I am Ryan Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas with over ten years of experience in mental health. Growing up in a military family, I moved frequently and lived in several communities early in life. I started college at Grambling State University in Louisiana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield. Working in correctional facilities showed me how trauma, grief, and unaddressed mental health struggles affect individuals and families. That experience inspired me to earn a master’s degree in Social Work so I could support people through their hardest moments. Over the past decade, I have provided care across community mental health settings, correctional facilities, and telemental health platforms. Whether you are dealing with a situational situation or a longer-term struggle I'll be there to support you through your work. You have already taken a big step in the right direction just by reading through different clinicians' statements. The next step is to choose a clinician, contact Growth Therapy and set up an appointment. Sometimes these are the hardest steps to take. One of my most important goals is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated, and supported and provide you with no judgment, compassion and respect.

Fertility & Reproduction Issues
Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002. In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies. In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling. I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

Hello, I’m Kim Paylor, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), school counselor, and clinical supervisor with a diverse background in mental health, education, case management, and student support services. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, veterans, families, and young adults across school, community, and clinical settings. My experience includes working as a school counselor, special education resource teacher, therapist in private practice and telehealth settings, and clinical case manager within the HUD-VASH program supporting veterans. Prior to entering the mental health field, I also spent many years working in customer service, payroll, human resources, and university settings, which has given me a strong understanding of life stressors, workplace challenges, relationships, parenting, and major life transitions. I bring warmth, compassion, authenticity, and real-world understanding into the counseling relationship. I specialize in anxiety, emotional wellness, trauma-informed care, self-esteem, stress management, and helping clients develop healthier coping skills, emotional resilience, and greater confidence in themselves and their lives. My strongest area of focus is supporting adolescents, teens, and adults between the ages of 11–45. My therapeutic style is highly person-centered, supportive, and collaborative. While I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, I strive to create a counseling experience that feels approachable, practical, empowering, and genuinely supportive rather than overly clinical or judgmental. I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly heard, valued, and comfortable being themselves. I often incorporate guidance, emotional support, skill-building, and strengths-based strategies to help clients not only process challenges, but also build confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools they can apply in everyday life. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and encouraged as they work toward healing, balance, and meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Alexa Eguchi Diaz, LMFT. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals through recovery, mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, and meaningful life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and encouraged enough to grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in attachment-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I believe our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships all influence the ways we cope and move through life. In our work together, we may explore the deeper patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others while also developing practical tools to help you navigate challenges in the present. I believe meaningful change involves both understanding yourself more deeply and practicing new ways of responding. I especially enjoy working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they understand but have difficulty changing, are navigating recovery, or are experiencing challenges with relationships, boundaries, self-trust, or major life changes. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My role is not to tell you who you should be or what choices you should make. Instead, I want to help you better understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and feel more confident in creating a life that feels authentic, connected, and sustainable.

Everyone has a story and a unique voice. Let me help you find yours. I practice cultural competency, cultivating awareness of stagnant emotions through mindfulness, and exploring strengths and passions. I hope to fully support you during this moment in your life and help you meet your goals. I’m passionate about helping people become aware of the link between body and mind, as they work toward discovering their authentic selves. Sometimes, facilitating change can be overwhelming. I can help you through those times with evidenced-based therapies, including seeking safety and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I have extensive experience working with clients of all ages, families, and groups on issues of addiction, blended families, divorce, trauma, and spirituality. I have also participated in immersion and liberation psychology programs in Mexico City and El Salvador. I’ve been using a video platform with my clients for many years. It helps make therapy more accessible, more convenient, and I’ve found it to be just as effective. Also, clients can practice with online tools during and after our sessions. I love animals, dance fitness, especially Zumba, all types of yoga including earning a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Hello. I am a licensed social worker in California. I began practicing in the mental health/behavioral health field in 2011. I originally was licensed in Maryland in 2015 but then returned to California in 2016. Since starting in the field, I have worked with individuals ranging in age from 4 years old to 75 years old; most experience working with individuals between the ages of 10 and 35. I have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, and relationship issues. I am an ally of the LGBTQI community and can provide a safe, telehealth space for them. Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot accommodate individuals seeking letters for emotional support animals or those mandated by the court or legal system for therapy. With that said, my goal in being a counselor, is to assist my clients in meeting their identified treatment needs. I am flexible and willing to do whatever I need to do to assist you and help you in any way that I can. If when viewing my profile, you feel as though I am a good fit, but my schedule does not meet your scheduling needs, please feel free to send me a message as I may be able to fit you in at a different time. I use strength-based supportive approaches that promote growth and healing. My approach focuses on deep care and respect for you. I value your experiences, thoughts, and feelings and apply a non-judgmental stance making my sessions a comfortable experience. I focus on providing a collaborative and supportive environment where you can express yourself freely.

I’m a licensed therapist specializing in co-occurring mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder and addiction/alcoholism. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles they genuinely want to break—whether that’s , unhealthy relationships or feeling overwhelmed. My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real-life application. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I focus just as much on helping you actually use these tools in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t just about insight—it’s about change, accountability, and building a better life. Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, honest without being harsh, and able to balance structure with flexibility. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist—I show up as a real person in the room, and I value authenticity on both sides. I’ll challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and help you stay focused on your goals.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I have experience supporting adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and employment-related challenges. I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, while keeping our work personal and realistic. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you have a safe space to be honest, process what you’re going through, and work toward meaningful change.

Hi! Welcome to my practice! I offer therapy as a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals move through anxiety, depression, hurt, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you feel grounded and capable of meaningful change. I use evidence‑based approaches like DBT, CBT, and Problem‑Solving Therapy to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and practice tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is welcoming and human. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished story—just a willingness to show up as you are. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and more connected to your own strength.

Welcome! I am Elaine McCullough. I commend you for taking the first step in bettering your emotional and mental health. It takes a lot of courage to schedule that first therapy session. Although it can be scary and confusing, it can also be empowering. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles and concerns related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.

I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My style is direct, curious, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I take a holistic, culturally aware approach and believe therapy should lead not only to greater insight, but to meaningful change in everyday life. I value honesty, self-reflection, and creating a space where clients can explore difficult things without feeling judged.
