My name is Feji, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed modalities. My goal is to help clients uncover the root of their internal conflicts. I also guide clients in developing a deeper awareness of how trauma could manifest in their bodies. I often say that our bodies are wise, they consistently signal when unresolved emotions and inner conflicts are left unaddressed. Just as we tend to our physical health, it’s vital that we nurture our internal world with the same care and intention.

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s emotional and relational challenges. I often work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or family conflict, perinatal health (including fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum), parenting, immigration stress, body image struggles, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and existential questioning. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, understand your experiences, and feel truly heard. My work is guided by a feminist, social justice, and humanistic perspective, which means I aim to honor your unique story while recognizing the broader systems and experiences that shape our lives. In our work together, we may explore past experiences—such as childhood and family dynamics—to better understand patterns that still affect you today. We will also focus on practical tools and strategies to help you navigate current challenges. I often incorporate evidence-based approaches like mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy can be challenging, and it takes courage to say, “I need help.” I strive to meet every client with openness, compassion, and a nonjudgmental perspective. I also believe that moments of humor and lightness can be an important part of the healing process. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move through difficult moments and towards greater self-understanding and authenticity.

Hello! My name is Natasha and I have had the pleasure of helping people with life transitions for 30 years. I am passionate about helping people through the trials and tribulations of life and helping them find the strengths that are often already within. I use a systems based approach, considering all factors that may be impacting a person in crisis - whether that be individual, family, peers, community, work, school, gender, substance use, culture, or social media influences - to help them find a more fulfilling way to live. My therapy style is eclectic borrowing from many different schools of thought as best fits my clients' needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques for a shorter, solution-focused treatment such as for anxiety or depression. I use a more psychodynamic approach for lengthier and more complex issues such as trauma. I am client-centered and very relational in my interactions. Some of my guiding principles include Unconditional Positive Regard, harm reduction, kindness and compassion above all. And of course, always a healthy dose of humor which can be found in even the darkest of times. I look forward to joining you on your journey to a healthier and happier self.

Are you struggling with the ability to practice self-love? Or maybe you are not entirely sure exactly what that is. Perhaps you are tired of feeling bad about yourself, your appearance, guilty for not being "enough" to others, and lacking energy. For some people, feeling like this leads them to try and feel better by eating, overspending money, overexercising, or investing in bad relationships. Often enough, time spent in these ways (and more) can leave someone feeling even more depleted. If you can relate to any of this, you are certainly not alone. Together we will tackle your discontent stemming from your challenges to understand and practice self-love. You will learn what self-love consists of, understand how to shift any unhelpful thought patterns, build better boundaries, and put into practice what you have learned during weekly sessions and through homework assignments in between sessions to improve your ability to demonstrate that you love being YOU! I have over 7 years of experience as a licensed therapist working with individuals and couples. I am also a licensed CPA so I integrate a practical and structured approach to therapy where I will validate your concerns while supporting your movement towards solutions.

Hi there, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based just outside of Portland, Oregon, and I’m licensed to work with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. I have been practicing for over 18 years and also work full time as a manager in a large healthcare organization, where I support teams and programs focused on helping people grow and thrive. As a therapist, I love helping people get clear on what matters most to them- what they want life to look and feel like, and then walking alongside them as they take steps toward those goals. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where we’re exploring together what helps you feel more grounded, capable, and connected. A quick note: My practice focuses on working with individuals. If you’re looking for therapy for you and your partner together, I encourage finding a therapist who specializes in couples work to ensure you get the most out of that experience.

Are you struggling with something that happened? Maybe you’re having a hard time after a car accident, medical procedure, assault, natural disaster, or witnessing something shocking. Or maybe what happened doesn’t seem “big” enough to call trauma, but you know it changed something in you. Some experiences are what we call “big T” traumas. But there are also “little t” traumas. Being neglected or made to feel invisible, being made fun of, getting yelled at, or losing a pet can leave a lasting mark too. An experience doesn’t have to seem “big” to everyone else. What matters is how it affected you. I’m a trauma therapist who uses EMDR and other therapies to help people work through overwhelming experiences and feel more like themselves again. I also work with healthcare workers who have experienced disturbing or traumatic situations in the course of their jobs. You may be carrying something you saw, heard, or had to do that is difficult to talk about with people who haven’t been there. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teenagers as well. This is a time of life when everything can feel big, and having a place where you don’t have to minimize what you’re feeling can make a real difference. Therapy with me is active and collaborative. We’ll work together to understand what is keeping you stuck and find ways to help you. If you’re motivated and short on time, I can also give you practical tools and knowledge you can use between sessions to support yourself through a difficult space. I’m probably a good fit if you’re ready to work on the impact of something overwhelming and want a therapist who will take your experience seriously, even if other people might not understand why it affected you so deeply.

I love walking alongside people at every stage of life, from young adolescents figuring out big emotions for the first time, to parents working toward reunification with their children, to older adults facing the realities of long-term illness. Wherever you're starting from, I want you to feel like you have a steady, supportive partner in your corner. My work is shaped by years spent supporting families through reunification, teenagers navigating overwhelming emotions, and older adults managing chronic illness. I bring that same steady presence to every client I work with, no matter where you're starting from.

Couples: I am TAKING Couples again. However only on Cash Pay basis. This is how it will work: You can schedule with me an hour consultation, you don't both have to be present, for this Consultation. From there we will meet 5 to 6 times for 1.5 hour sessions. It is very difficult to have Couples sessions within 60 min. The Cash pay is $250.00 for the 1.5 hour sessions. I understand the cost can be a deterrent in seeking help, however if you are both committed to doing the work 5 to 6 sessions should be productive and enough to see changes. Individuals: Of course I am still taking individuals that are or are not in a relationship and need help. We were never taught how to be in a relationship of any kind. Yes there are tons of books of how to, however to put them to practical use can be very difficult. This can also relate to a relationship with a family member, friends or co-workers. Sometimes our own mental health can influence all of our relationships, and you may need coping techniques for anxiety and or depression type symptoms. I will work with you individually to help you gain insight to your own behavior that may be influencing your relationship. I am here to help with coping strategies for anxiety and depression symptoms or learning how to communicate more effectively with others.

Hi! iHola! I’m Edwin, born and raised in North Hollywood, CA, am a first-generation college graduate and second-generation Latino from Salvadoran immigrant parents. Despite how much the value of family and closeness was instilled by my culture, my own identification as a queer Latino brought profound challenges with belonging, acceptance, self-worth, and self-love. Although it is a life-long journey, I have found meaning participating in my own therapy and am here to support you through that first step.

Is your child having issues managing his emotions and not sure how to help them? Having difficulties sharing how you feel with others? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I can help guide and empower you to meet your therapeutic goals. PLEASE NOTE: I specialize in Gerontology. I believe in empowering older adults by fostering independence, resilience and sense of identity. Aging is a journey that should be met with dignity, respect, and opportunities for growth. By actively listening, providing tailored support, and encouraging self-determination, I can help older adults maintain their autonomy and confidence. Resilience is nurtured through meaningful connections, purposeful activities, and a focus on strengths rather than limitations. I am committed to honoring an individual's experiences, celebrating their uniqueness, and creating environments where people feel valued and capable. I challenge stereotypes about aging and promote a vision of later life filled with possibility and fulfillment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, or life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals and develop a plan that supports lasting and positive change. I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood dysregulation. I began providing therapeutic services in 2009 in a school-based setting, supporting students through mental health interventions as part of their IEP services. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and greater emotional balance. I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed my supervised clinical training through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and applying evidence-based strategies to support improved functioning and overall well-being. Please note: I do not provide psychological assessments, disability evaluations, or documentation for emotional support animals.
