I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical social work across medical, academic, and private practice settings. My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and a commitment to evidence-based, integrative treatment that supports each client’s individual goals and strengths.
My experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and the San Francisco Stress and Anxiety Center. These diverse environments have informed a comprehensive approach that values collaboration, holistic assessment, and continuity of care.
My name is Anna Grabarczyk (grah-bar-chick). I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, based in Los Angeles, California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have 12 years of experience working in residential and outpatient clinical facilities, in both private and public settings.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs and conditions of the clients with whom I work.
I focus on several approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Solution-Focused therapy
Trauma-Informed care
Attachment-Based theory
EMDR
Ericksonian techniques
My values as a therapist include openness, non-judgment, empathy, cultural humility, strength based, and unconditional positive regard. My approach is integrative and centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused-therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss, to name a few. I aspire to cultivate a trusting, safe and empowering space for the people I serve. I place a lot of emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with patients that allows for authentic self-expression.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe anxiety is taking up too much space, relationships feel strained, or you find yourself repeating patterns you thought you had already worked through. You want clarity, balance, and healthier ways of responding — but you’re not sure where to start.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families. I believe each person already holds insight and strength within them. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you uncover deeper understanding, build on your strengths, and make intentional choices aligned with your values.
My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in mutual respect. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges while also exploring deeper patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling grounded, connected, or confident.
I am an LPCC in California and an LPC in Texas. My educational background consists of earning my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master's in clinical counseling, and a Master's in Addictions. I am a National Certified Counselor and am a certified addictions counselor.
My past clinical experience includes working for a crisis center where the majority of clients experienced issues related to suicide, homicide, domestic violence, and child and elder abuse. These issues impact people of all ages, races, and ethnic groups. I have also worked for a county-based permanent assisted housing development where all of the clients have experienced episodes of homelessness, and have been significantly impacted by issues of trauma, depression, addictions, domestic violence, and child abuse.
My dream client is a high-functioning woman who appears to be managing it all—but inside, she’s carrying the weight of anxiety, pressure, and deep emotional overwhelm. She might be navigating a major life transition like divorce, a career pivot, motherhood, fertility challenges, or menopause. She may be successful on paper yet struggling to maintain boundaries, meet others’ expectations, or feel truly connected to herself. She could be facing workplace discrimination, identity shifts, or silently asking, “When is it my turn to exhale?”
I work best with women who are insightful, motivated for change, and ready to explore the roots of their stress—not just cope, but understand. Using an integrative blend of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, I offer a collaborative, empowering space where clients can slow down, reflect, and build tools for realignment—emotionally, mentally, and authentically.
certified MENOPAUSE COACH
I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented, blending practical tools with deeper exploration of patterns. I create a grounded, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, better understand their emotional responses, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward at a pace that feels steady and manageable.
I’m Dr. Claudia Nuñez a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is not about reliving pain for its own sake. It is about understanding what your suffering has been signaling, and bringing that understanding into the present so you can live with more clarity, self compassion, and choice.
Many of the people I work with feel caught in anxiety and overthinking, people pleasing, guilt, burnout, or a deep sense that something needs to change but they cannot quite name what. Others are moving through grief or life transitions that have shaken their identity, relationships, or sense of direction. Some are navigating a spiritual calling or values shift, and feeling both pulled toward meaning and exhausted by the weight of it all.
My approach is integrative and evidence based, with Internal Family Systems as a foundational framework. We work with symptoms and patterns as strategies that once helped you get through something difficult. Together we identify what those strategies have been protecting, understanding your unique history, what you truly need now, and how to respond in ways that feel more aligned and sustainable.
Alongside talk therapy, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and narrative reflection so insight becomes change you can feel in real life. When helpful, we use grounding and breath practices to support nervous system regulation, not to bypass pain, but to build steadiness and stay present with what is true. My style is warm, collaborative, trauma informed, and culturally responsive. We move at a pace that respects your boundaries while supporting meaningful growth.

Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore strategies to help navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m excited to work with you and help you achieve the growth and change you're seeking. I look forward to meeting you!

It’s about being witnessed in your vulnerability, meeting yourself with compassion, and remembering who you are beneath the protective layers that once kept you safe.

Hi, I’m George.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University—but more importantly, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more in control of their lives.
I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2017, and my journey has taken me through a wide range of settings—from private practice to Full Service Partnership (FSP), Assertive Outreach Team (AOT), transitional housing, and community health clinics. Each space has shaped the way I show up as a therapist: grounded, compassionate, and always focused on meeting people where they’re at.
I bring clinical experience, sure-but I also bring a very human approach. Therapy with me isn't about hierarchy or diagnoses. It's collaborative space where you can talk about the hard stuff without judgement, explore what's working (and what's not), and start building a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.

Craig Steckowski is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based out of California and serves clients in both California and Virginia. He served in the Marine Corps prior to attending Alliant University in Irvine, CA for his therapy Master’s degree. After school, Craig then went on to work in Orange County. He was an advocate with the court system for mental health treatment and rehabilitation from chemical dependency. He also spent some time working for an agency that provided support to the homeless population and later, in a community clinic in New Hampshire where he helped to create services that met the needs of the community.
Each of these experiences helped to shape Craig’s philosophy toward therapy, which is that therapy should be a non-judgemental, welcoming space for his clients to be their unfiltered, authentic selves. “I just truly want therapy to be a place that you look forward to and value,” he wants clients to know. “It’s your space, and nothing you say, do, or experience is going to change my perception of you.”
His main goal as a therapist is to connect with his clients and offer them a place of solid, consistent, and positive support that they can depend on. He prioritizes maintaining a low enough caseload that clients can maintain a regular therapy schedule with him. He also encourages his clients to reach out between sessions if need be. “If you need me to be your hype man and help you through something, I’ll be there.”
In his free time, Craig focuses on doing things that help rejuvenate him which includes spending time outside and quality time with his wife. He also regularly seeks professional support from a trusted mentor in the field to ensure he is practicing mindfully and ethically.
I'm a licensed MFT #81396. My ultimate goal in my therapy work is to help my clients believe in themselves as much as I believe in them. I work with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and countless life issues.

My work is informed by Object Relations theory, in which the therapist provides the client with empathy and attunement. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, which is an invaluable tool for clients struggling with trauma.
