety, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. My approach is active, collaborative, and recovery-focused. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have been practicing since 2011. I have experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have been trained in a range of research-based practices including Managing and Adaptive Practice, Depression Treatment Quality Improvement, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Military Focus. I’m a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a warm, direct, practical, and collaborative style. I try to create a space that feels human rather than overly clinical, where clients can be honest, use humor when appropriate, and feel understood without being judged. My work is structured and goal-oriented, but I adapt therapy to the individual rather than expecting every client to fit one approach. I often help clients recognize patterns, understand where they come from, challenge beliefs that are no longer helping them, and translate insight into realistic changes in relationships, work, emotional regulation, and everyday life.
My approach integrates CBT, DBT-informed skills, attachment and family-of-origin work, trauma-informed care, strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and practical life-skills interventions. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance-use and recovery concerns, relationship difficulties, identity and LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. My background includes telehealth, private practice, outpatient and residential behavioral health settings, working with diverse adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and particularly value helping clients build self-awareness, confidence, healthier boundaries, stronger communication, and a life that feels more aligned with who they actually are.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly eleven years of clinical therapy experience within community mental health, private practice and the hospital setting. I have worked extensively with individuals and families connected to the military, as well as in the general community, to work through problems or through unfinished business. Unfortunately, it is usually from unprocessed trauma. Your body remembers, and it may need help letting it go.
I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to the clients I serve. I am especially passionate about supporting women who are leaving a toxic relationship, veterans experiencing a hard time with that crucial transition from military to civilian life, and children who shouldn't have experienced trauma, but have, and need a little extra support to heal and thrive.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-focused, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and restoration.
Hello! My name is Naomi Ortega, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Fulfilling my role as a therapist means a great deal to me, as does building genuine connections with my clients. You might feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, anxiety, or relationship stress that are hard to turn off. Even when things look fine on the outside, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything internally.
I work with adults who want to understand these patterns and respond differently, not just cope. Our work focuses on making sense of what is happening beneath the surface while also finding practical ways to feel more clear, grounded, and in control in daily life.
I integrate trauma informed care and parts work to help you build self-trust, set boundaries, and move through challenges with more clarity and confidence.

"Life is a journey, travel it well."
I believe we're all on our own individual journeys of life that sometimes put us in valleys and sometimes on top of hills. When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help.

It is my life purpose to help others especially when they cannot see the abundance and joy that is around us. I use many different modalities to guide clients on their journey. Hello, I’m Ciarys, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas.
As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is crucial in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I create a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions, experiences, etc. that can make everyday life tough. Life can be full of challenges, and sometimes, seeking professional support can be a game-changer. I’m proud to be able to meet my clients where they are at, as we explore what therapy has to offer.
I grew up in Los Angeles, California and am currently residing in Austin, TX. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Chicano/a Studies at the University of California Los Angeles in 2012 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Southern California in 2018. As a Latina woman, I have had the privilege of serving the Spanish-speaking community in addition to serving English-speakers of all different races and backgrounds. In 2023 I opened my private practice, Alta Therapy Center, with the hopes of making mental health more accessible.
Currently not accepting couples, fully accepting you, though! I work exclusively with adults in individual therapy.
If you’ve been stuck in the endless therapist scroll, trying to figure out who actually feels safe, relatable, and honest enough to open up to....... welcome!
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in mental health. This background allows me to approach your concerns with a holistic and informed perspective.
Many of the people I work with are carrying anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, identity exploration, burnout, anger, shame, grief, or the pressure of always having to “hold it together.” Some feel disconnected from themselves. Others are tired of surviving and want to start living more intentionally.
My approach is warm, grounded, direct, and deeply human. Therapy with me is not about analyzing you from a distance or pretending to have all the answers. It is a collaborative space where you can slow down, speak honestly, make sense of your experiences, and begin responding to yourself and your life differently.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I balance compassion with honesty. I will support you, challenge you when needed, and help you notice patterns that may no longer serve you without judgment or shame.
I work best with clients who are open to reflection, ready for meaningful change, and willing to engage in the process at their own pace. If you’re looking for a therapist who feels authentic, conversational, and intentional in the work, we may be a good fit.
Are you struggling with overwhelming worries, feeling weighed down by the heaviness of depression, or feeling unable to move past painful life experiences? I provide a safe, compassionate space that offers the support necessary to heal, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with a meaningful life. With interest and empathy, I honor clients' life experiences and their values. I'm driven by curiosity and a strong drive to make meaningful connections with people, and I believe that feeling understood and accepted is an important part of the therapeutic process. I strive to bring openness, authenticity, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship and to meet each client where they are.
Hello and Welcome!
I am a social worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to work with a psychiatrist who believed there was more to treating mental health than medication. I participated in a training with him and I was transformed as a therapist. I was trained in the relaxation response and mindfulness meditation and using the body to help heal people who have had significant trauma and mental health challenges. From there, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Since then, I have been helping children, adolescents and adults learn more about themselves and help them connect with the truest part of themselves. I believe my purpose is to help people learn to love themselves.
I lived in CA for a long time and still hold my LCSW license. I was fortunate enough to study with a number of teachers at Spirit Rock Meditation Center who have influenced my work. I blend a number of different frameworks into my practice including trauma-informed CBT, DBT, somatic psychotherapy and self-compassion.
I am mindful and respectful of all differences (racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, economic, gender, sexual orientation, ability etc.) and strive to understand each person within the context of their life history.
Every person who seeks treatment has unique needs and goals. I strive to work collaboratively with you to keep your goals at the center of our work together.
I stand in solidarity with the BIPOC community and all those impacted by systemic racism and oppression. I will uphold my own values and ethics and support all those who are speaking out against injustice of any kind. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe space for all.
Hola, I am Blanca "Janet" Monzon. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in communities of color, in the fields of education, mental health, and community organizing.
I’m also a POC, an intersectional feminist, with progressive radical views. Transparency is important to me because I believe that my identities and perspective inform the way I approach working in mental health.
In therapy, my goal is to help clients connect unapologetically to their most authentic selves by providing a non-judgemental space to process their inner thoughts and lived experiences. I believe therapy is a sacred space where deep healing can happen. Everyone deserves their own unique healing journey that leads to more joy, pleasure, and gentleness in our lives.

I especially enjoy working with professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and individuals with nontraditional careers or lifestyles who may look like they have it all together but still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what comes next. I specialize in treating high-level anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, infertility, and relationship difficulties. As your therapist, I tailor my approach to match the client's needs for continuous change, symptom relief, growth, and ignite personal change.
I always had a passion for therapy. I knew at 7 years old this was my calling. I went on to study Sociology in my undergraduate years and went to the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques.
Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients.
I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.

Together, we will explore what is making you stuck by utilizing a holistic approach and address issues of the mind, body, and spirit to strengthen you as an individual. I utilize elements of various modalities with each individual to find out where the wounds began, to close the doors to an unresolved past, to reframe negative core beliefs and its maladaptive influence, and to work towards healthy goals for your future. I can integrate faith-based counseling to build resilience and hope at your request.
Our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and rejuvenation for your soul. I will meet you with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build our therapeutic relationship, the process of healing and restoration will come.
I cannot wait to meet you!
