Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I provide a safe, empathic, and validating space for clients to explore their inner world while also learning therapeutic skills to manage life’s challenges. My style is warm, authentic, and often sprinkled with humor.
I’m passionate about helping clients better understand their emotional experiences and reconnect with what matters most to them. I also have a deep commitment to supporting underserved communities, including the Hispanic/Latino population.
Whether we’re processing painful experiences or building practical tools, I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Therapy with me is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you connect more fully with yourself and your values, and finding a path forward that feels right for you.
My dream client is a high-functioning woman who appears to be managing it all—but inside, she’s carrying the weight of anxiety, pressure, and deep emotional overwhelm. She might be navigating a major life transition like divorce, a career pivot, motherhood, fertility challenges, or menopause. She may be successful on paper yet struggling to maintain boundaries, meet others’ expectations, or feel truly connected to herself. She could be facing workplace discrimination, identity shifts, or silently asking, “When is it my turn to exhale?”
I work best with women who are insightful, motivated for change, and ready to explore the roots of their stress—not just cope, but understand. Using an integrative blend of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, I offer a collaborative, empowering space where clients can slow down, reflect, and build tools for realignment—emotionally, mentally, and authentically.

You might be in a very dark sad and lonely place, or you may be feeling intense anxiety and sometimes even panic or perhaps you are dealing with a lot of pain and uncertainty due to illness or disability. Right now, you’re at the point of knowing that something has to change, you’re ready but you just don’t know how to do it on your own.
You want to feel better. You just want to be yourself again, maybe a different or better version of yourself. As your therapist I can be a flashlight as you walk through this shadowy path that you find yourself on right now.

As a licensed LMFT therapist, I support clients towards their self-discovery process through the transformative power of psychotherapy to create meaningful changes in life, empower unique gifts and purpose, and enhance mental and emotional well-being. I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of insight and wisdom that can be cultivated through therapy. My approach is warm, relational, strengths-based and trauma-informed. I work from a place of compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. Whether you are looking for guidance, improved relationships, insight, or to develop healthy coping strategies, you can make meaningful changes in your life one step at a time. So I encourage you to take time for yourself to nurture your mental and emotional well-being, activating your innate ability to cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am here for you. As a seasoned Therapist, I understand that embarking on the therapy journey can be scary and bring up numerous feelings. This is "your time" to explore, take risks, sit quietly and lead in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. I do not believe that there is one way to do therapy. If you have difficulty starting to tell your story, I may ask you questions to get to know you.
I understand that just as I am getting to know you, you are getting to know me. We are mutually exploring "our fit."
I first and foremost adapt my style of therapy to meet your needs. We work together to identify what best supports you toward your goals or areas of focus in therapy. Some clients progress through insight and understanding about an issue while others progress through tangible present-moment skills and tools, all of which I can provide support you with. I also feel that Identity (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc) plays an important role about how we experience the world and how the world views us and I incorporate this into therapy. I see therapy as an equal and collaborative effort between us.
I offer a broad range of personal experiences and clinical background to therapy. I enjoy working with people of color and I identify strongly with them. I have extensive experience working with couples, mixed race individuals, inter-racial relationships, the LGBTQQI community, and athletes.
I believe I have a great feel for supporting you to be comfortable entering into therapy. Finding a balance of acceptance of you and where you are at in your life while also supporting you with the change you want to make. I offer inquisitive questions to inspire critical thought with tangible actions and tools that you can use.

Hello, my name is Bryan Llorente, I am a licensed clinical social worker and have experience working in several clinical and therapeutic settings. I started my career at Advent Health Hospice Care, one of the largest non-profit hospital systems in the country. Through this position I gained experience in providing therapeutic counseling services to individuals and families who are going through major transitional period in their lives (receiving a terminal illness, death of loved one, living adjustments etc.) As a result I am well experienced in dealing with depression, anxiety, situational stress, loss of a loved one, grief, and am understanding of how medical issues can affect a person’s mental health. I have also worked for Orlando Health at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies covering the ED/Triage, antepartum and postpartum units of the hospital. This position gave me experience with providing crisis interventions and psychotherapeutic counseling to patient's who have a history of severe mental health issues, or who are actively experiencing medical emergencies, traumatic events, domestic violence, manic/depressive episodes, psychotic episodes, and suicidal ideations. In addition, I provided education on post partum depression and child care. In 2021 I began teaching classes as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Central Florida's College of Health Professions and Sciences. I have also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Line where I learned how to deal with a variety of mental health and emotional crisis situations over the phone. I feel well equipped to help my clients deal with a variety of issues, whether in person, or online. I take an objective and collaborative approach to understanding problems, and work with clients to create strategies to address problems head on so that clients learn the skills necessary to achieve their goals.
I love what I do: Connecting with people. In the spirit of authenticity, let me start by saying how much my personal experiences have shaped my passion for helping others.
If it wasn't for those who have supported, guided, and challenged me to find well-being, Feel Well With Arielle would still simply be an idea rather than the growing community it is today. My goal is to collaborate with my clients to get out of their own heads - and their own ways - to also find well-being.
Together we will reflect, explore, and challenge any patterns that are no longer serving you to find ones that do.
Are you struggling in living your best life? Do you feel ‘off’ and not sure why? Having difficulties in your interpersonal relationships at home/work?
Is the past keeping you feeling stuck?
I will help identify and explore barriers keeping you feel ‘stuck’ in life. We’ll work together in identifying what is keeping you from living an authentic and fulfilling life.
I will work with you in developing healthy coping strategies and tools in order to enrich your everyday life and overall functioning. This can be with family, friends, or in whatever capacity you’re struggling. We can identify how anxiety and depressive symptomolgy presents. How you currently deal with interpersonal and behavioral issues and develop new healthy coping strategies.

Hi! Hola! Welcome to my page! I'm a bilingual, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Notre Dame de Namur University in Clinical Psychology and have been practicing for 8 years. I enjoy working with families, youth, and adults navigating through life challenges that include grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, generational relational trauma, and life stress.
Hello, I have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years and have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2010. I have worked in multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, community-based) and with all ages across the spectrum of mental health issues, from severe and persistent mental illness to lifespan adjustment and transition issues, work-related stress, parenting or other relationship stress, etc. I work to help clients gain insight and develop skills for better symptom and life management. I'm a licensed MFT #81396. My ultimate goal in my therapy work is to help my clients believe in themselves as much as I believe in them. I work with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and countless life issues.
While I am deeply humanistic, I also frequently employ elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge clients' negative self-talk, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help them navigate big feelings. My work is informed by Object Relations theory, in which the therapist provides the client with empathy and attunement. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, which is an invaluable tool for clients struggling with trauma.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide a safe, accepting, and mindful environment as well as culturally sensitive services for children, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties with emotional stress such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, behavioral issues such as ADHD, defiant, and oppositional behaviors, culture-related stress such as immigration and issues regarding identity including gender variant clients.
I strive to help clients move beyond the point that prevents them from living fulfilling lives. In helping clients to realize their life goals, I'll assist them in identifying possible ineffective responses to life stressors and coping patterns in order to replace them with those that lead to a higher quality of living.
