Hi There! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with seven years of experience supporting individuals navigate life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and compassion, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and that each person is the expert of their own life. Together, we'll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we’ll begin with introductions and take time to explore your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. I’ll also review the logistical aspects of therapy, including confidentiality and practice policies so that you know what to expect. This initial session is an opportunity to ask questions, feel comfortable, and begin building a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with several different communities (i.e. intellectual disabilities and co-morbidities, substance use, veterans, teens, adults, adolescents, etc.) for the past 7 years, I’ve developed an effective approach that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support individuals experiencing anxiety and the effects of trauma or PTSD. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, hypervigilant, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, and are seeking a safe, supportive space to heal and regain a sense of stability.

My treatment methods

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that helps clients access and process emotional material stored in the body. The goal is to maintain focus on a ‘brain spot’ while allowing thoughts, sensations, and emotions to naturally arise and process without forcing change. I’ll provide attunement, grounding, and containment throughout the process, helping you release stored trauma and achieve greater emotional regulation.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an evidenced-based practice that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Change is made by understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution Focused Brief therapy is a therapeutic approach used to amplify clients strengths and resources to achieve change. It's a future-oriented, collaborative, action-oriented approach that is respectful of your autonomy.
