Hello and welcome. My name is Araseli and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses a strength-based and integrative approach in therapy. With six years of experience as a therapist and over fifteen years in the mental health field, I have helped children, families, and young adults achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

First session
During the first session, we will get to know each other and see what style of therapy works best for you. Then we will talk about the challenges you are facing. We will start slow, at your pace, and work in collaboration together, to learn more about what has not helped you in the past, explore new coping skills, and take actionable steps to improve your life. I tailor my sessions to fit your goals, needs, and comfort. If you are new to this, feeling stuck, and do not know where to start, I have experience with newcomers to therapy!
Strengths
My strengths are my flexibility and adaptability. If a coping skill or therapeutic approach isn’t working, or a new concern comes up, I will work with you to take a step back, revisit the plan, and find an approach or specific concern that meets your needs.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, general burn out, chronic illness/pain and life changes. Currently, my primary platform is teletherapy, which I believe can offer flexibility and access to all.
