Additionally, I utilize AI in my practice to help me with my documentation. If you are uncomfortable with the use of AI in our sessions than I would ask that you find another therapist who does not use AI.

I specialize in relational trauma, including domestic violence and childhood trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, helping them break unhealthy patterns, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR. I meet clients where they are while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them, helping them build insight and practical coping skills. I am supportive, honest, and straightforward. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share openly, while also offering clear feedback and guidance. I balance empathy with gentle challenge to help clients move forward. I help clients identify patterns, process past experiences, and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we set clear, realistic goals and track progress. My focus is on helping clients build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their lives. Please note: I provide individual therapy only and don't offer couples counseling.
I’m Janet Worley, LMFT and founder of Worley Wellness Counseling. I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship stress, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with care deeply about their relationships but feel stuck in painful patterns that leave them feeling hurt, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to create meaningful change. Rather than offering judgment or one-size-fits-all advice, I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged toward growth.
A large part of my work focuses on helping people understand the deeper patterns underneath conflict and distress. Whether you find yourself caught in recurring arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally disconnected, or carrying wounds that continue to impact your relationships, therapy can help bring clarity and create new ways of relating.
I use an integrative approach that blends attachment-focused work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, DBT-informed skills, and practical problem-solving strategies. This allows us to explore not only what is happening, but why it is happening and how to begin changing it.
My goal is to help couples and individuals move beyond conflict, disconnection, and unhealthy patterns toward greater understanding, emotional safety, stronger communication, and more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. I believe healing and change are possible, and you do not have to figure it all out alone.
My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
Hello! I am an attachment-based, trauma-informed Marriage and Family Therapist. Hi. I have lived in Tucson almost all my life and never tire of the weather. I enjoy hiking and just being outside, overall, so the sunshine the majority of the year keeps me busy.

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who resides in Arizona. I have an LPC in both the state of Arizona and Colorado. Hi! My name is Tyler, and it's nice to meet you. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I adopt a real, warm, and conversational approach to how I practice and believe that the relationship between patient and provider is one of the most important factors to determine successful treatment outcomes. I live in Arizona with my wife and two kids. I love photography, animals, and traveling.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
We do not need to struggle any longer against our old conditioned patterns... we must only recognize them for what they are.
Hello! My name Is Natalie Knight and I am an LCSW who is passionate about utilizing the strength of the therapeutic alliance as a support to enter into an exploration of what is beckoning for our attention at any given moment. I believe once we learn how to meet our emotions that we can clear ourselves of old past traumas or new ones.
I have been doing this work for the past eight years professionally. I use a person-centered approach in my counseling practice which emphasizes that the client is the best authority for his/her own life and that the answers to his/her questions are inside of them. I serve as a mirror to reflect to the client the inherent wisdom that we uncover during our therapy sessions. I also rely strongly on EMDR as a modality to help client with the root of their trauma. This process has been quite effective for me in my search for understanding and I hope to be able to share it with others who feel called to this type of work with me as well.
I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.
A better life is here for you. I'm Lorelei, a licensed therapist and EMDR specialist who helps individuals and couples get unstuck and build meaningful lives. Anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, self-doubt, relationship struggles — these don't have to define you. Neither does that quiet feeling of drifting through life without purpose or direction. Therapy with me is a safe space where your truth is heard. That alone can be healing. I listen deeply and give you practical tools that actually work. You'll leave sessions feeling grounded, clearer, and excited about what's ahead. You deserve the full life you were meant to live.
In couples work, I help you escape the roommates syndrome and actually enjoy each other again. There was a reason you chose each other — sometimes you just need help finding your way back. You may even have mixed feelings about whether you should stay. Let's explore that together. I also offer a pre-marital program for couples who want to start right.
Life can feel heavy, lonely, and confusing — even when it looks fine from the outside. If you're stuck, anxious, constantly stressed, or just going through the motions, I want you to know that's not the whole story of who you are. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to stay here. Therapy takes courage, but it works. Let's talk.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, and I spent the last six years working as a professional counselor with children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged adults, older adults, couples and families on a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, social anxiety, eating disorders, career counseling, parenting, relationship issues/poor communication, etc.
Hi there, I'm Kristen. I'm a marriage and family therapist, which means that I come at clients' problems as a product of each person's individual system and the others in their lives. Every issue has a cause, but whether we can identify that cause or not, we still have to find a way forward.
I help clients determine for themselves what they want to do. I come at each problem from a biopsychosocial-spiritual viewpoint. This means that every issue we deal with is influenced by our biological health, our psychological well being, our social resources, and our spiritual connection to the world around us. That gives us four different ways to address our stressors and four different paths to utilize when needed. I'm biblically trained, so I can help clients with religious or spiritual abuse, or help you rely on your spirituality to identify coping skills that will work for you. Some of my clients are not interested in spirituality, so we don't include spiritual practices in their work. Others want to focus efforts on spiritual practices, so we rely heavily in that area for them. Each client is unique, and each treatment plan is different.
I see clients individually, in couples, or families depending on the need and the focus of their treatment. I'm available Monday through Thursday and have sessions as late as 8 pm.
I’m Missy, a licensed clinical social worker offering focused, as-needed therapy without a predetermined timeline. I help adults make sense of confusing relationships, difficult family dynamics, and situations that have caused them to doubt themselves or feel unlike the person they used to be.
My style is warm, direct, practical, and judgment-free.
Come in with what’s happening.
Say it out loud.
We’ll look beneath the alarm, identify the pattern, and clarify your next best step.
There is no package or required number of sessions. Some clients come for help with one specific situation. Others return when new concerns arise or continue while therapy feels useful. You decide when and how often to schedule.

I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and I'm here to support you throughout that process.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a safe place to process your thoughts and emotions, I strive to meet you with compassion, respect, and understanding. Reaching out for support is an important act of courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey toward greater balance, hope, and well-being.
For more than 20 years, I have practiced as a clinical therapist in Arizona, working with individuals and couples to support meaningful, lasting change. My extensive knowledge of Arizona-based resources means I can connect you with ongoing support that extends well beyond our sessions together.
My role is to help you get clear on what you truly want and to empower you to take the steps that turn that clarity into real change. I know that reaching out for help is not always easy — it takes courage. That's why I bring a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental approach to every session, meeting you where you are.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Sciences and a Master of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2004. I specialize in depression, anxiety, substance abuse and addiction, and sleep disorder
