What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session clients can expect a discussion regarding what they are looking forward to achieving through therapy. Beginning to know my client’s needs and expectations of therapy will be discussed.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize an eclectic approach to find out what method of treatment would best fit my client's treatment needs.

I have always had a strong passion for assisting adults, children, and families to work through stressors that they come across during life’s journey. I enjoy seeing individuals make steady progress that assists them in various areas of their lives.
