Hello, my name is Casey Denzine! I've been a therapist for nine years and have learned quite a bit from the experience and getting therapy myself. I'm a creative with a penchant for pondering, laughter, and a little bit of mischief. I also love me fantasy fiction, complicated board games, and all the animals. Regarding my therapeutic approach, I find it best to pull from a variety of modalities to better support the diversity between and within clients. My favorites include Internal Family Systems (of which I am informed), Role-Play Therapy, narrative models, Jungian and transpersonal psychology, and breathwork/mindfulness.
I attempt to meet my clients where they're at as individuals. I try to remember that everyone's circumstances are unique, and this is something that I feel helps to establish a good base for therapy. I have a background in trauma informed care, and I work hard to continue my education in order to be knowledgable on therapy modalities that are available.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. I received my Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have been practicing for eight years. I have experience in multiple settings with diverse clients including medical facilities, schools, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient practice. I feel grateful and privileged to hear the life stories and share in the therapy process with my clients.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ADHD therapy for adults, couples, families, and college students across Florida and Wisconsin struggling with emotional exhaustion, unfinished tasks, relationship conflict, burnout, or chronic overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with have spent years feeling frustrated with not being able to consistently follow through, stay organized, manage emotions, or function at the level they know they are capable of.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, studying and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time.
This foundation allows me to help clients address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping people better understand how ADHD affects emotions, relationships, and everyday life so they can move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and build practical strategies that actually fit how your brain works.
Hello! My name is Adam Lenker. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Texas and Wisconsin. Whatever you are dealing with, know that I am here to listen and support you, through harnessing of compassionate self-awareness. I believe strongly in encouraging self-empowerment, focusing on choices and their results. Central to my theoretical orientation (Person-Centered, Existentialist) is a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, being solution-focused, as well as encouraging mindfulness.
A little bit about how I approach therapy. In creating an alliance with a new client, I adopt a stance of listening and confronting situations non-judgmentally and with compassion, acknowledging that this work is about you, and your life's goals and struggles. My practice is built around partnership with my clients, working hard to establish and maintain this therapeutic alliance. I do this by taking cues of direction, pace and depth from the people with whom I work, and allowing for immediacy to inform what is and is not working.
Hello, and welcome! My name is Amber Stewart, and I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) out of Western Pennsylvania; I'm also licensed in Wisconsin. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. I want to help you go from just tolerating the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, or trauma to living fully in the present and having a healthy relationship with yourself. You deserve to live the life you envision for yourself, and I want to help you do that by exploring the areas you’re struggling with, teaching you ways to cope, and reducing the impact that these symptoms have on your life by addressing them at their core.
I believe that underlying most (if not all) mental health concerns is some kind of trauma – and, there are many studies that support my belief that trauma is connected to depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I invite you to learn more about my approaches to therapy, trauma, and trauma therapy by visiting my website: (www.everystepforward.com). And, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.
Hi — I’m Zach Rehbein-Jones, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wisconsin and California. I specialize in helping adultsnavigate anxiety, depression, and substance-use challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into your resilience and build meaningful, lasting change.
If you are feeling stuck in patterns that no longer work for you or feel weighed down by painful life experiences, therapy can offer a safe place to begin moving forward. With 13 years of therapy experience, I help adults work through trauma, difficult relationships, and times of change,
I use approaches including EMDR, brainspotting, and cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients as they process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and work toward meaningful change. I am a licensed mental health and addiction counselor with a background in the psychobiology of addiction and a strong focus on helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. My work blends evidence-based therapy with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach, recognizing that healing often involves more than insight alone.
I am Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and use parts-based work to help clients understand internal patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than self-judgment. I am also a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol provider through Unyte Listening Therapies, offering listening-based interventions that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of safety and connection—particularly for individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I work primarily with adults navigating addiction, emotional regulation challenges, relational difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening internal resources, and building skills that support sustainable change both inside and outside of therapy.
Hi, I am Jenn, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the owner of Epijennetics Counseling and Consulting in Libertyville, Illinois.. You can read more about my work and practice at www.epijennetics.com. As a therapist, I hold the belief that we cannot fully understand mental health without first understanding the impact of our stories, our relationships, and our beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. I am passionate about helping clients increase their self-awareness of these things so that they are more in touch with their feelings, needs, and desires, and are more equipped with the knowledge and tools to create the life that they want. By utilizing assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to better understand personality and the Young Schema Assessment to explore harmful thoughts and beliefs that came from previous experiences and messages received during childhood years, I help clients discover hidden obstacles that keep them from having the life they dream of. I have found that when we put in the work to make sense of ourselves and our stories, we not only heal and grow ourselves but also develop more compassion and increased understanding of others. Often this growth and healing process lessens mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression and improves overall quality of life, as well as relationship quality. If you are interested in doing some exploring, I would love to hear from you! (Please make an in-office appointment if you are booking Couple or Family therapy sessions.)

I'm Liz, a LCSW who specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perinatal mental health.
Maybe you've spent years learning how to keep going. You're capable, dependable, and often the person others turn to. But underneath it all, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, disconnected, exhausted, or stuck in patterns you don't fully understand. On the inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.
You might find yourself overthinking, staying constantly busy, feeling on edge, struggling to slow down, or wondering why certain patterns keep showing up in your relationships and daily life. Often, these responses developed for a reason. They helped you cope with difficult experiences and get through what you had to get through.
Trauma isn't just something that happened in the past. It can affect how safe you feel in the world, how you relate to others, and how you see yourself. It can leave you feeling disconnected from your emotions, your body, or the person you want to be. I provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space where we can explore these experiences at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is relational and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, process past experiences, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and strengthen your connection to yourself.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to move through life with a greater sense of choice, confidence, and self-understanding. Healing looks different for everyone, and we'll work together to find what that looks like for you.
As a licensed professional counselor, my work revolves around supporting clients through a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and more while using a holistic, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and compassion focused approach. My goal is to help you align with your authenticity and leverage your existing strengths to foster resilience and self-compassion. I deeply value walking along each client on their journey and work diligently to create a relationship based on trust and connection.
Greetings, I'm Andrew! I help clients discover and develop their most authentic selves and learn to build meaningful, supportive connections with others. With 13 years of therapy experience and 20+ years in mental health, I draw on expertise in brain development, trauma, and relationships to support adults, families, and children in navigating challenges they face. These challenges may present as anxiety, depression, anger, compulsive behaviors, overwhelm, difficulties getting along with others, and parenting struggles.
I look forward to meeting you and seeing what power we can discover together in you!

Are you ready to lay down some of your load? Come to a comfortable, safe space to unpack whatever you've been carrying. I utilize a strengths-based approach in talk therapy with an emphasis on instilling hope. Together we will celebrate the victories, find a way through the barriers, and walk a path of recovery in whatever part of the journey you are on.
To me, therapy is most meaningful when it begins with curiosity rather than judgment. We'll start where you are, taking time to understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that seem to repeat themselves. Along the way, we'll pay attention to what your mind and body may be communicating and use our work together as a space for insight, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, dysregulated, or unsure how to put words to their experiences. Many clients come to therapy carrying emotions that feel confusing, heavy, or isolating, and my role is to offer a steady, compassionate presence as we make sense of what feels difficult. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns without pressure or expectation. I believe you already hold many of the answers within yourself, and therapy becomes a collaborative process of uncovering clarity, strengthening insight, and connecting with what helps you feel grounded.
Hello, and welcome. I’m a licensed counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s emotional ups and downs. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life—teens, young adults, middle-aged individuals, and older adults—through a wide range of mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, psychosis, and substance use.
I’ve worked in diverse settings—from traditional in-person offices to virtual and teletherapy spaces—because I believe mental health support should be accessible and flexible. No two journeys are the same, and I strive to meet clients where they are, both literally and emotionally.
What I’ve learned through the years is that people aren’t looking for someone to “fix” them—they’re looking for someone to really listen, understand, and help guide them back to themselves. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself, my role is to help you explore those feelings safely and constructively.
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical strategies. I work with you to build tools that help manage symptoms, reduce distress, and make everyday life feel more manageable again. Most importantly, I want to help you reconnect with the routines, relationships, and goals that matter most to you.
Therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. It’s about finding the courage to take that first step, and continuing to show up for yourself. If you're ready to take charge of your mental health, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.

Welcome. I help clients navigate midlife and later life transitions. My goal is to help you feel as mentally and emotionally well as possible while moving through these changes with greater ease. I find it deeply rewarding to help clients discover meaning and fulfillment during these stages of their lives. In our sessions, I listen closely and support you as you work through your challenges. I help you gain insight and develop practical strategies, so you feel less anxious and depressed, have more satisfying family relationships, thrive at work or enjoy retirement, and live in alignment with your values. I also understand how disorienting it can feel to navigate change without a clear map, whether that's an empty nest, a career shift, retirement, or the loss of someone important to you. My own life experience and years of practice have taught me that these transitions, while hard, can also open the door to a deeper sense of purpose.

I am very client oriented and focus my efforts on client goals and ideas of what they think is important during the therapy process. Much of my free time is spent caring for and enjoying our animals. I also love reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling. One of my favorite passions is showing my horse, Rip, competitively.
My life outside of work has given me many opportunities to appreciate the importance of patience, connection, curiosity, and being present in the moment. Hello! My name is Joni Courtney, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in providing compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals of all ages. I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster personal growth and healing. I believe the client is the expert of their experiences and I work alongside my clients to create goals and treatment plans that are unique to them.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am committed to collecting evidenced based "tools for my toolbox" to aid those grappling with finding the new normal after their world has shifted. I most love helping people find language to describe their losses, often when there has been difficulty finding the words, inspiring people to find hope again, and facilitate the development of a plan to move forward in a way that both honors their experiences and embraces the future.
I take an action-oriented, collaborative approach to therapy. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, storytelling, and evidenced-based interventions to offer meaningful insight to support clients’ healing. I strongly believe that rock bottom is the foundation upon which we can rebuild our lives. We do regular check-ins to review progress along the way. Our goal is not to change the past, but instead to find some relief from symptoms that impact daily functioning. I will solicit feedback regularly during sessions for takeaways to gauge progress and curate treatment interventions based on what is most engaging and productive for the individual client.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, incorporating techniques from CBT, attachment-based therapy, play-based interventions, mindfulness, and emotional regulation skill-building. I work with children and adults experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, social difficulties, trauma-related experiences, and life transitions.
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy approach used to help individuals process distressing experiences, trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions in a safe and supportive way. EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they feel less emotionally overwhelming and disruptive in daily life.
My goal is to help children and adults feel empowered, understood, and capable of navigating life with greater confidence, healing, and emotional well-being.

Hi, I’m Rileigh Bahnub, LPC. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping you build a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions while moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. Hi, I'm Sheridan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm so glad you're here! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. I believe healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and having a space where you don't have to carry everything on your own. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and move toward change that feels aligned and authentic to who you are. I believe we as humans are meant for more than just "survival mode." While life can shape us in powerful ways, it does not have to define what is possible for us. We all deserve the chance to reconnect with ourselves, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build lives that feel intentional, fulfilling, and truly our own.

Hello, and thank you for taking the first step in your journey to a better you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. My career spans twenty years of working with Adults, Kiddos and Families through the multiple stressors life can present. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, ADHD, Childrens Behavioral Issues, Illness Management and Trauma. I have an extensive history of working with Helping Professionals. I will bring to you my experience in current therapeutic models, and evidence-based modalities to help you find ways to cope at this time in your life.
I believe healing begins with understanding. Many of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that bring people to therapy are not signs of weakness or failure—they are often adaptations that developed in response to difficult experiences, stress, or adversity. While these patterns may have helped you cope or protect yourself at one point in your life, they can sometimes create challenges in relationships, work, and overall well-being.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we will work to understand not only what is happening in your life, but also why certain patterns may have developed and whether they continue to serve you today.
Earlier experiences in my own life taught me that adversity can shape the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Through these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for how the mind and nervous system adapt to help us navigate challenges. The mind is designed to prioritize safety and survival, and many of the symptoms people experience are understandable responses to difficult circumstances rather than character flaws. While these adaptations may have been necessary at one point, healing often involves learning new ways of responding that better support the life you want to build.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we can help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 5 years of experience. I spend my free time being active, watching sports, and connecting with friends and family. I work well with client's who feel stuck and unable to work through uncomfortable and sometimes painful emotions. With over two decades of clinical experience, I offer an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to meet your needs. As an active researcher in the mental health field, I have authored numerous first-author publications in the expressive arts and I have a book on anxiety tools coming out this spring. Hello, my name is Julee. I believe the most meaningful way I can help clients is by first taking the time to truly understand them-their goals, challenges, and what success looks like from their perspective. Every client comes with a unique set of circumstances, and I aim to approach each situation with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to listening before acting.
My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I treat adults age 18 and up.

I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping clients develop practical tools while also making space for deeper healing and self-understanding.
I offer a warm, supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients come to me during moments of overwhelm, transition, or emotional stuckness. My role is to offer a calm, compassionate environment where you can slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and begin building a life that feels more manageable and worth living.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support individuals who struggle with coping around substance use, as well as their families, who often carry their own layers of worry, confusion, and hope. In addition, I work with those experiencing disordered eating, helping them understand the emotional patterns behind their relationship with food and develop healthier, more sustainable ways of caring for themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based practices. I integrate cognitive‑behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and trauma‑informed care, tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace.
I see therapy as a partnership — one where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or navigating challenges within your family, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity.

With a healthy balance of listening, guiding, and even learning, I take pride in using my own experience and resources to help people really start off on the right foot on that path. I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with teens, young adults, and parents who feel worried, stressed, sad, or stuck in life. I also support people who have been through hard or scary events that still affect how they feel day to day. I offer a kind, safe place where you can talk, feel understood, build confidence, learn new ways to cope, and start feeling better.
I have been involved in the industry since 2017, beginning with an internship at a school-based counseling program in Milwaukee. During this period, I developed skills in advocacy and adaptability to meet client needs. In 2023, feeling exhausted from frequent school transitions, I commenced my doctoral studies in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior (currently ongoing) and enrolled in an adult developmental course. I became deeply interested in the subject matter and decided to transition from school-based services to providing telehealth support for adults. While I continue to work with children, my primary focus has shifted toward adult clients. My preferred aspect of this role is the opportunity to serve clients across Wisconsin in the comfort of their homes.
My hobbies are playing and watching softball, watching BananaBall, reading, and crafting.

Hi I am Elizabeth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. While I have supported clients across all age groups, I currently work primarily with adults facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, grief, illness, and relationships. My focus is on helping clients navigate life's difficulties with a practical, strength-based and solution-focused approach. I emphasize the here and now, exploring how past experiences, habits, and patterns of thinking may hold us back. I view therapy as a partnership, working together to build skills and achieve meaningful goals.
My work as a licensed psychologist is grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel heard, supported, and connected to their inherent strengths. Because no one is defined by the challenges they’re facing or a learned, unhealthy, and inaccurate view of themselves. Instead, it's that inherent strength that has gotten you to the point of reflection and recognition that you can and deserve to feel better. Over the past two decades, working at the intersection of mental health, community wellness, and systems change, this belief has guided me in nearly every setting.
Yet it’s in the one‑on‑one session where this foundation matters most. My goal is to show up authentically, offer steady support, and work collaboratively to help you jmove toward greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Whether we’re exploring a specific concern or navigating the many challenges life puts before you, my aim is to normalize the journey while helping you focus on what feels most important. And when challenges arise, we don’t view them through a deficit or blaming lens. Instead, we work together to build healthier, more sustainable ways of coping. And though the path can be challenging at times, a bit of levity or humor may surface when it’s helpful — because therapy isn’t only about what we want to change, but also about reconnecting with the emotional states we hope to cultivate.
While much of this shows up in my clinical work, it’s also reflected in my broader commitments — advocating for the environment, supporting communities often dismissed or misunderstood, and using writing and organizing to amplify voices and foster connection. These experiences shape who I am and what drives my work. They’re not always front‑and‑center, but do create a compassionate backdrop where trust can grow, dialogue can unfold, and healing can happen.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience in clinical therapy and substance abuse counseling. I specialize in supporting individuals through acceptance, personal growth, and reconnecting with their sense of purpose. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, creative , and rooted in evidence-based practices. As a neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I strive to create an inclusive, respectful space where all parts of you are welcome. I’m deeply committed to walking alongside you as you build lasting, meaningful change. I’m glad you’re here.
I am a caring, loving grandmother who desires to help others with my knowledge and experiences. I am a therapist who gives all of the resources to their clients to reach the success they want in their lives, what I do not know, I will seek out to help my clients. I want my clients to succeed in their life and prosper.
Welcome! I am glad you are here. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable or plain scary. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. Together, we will explore the challenges you or you and your family are facing, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you and/or your family. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief/loss, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I look forward to collaborating with you on your journey.
Life today is stressful and complicated. So many people are walking around pretending things are fine, not sharing what's really on their mind because they feel like no one will understand. That's a really tough place to be.
I approach therapy as a caring, thoughtful, solution-focused friend. At the first session people often say, "Oh my gosh, I don't know where to start. I am all over the place!" and my response is, "No worries! Just dump it all out here and I'll pick up the pieces. We'll make sense of it together". I can be very straightforward; I don’t blow smoke! We will figure out where you want to go and start chipping away at making it happen.
I love life even when it is difficult, uncertain, and unpredictable. I experience it as a precious gift and live in constant awe of the quiet miracle of existence. I believe in hope, believe in kindness and compassion, and hold an essentially optimistic view of the human spirit. As a practicing professional, I am continually moved by the beauty and depth of psychotherapy. The psyche remains a mystery that can never be fully captured, and yet it endlessly inspires me. For me, psychotherapy is not only a profession—it is a philosophy, a spiritual path, and a way of living with attention, humility, and devotion to inner truth.

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying more than they should. Many of those struggles include anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Some clients are also working through childhood wounds, religious or spiritual trauma, grief, loss, or changing sense of identity. I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative, and calming space where clients can better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and move forward toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, grief, depression and life transitions. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, I help clients understand and heal the patterns keeping them stuck. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change.
