New to Grow
I am not your traditional therapist. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a safe space where healing can occur. I believe there is life after trauma, healing after pain, and growth after life's most difficult seasons. Together, we will work toward helping you build self confidence, strengthen relationships, and become the most authentic version of yourself.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out for support. During our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, supported, and understood. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying the goals you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and you do not need to have all the answers before starting therapy. I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and collaboration. My approach is warm, conversational, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengths, relationships, and challenges while developing a path forward that aligns with your values and goals. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, my hope is that you leave the first session feeling supported, empowered, and confident that healing and growth are possible. Therapy is a journey, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you take the next steps toward becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
My greatest strength is my ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I am not a traditional therapist, and I strive to create an environment that feels safe, supportive, authentic, and conversational. While therapy can be challenging, I believe growth occurs when compassion and accountability work together. I have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Clients often appreciate my ability to balance empathy with direct feedback, helping them gain insight while also developing practical tools for change. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, heal from past wounds, reconnect with their values, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I believe there is life after trauma, healing after pain, and hope even in life's most difficult seasons.
I work best with individuals, couples, and families facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy helping women and teens strengthen self worth, heal from difficult experiences, and reconnect with their values and purpose. My ideal clients are motivated to gain insight, build resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. I provide a supportive, trauma informed environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop practical coping skills, and move toward greater authenticity, healing, and personal growth.

I identify as
Existential
"I utilize an existential approach to help clients explore meaning, identity, purpose, personal responsibility, and life transitions. Together, we examine how past experiences, relationships, values, and beliefs shape the way clients understand themselves and navigate the world. I create a supportive, trauma informed space where clients can explore difficult emotions, increase self awareness, strengthen authenticity, and make choices that align with their values. My work often integrates existential concepts with evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma focused interventions to support meaningful and lasting change.
