Hello and welcome. My name is Araseli and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses a strength-based and integrative approach in therapy. With six years of experience as a therapist and over fifteen years in the mental health field, I have helped children, families, and young adults achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life. I look forward to meeting with you and providing a safe place to start setting achievable goals!
During the first session, we will get to know each other and see what style of therapy works best for you. Then we will talk about the challenges you are facing. We will start slow, at your pace, and work in collaboration together, to learn more about what has not helped you in the past, explore new coping skills, and take actionable steps to improve your life. I tailor my sessions to fit your goals, needs, and comfort. If you are new to this, feeling stuck, and do not know where to start, I have experience with newcomers to therapy!
One of my biggest strengths is my flexibility and adaptability. If a coping skill or therapeutic approach isn’t working, or a new concern comes up, I will work with you to take a step back, revisit the plan, and find an approach or specific concern that meets your needs.
My ideal clients are adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, general burn out, chronic illness/pain and life changes. Currently, my primary platform is teletherapy, which I believe can offer flexibility and access to all.

I am SO happy I am working with Araseli. She asks all the right questions to understand the full situation with all the moving pieces. She is authentic with her approach, and is working to connect me with another specialist who can provide a supplementary treatment plan. Without me even needing to ask, she is aware of what I need and is putting in time to do research and get me the help that I so desperately need. Her honest approach combined with intelligent insight is making a big difference.
