Hello! I am a licnensed professional counselor based in Arizona. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to their situation. I focus on helping clients develop healthy communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. I have found that therapy can help personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you deserve. I'm here and willing to hear you when you're ready to share.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with building rapport so that we can develop a mutual trust as we look into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us understand the best tailored approach for us to work through in follow-up sessions to help you succed in your goals and plans.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

The best strengths as a therapist are building rapport and letting the client know that they are being heard and respected. Also, my life experiences have allowed me to gain understanding of various situations and at times their possible outcomes.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I prefer ACT becasue it based on one's values system and that it contains the core elements are cognitive and behavioral therapy. I have usedit with all populations with success.

Narrative

I appreciated Narrative therapy because it allows the client to find their path of treatment by recognizing their own strengths and experiences to draw on for their future growth.

Couples Counseling

I have been counseling with couples from various backgrounds with a focus on their personal histories, attachments, and temperments play a strong role in their daily interactions.

Faith based therapy

I have been counseling with a faith-based perspective with individuals that allow their faith and convictions to help guide and support their personal growth.
