I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma histories, personality disorders, and the hidden weight of living in survival mode for too long. I bring a steady, grounded style—direct when needed, supportive always—and use CBT, DBT, MI, and evidence-based trauma work to help clients understand their patterns and regain control of their lives. I also have extensive experience with justice-involved individuals, helping people rebuild identity, stability, and self-trust after systems involvement. My work centers on safety, clarity, and real-world change.
Hello I am Edna. I have lots of experience and information to share regarding support and management of mental health symptoms. I work with each individual as an individual; unique to your style and identified needs. I am supportive and positive. I help identify your strengths to help you reach your goals. Hiya! My name is Molly and my pronouns are she/her. I work from a core value of honesty and I bring genuine conversation and exploration to our dynamic. I go to therapy every week for myself. I have a little family with my spouse and our pets. I love to try out new crafts , read, and play board games. I travel to do life with my friends when I can.
Anxiety, trauma, mood changes, academic stress, or life transitions can be overwhelming. You are not alone. I work with students, teenagers, and early career professionals. We will create a supportive space to better understand yourself. This helps us move forward with confidence. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating neurodivergence. Additional support can help clients overcome unique challenges from school, work, and relationships. In therapy, we often begin by slowing things down. This helps us explore how your current experiences connect to larger patterns. Together, we will easily manage difficult thoughts and emotions. My goal is to create a genuine, accepting relationship so that you can truly be yourself.
I use EMDR, existential therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. But these are always tailored to your individual needs. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable. Even if you are working through trauma, managing stress, or seeking self-insight. No concern is too big or too small, and I'm honored to be part of your journey toward growth and healing.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience in clinical therapy and substance abuse counseling. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside you as you build lasting, meaningful change. I’m glad you’re here.
Hello, I'm Liz!
Thank you for taking time to read about me, and my therapy approach. I earned my Master Degree in Social work with an emphasis in Mental Health in 2018 and am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Clients would best describe me as warm, kind, and reflective. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Treatment approaches that I find most beneficial are cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and family therapy modalities. I find using activities to help clients gain skills in mindfulness are beneficial. This can include creative projects that are thought provoking, sometimes artistic, and most importantly increase awareness of who you are before the world got its hands on you. I will tailor our time together and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs!
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take the step, let's get started in writing a healthy and new chapter in your life.
I look forward to working with you!
As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in providing compassionate and effective services tailored to individuals of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds, spanning from childhood to adulthood.
With over a decade of experience, I bring extensive expertise in various evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, mindfulness practices, and EMDR. My dedication to continuous learning ensures that I remain at the forefront of advancements in the field, allowing me to provide the highest quality care.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin who works with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support clients in a variety of settings, including as a school counselor, a mental health provider in a county jail, in private practice, and now through Grow Therapy. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the unique challenges people face and the resilience they bring to the counseling process.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of childhood trauma. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
One of my passions is helping people understand how their brain and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, and the world around them. I believe that when we understand why we think, feel, and react the way we do, we can approach healing with greater self-compassion and confidence. While trauma can have a lasting impact, I believe growth beyond trauma is possible, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing and a more fulfilling life.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology, my master's degree in Counseling, and my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I value lifelong learning and strive to incorporate evidence-based practices into my work while tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals.
When I'm not working, I enjoy crocheting and other crafts, spending time with my dogs, biking, and traveling. I look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey and helping you build the skills and insight needed to create lasting, positive change.
I believe that what you have been through, learned, or done does not have to define what comes next. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, attention and focus, self-esteem, or other mental health concerns, therapy can give you space to understand what is happening and find a healthier path forward.
My approach combines compassion and kindness with clear, direct guidance. Together, we can look at thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize habits that are no longer helping you, and explore new ways to handle challenges. I also consider how different parts of your life and well-being connect rather than focusing on one concern in isolation. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful growth in your life and relationships.

Hi, I’m Dr. Valerie,
I bring to therapy a lifespan orientation, in which I prioritize the lived experience of each individual—what they’ve felt, survived, and internalized.
My original training was in Developmental/ Child Psychology. After receiving a PhD in Developmental Psychology, at the University of Califronia at Berkeley, I became a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have 30 years experience working with individuals of all ages.
My training has focused on Evidence-Based, Gold Standard, therapy options. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, anger management, emotion regulation and substance use disorders. I enjoy working with complex needs, in which more than one diagnosis is present. Personality Disorders are a special interest area for me. I love complex problems, and have plenty of tools!
I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach integrates mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and humanistic and existential perspectives. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard while developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools for meaningful change.
Hello there, I’m Elizabeth Jensema. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing social work for 20 years. I enjoy helping adults struggling with their mental health and also those struggling with addiction. My goal is to meet you where you are at and to help you achieve goals that are meaningful to you. I like to have fun with humor, stay positive, and focus on moving forward one day at a time. I feel it's important to provide support and the reassurance that you are not alone, we are all struggling. I hope I can help you to feel comfortable and supported.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Madison, Wisconsin. I work with adults who are trying to make sense of themselves, their relationships, and what comes next, especially after experiences that have left them questioning their own judgment, identity, or sense of who they are.
I have extensive experience working with complex trauma, narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationship dynamics, personality disorders, divorce, career changes, and other major life transitions. I’m particularly drawn to working with people who have spent a long time adapting to difficult relationships or living according to roles and expectations that no longer fit.
I also love working with college students and adults who are asking some version of: Who am I when I’m not being who everyone else needs or expects me to be?
My style is curious, direct, thoughtful, and deeply human. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting across from someone who simply nods and takes notes. We’ll look closely at what’s happening, make connections, challenge what needs challenging, and leave room for humor along the way.
Outside the therapy room, I’m endlessly curious about people, history, relationships, and the complicated ways we become who we are. I believe the best therapy happens when two people can show up honestly and do meaningful work together. That’s what I try to bring to every session.

My name is Jim Neumann and i am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing for more that twenty five years. My work experience covers many different cultures and client backgrounds. I am very client oriented and focus my efforts on client goals and ideas of what they think is important during the therapy process. My approach as a therapist is non directive and I believe that therapy is a cooperative effort between the client and therapist to fulfill the needs of the client that originally brought them to pursue therapy.
I believe healing begins when we stop living by old stories, limiting beliefs, and expectations that no longer fit who we are. Therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, challenge patterns that keep you stuck, and intentionally build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-worth, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. My approach is real, collaborative, and genuine, balancing compassion with accountability. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're learning to manage overwhelming emotions, heal from past experiences, or build healthier relationships, my goal is to help you gain the confidence and skills to move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
Welcome- I am so happy you are here! I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating sports and work performance pressure, anxiety, trauma symptoms, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to provide a steady, nonjudgmental, and solution‑focused space where you can talk openly, understand what’s happening internally, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.
I also specialize in supporting athletes and high‑performing individuals who experience mental blocks, performance anxiety, confidence challenges, or the emotional impact of injury, pressure, or burnout. As a former gymnast and current coach, I understand how stress shows up in the body and how quickly the nervous system can shift under intense expectations. I integrate trauma‑informed care with nervous system regulation to help clients rebuild safety, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a grounded sense of self.
Life can become complicated when the strategies that once worked stop working. Whether you're navigating a recent ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis, struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, or major life changes, it can feel like you're trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces.
As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I understand both the relief and the disruption that can come from finally having an explanation for lifelong challenges. That experience has shaped my approach to therapy and deepened my appreciation for the resilience people develop while trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed with their needs in mind.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique nervous system, unique strengths, and unique challenges. Rather than treating a label, I focus on understanding you as a whole person. I draw from established therapy approaches, neuroscience, and our growing understanding of the connection between the brain and body. I also believe that therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Humor, relatable analogies, and practical tools are often part of our conversations.
I work primarily with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. Many are navigating neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the loss of skills that can accompany chronic stress and burnout. I also provide an affirming space for clients in kink, polyamorous, and other consensual nontraditional relationships.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, build sustainable strategies, and create a life that feels more authentic and manageable. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can work through it together, one step at a time.

In addition to my clinical experience, I am a United States Air Force veteran and former first responder. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the unique challenges associated with high-stress professions, trauma exposure, operational demands, transition struggles, and the pressure of carrying significant responsibility while managing your own well-being. As a result, I have a particular passion for working with veterans, active-duty military members, first responders, healthcare professionals, and others whose careers require them to care for others while often neglecting themselves.

I have been a licensed therapist for 15 years, and a student of life for 45 years. My approach is holistic and integrative. I blend my years of experience and training, evidence-based techniques and alternative practices, with your years of experience as the expert of you, and together we co-create your healing process. My passion is walking alongside my fellow humans and helping them rediscover their magic; helping them find their way from surviving to thriving. We do this by resolving traumas, changing unhealthy patterns, releasing false belief systems, learning to practice self-compassion and new self-care skills, and becoming the person you want to be instead of who you have been told you should be.
I am an Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who has extensive experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University, where the prominent perspective was person-centered therapy. I have worked with several different client populations including couples with marriage difficulties, adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other life adjustment issues, physically and sexually abused adolescents and adults, adolescents with mental health issues related to school, home, adjustment, or mental illness, and even adolescents and adults on the verge of suicide. In working with these populations, I have gained vast experience in family dynamics and feel it is important to focus on the whole system, especially when a child is involved. I have also been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I feel many adults and adolescents could greatly benefit from learning these skills. God is our ultimate counselor and His word is referenced and prayed from as part of the healing process.
Whatever obstacles and struggles someone may be going through in life, I consider it a privilege to help them cope. I understand that the clients I see are entrusting me to give them the right resources to guide them down a new path, with a new perspective, so they can achieve their own goals. With a healthy balance of listening, guiding, and even learning, I take pride in using my own experience and resources to help people really start off on the right foot on that path. Whether you, or someone you know struggles with something like anxiety, or simply wants a different outlook on their life, it’s something to work through together, and by setting up an intake, we can get started.

I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Whether it's individuals or couples, I'm happy to get to work with whomever comes my way. I do my best to facilitate a warm, trusting environment. Looking forward to meeting with you soon!
I am a relational therapist who works to break cycles of conflict and create relationships that feel effective and fulfilling. I bring a fluid and responsive approach, meeting clients with empathy while challenging them to dig deeper, embrace accountability, and take meaningful steps toward growth.
In sessions, I help clients uncover patterns, identify blocks, self-illusion, and connect with the underlying emotions driving their struggles. I move beyond surface-level validation, guiding clients to reframe challenges and shift their perspectives. I believe in addressing what’s present and meaningful—not dwelling on blame or the past, but focusing on solutions that are effective and tailored to you.
My approach is direct yet compassionate. I help clients explore what their reactions and interactions reveal about their needs, offering tools to build insight and strengthen connection. While I encourage clients to lean into discomfort as part of the process, I also ensure they feel guided and empowered to face challenges.
Whether it’s improving communication, addressing conflict, or building trust, I guide clients to stop cycling through the same issues and start building the relationships they want. If you’re ready to move beyond feeling stuck, I’ll partner with you to create lasting change through honest, meaningful work.
