Hi, I'm Sheridan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm so glad you're here! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. I believe healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and having a space where you don't have to carry everything on your own. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and move toward change that feels aligned and authentic to who you are. I believe we as humans are meant for more than just "survival mode." While life can shape us in powerful ways, it does not have to define what is possible for us. We all deserve the chance to reconnect with ourselves, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build lives that feel intentional, fulfilling, and truly our own.

Looking for help can be overwhelming. Then the thought of actually asking for help can be uncomfortable, awkward, or even bring in some anxiety. If you find that is how you are feeling, it is absolutely okay! Actually, one could even say that is totally normal. Some of the hardest feelings and conversations that we need to work through are the most important ones. I welcome the opportunity to help you through whatever life bump is or has crossed your path. Throughout my experience, I have provided services to individuals from different backgrounds, experiences, or struggles like being a new mom or victims/ offenders of violence. If you feel that you have experienced trauma (past or present), managing day to day needs, coping skills, conflicts, relationships, and life transitions. My flexibility in using different therapy of techniques (such as EMDR and traditional talk therapy) has been helpful. In addition, I have connections with a number of other providers; if I am not a fit for you or if someone you know is interested in services, I am happy to help connect you.
In addition to therapy services, I am able to provide expert witness services/testimony for domestic violence cases in Wisconsin.

I have been involved in the industry since 2017, beginning with an internship at a school-based counseling program in Milwaukee. During this period, I developed skills in advocacy and adaptability to meet client needs. In 2023, feeling exhausted from frequent school transitions, I commenced my doctoral studies in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior (currently ongoing) and enrolled in an adult developmental course. I became deeply interested in the subject matter and decided to transition from school-based services to providing telehealth support for adults. While I continue to work with children, my primary focus has shifted toward adult clients. My preferred aspect of this role is the opportunity to serve clients across Wisconsin in the comfort of their homes.
My hobbies are playing and watching softball, watching BananaBall, reading, and crafting.

Hello, I'm Liz!
Thank you for taking time to read about me, and my therapy approach. I earned my Master Degree in Social work with an emphasis in Mental Health in 2018 and am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Clients would best describe me as warm, kind, and reflective. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Treatment approaches that I find most beneficial are cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and family therapy modalities. I find using activities to help clients gain skills in mindfulness are beneficial. This can include creative projects that are thought provoking, sometimes artistic, and most importantly increase awareness of who you are before the world got its hands on you. I will tailor our time together and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs!
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take the step, let's get started in writing a healthy and new chapter in your life.
I look forward to working with you!

My approach combines compassion and kindness with clear, direct guidance. My name is Jim Neumann and i am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing for more that twenty five years. My work experience covers many different cultures and client backgrounds. I am very client oriented and focus my efforts on client goals and ideas of what they think is important during the therapy process. My approach as a therapist is non directive and I believe that therapy is a cooperative effort between the client and therapist to fulfill the needs of the client that originally brought them to pursue therapy.
I believe healing begins when we stop living by old stories, limiting beliefs, and expectations that no longer fit who we are. Therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and intentionally build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. My approach is real, collaborative, and genuine, balancing compassion with accountability. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're learning to manage overwhelming emotions, heal from past experiences, or build healthier relationships, my goal is to help you gain the confidence and skills to move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
Welcome- I am so happy you are here! I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating sports and work performance pressure, anxiety, trauma symptoms, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to provide a steady, nonjudgmental, and solution‑focused space where you can talk openly, understand what’s happening internally, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.
I also specialize in supporting athletes and high‑performing individuals who experience mental blocks, performance anxiety, confidence challenges, or the emotional impact of injury, pressure, or burnout. As a former gymnast and current coach, I understand how stress shows up in the body and how quickly the nervous system can shift under intense expectations. I integrate trauma‑informed care with nervous system regulation to help clients rebuild safety, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a grounded sense of self.
Life can become complicated when the strategies that once worked stop working. Whether you're navigating a recent ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis, struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, or major life changes, it can feel like you're trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces.
As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I understand both the relief and the disruption that can come from finally having an explanation for lifelong challenges. That experience has shaped my approach to therapy and deepened my appreciation for the resilience people develop while trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed with their needs in mind.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique nervous system, unique strengths, and unique challenges. Rather than treating a label, I focus on understanding you as a whole person. I draw from established therapy approaches, neuroscience, and our growing understanding of the connection between the brain and body. I also believe that therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Humor, relatable analogies, and practical tools are often part of our conversations.
I work primarily with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. Many are navigating neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the loss of skills that can accompany chronic stress and burnout. I also provide an affirming space for clients in kink, polyamorous, and other consensual nontraditional relationships.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, build sustainable strategies, and create a life that feels more authentic and manageable. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can work through it together, one step at a time.

Hi, it's nice to meet you; I'm Katie. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and earned my Master’s Degree from Lakeland University.
Outside of my professional work, I live in Waunakee, Wisconsin, on five acres with my partner, our three dogs, a rabbit, and a colony of bee's. Much of my free time is spent caring for and enjoying our animals. I also love reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling. One of my favorite passions is showing my horse, Rip, competitively.
My life outside of work has given me many opportunities to appreciate the importance of patience, connection, curiosity, and being present in the moment. Whether I'm working with clients, spending time with my animals, gardening, or traveling somewhere new, I value the opportunity to learn more about the world and the people in it.
