Welcome I am so glad you are here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you do not have to navigate this alone. Whether you are struggling to find balance amid overwhelming work stress, trying to improve communication in your relationships, or looking for practical ways to ease the heavy weight of anxiety and depression, I am here to help. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to explore your goals, untangle complex emotions, and build the tools you need to reclaim your peace of mind and live a more fulfilling life.
During our initial session, I will introduce myself and walk you through what to expect from our work together. We will discuss your goals for therapy, your background, and any previous counseling experiences. I will also review informed consent and confidentiality, and quickly verify your location for teletherapy safety protocols. My main priority is to listen to what is bringing you to therapy right now and outline a warm, direct plan to help you heal.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to balance deep empathy and warmth with a direct, honest approach. This means you will always feel completely supported and truly heard, while also being gently challenged to see new perspectives and create real, lasting change.

Deb is fantastic to talk to. Very compassionate and understanding of my needs. I've seen other therapists and she is one that I have stuck with because of who she is.
