My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I believe meaningful change happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and feeling genuinely understood.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my goal is to create a supportive and comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and able to share at your own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the challenges and strengths that are most important to you. I view therapy as a collaborative process and strive to meet clients where they are while building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and authenticity.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with clients by meeting them where they are, with compassion, empathy, honesty, and sometimes a little humor when appropriate. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe being themselves, exploring difficult emotions, and working through challenges without feeling judged or alone. My approach balances emotional support with practical coping strategies and skill-building to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and meaningful long-term growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, substance use, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves and others. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, improving relationships, and developing healthier coping strategies that support long-term growth and healing.
