Hi and welcome! Seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-love. Examining what is not working can open the door to positive change. You are taking the first step toward a better, more fulfilling life and future. This is my 12th year as a licensed therapist. I enjoy helping clients move in the direction of greater health & well-being to experience more peace, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and freedom. If you are finding that something in your life needs attention or past issues keep affecting your current reality, therapy can help. I am working on accepting more insurances and can provide sliding scale for cash pay if needed.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will get to know each other, explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and see if we are a good match. We will explore your history and your current challenges. We will also review your positive supports and coping skills.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I want therapy to be useful to you. I provide an empathetic, understanding, hopeful, and non-judgmental atmosphere. Your comfort level and trust are important as we face your challenges together. I believe in meeting you where you are at and supporting you in your journey. I have specific training in attachment, child development, addiction/chemical dependency, LGBTQ+ support, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and most major mental illnesses. I am supportive of your religious/spiritual background and beliefs.

I have worked with a wide variety of clients of all life stages and concerns. I especially enjoy working with young adults who are interested in understanding themselves better and motivated to make positive changes. Finding and living authentically in your truth brings fulfillment and peace.
