I am a licensed therapist with a background in clinical leadership, having served in management and director-level roles overseeing behavioral health programs. I have extensive experience working with individuals with severe mental illness, including those in high-acuity settings, where I’ve been responsible for program development, clinical oversight, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective, ethical care.

This experience has shaped my ability to work with complex clinical presentations, crisis situations, and individuals navigating significant life disruption.
In my clinical work, I help clients who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and existential concerns—especially those struggling with questions of meaning, identity, and direction. I integrate evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, and attachment-based therapy to provide both practical tools and deeper, insight-oriented work.

Welcome to True2U Counseling! I am Jessica Hauser, an independently licensed counselor (LPC) and clinical supervisor. I have been a counselor for 15 years. I believe that change is possible, and that therapy can be a very positive, healing, and rewarding experience for anyone. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals and treatment options for a variety of presenting problems. The work I do with clients is important to me, and I provide only evidence-based practices, techniques, and interventions. Specialties Include anxiety, self esteem, coping skills, depression, and grief issues.
I've worked with adults. I've performed assessments, conducted intake evaluations, overseen substance abuse groups, cognitive skills groups, and conducted parenting skills groups. I've also been involved in a residential treatment center, therapeutic group homes, 30-day intensive substance abuse programs, family drug court, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient counseling. So you can see from my credentials and experience, I have a varied background and therefore I am quite knowledgeable about the issues that concern you, my valued client.
I am totally committed to provide my expertise and support to those people struggling with many difficulties and obstacles. So I hope you allow me to help you with your personal growth as we take this journey of renewed conviction and positive change, together. Carpe diem!
I have a strong background helping people manage and cope with their depression, general anxiety, social and performance anxiety, phobias, OCD, PTSD and trauma, and adjusting to major life changes. I have worked with parents to teach them how to regulate the emotions of their children. I am also trained in Imago Therapy and EFCT for couples
I have a doctorate in Psychology, and I have been a Mental Health Therapist for 30 years. I am licensed to practice in Washington State, Arizona, Florida, and Missouri.
I use the therapeutic methods grounded in cognitive and behavioral therapies (behaviorism, CBT, DBT, and the Unified Protocol) The methods I employ are all backed by extensive research which indicates the therapy is effective.
I work with therapists, educators, leaders, and helpers—the ones everyone else leans on. On the outside, you’re showing up, holding it together, doing the work. On the inside, you may be carrying burnout, grief, or unresolved trauma that hasn’t had a place to land. If you’re used to being the strong one but know something needs to shift, you’re in the right place.
My work is focused on trauma recovery, grief, and emotional healing using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I don’t do surface-level work. We get to the root—while also building practical, real-life strategies that help you feel more regulated, clear, and in control of your life again. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or carry anyone else—just show up as you are.
I’m licensed in Arizona, Minnesota, and Ohio, and I work with clients who are ready for honest, meaningful change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, we’ll work through it—together. Not everyone is the right fit for this work, and that matters. Booking requires confirmation to ensure alignment, because this space is intentional.
When you’re ready, we begin.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of al ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the unique challenges women face—whether it’s balancing multiple roles, managing emotional overwhelm, or navigating the impact of ADHD. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you not only feel understood but also empowered to create lasting change.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness training, and other techniques. I also have incorporated many things I have learned in my travels and interactions with psychology in other cultures and countries into my extensive training. I will tailor our interactions and treatment to help you meet your goals and work collaboratively with you every step along the way.

I believe we are all made up of mind, body and spirit. The goal is to get these 3 aligned for optimum results. As people, we should be working on one of these at all times, improving and growing who we are as people.

I’m not a “just sit there and nod” kind of therapist. I show up as real, engaged, and honest, because therapy should feel like a conversation that actually goes somewhere.
I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when you’re stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear starting point, just showing up is enough. From there, we’ll figure it out together in a way that feels genuine and useful.

Hi, my name is Vienna Aslanian, and I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since the beginning of 2017. Witnessing the trauma and the way that trauma impacted those individual lives caused me to develop an interest in and concern for individuals struggling with PTSD and childhood trauma. Seeing the intergenerational struggles and hearing people's personal stories on the matter made me interested in the field of therapy. I have always enjoyed listening to people's stories and making a genuine connection with someone. I believe in the healing power of therapy and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of active listening and supportive guidance. I believe in the importance of empathy and nonjudgment; I value making you feel cared about and understood. I hold myself to high expectations regarding reliability and consistency in order to provide the best support and care possible. I attend training regularly on the best and most effective practices/therapeutic modalities.

I am an LPC with a PhD in psychology from Walden University. I have been counseling for almost 20 years. Before that, I was a teacher working with students with emotional concerns and their families. I know that it can be very difficult to take the first step to seek counseling. My intent the moment you “walk through the door” is for you to feel safe, cared for, listened to, and above all, understood. I am not here to judge or condemn. We all have our stuff. Life gets messy. Life can be complicated. I grew up in a Christian family riddled with dysfunction; alcoholism, addiction, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, suicidal ideation, and chronic medical issues. I have also worked in the educational sector with children with behavior issues, ADHD, ODD, OCD, attachment disorder, autism, as well as anxiety and depression. I am a people person. I am empathetic, I listen, I am real, and I can help.
