Hello, I'm Mary Jo -
I have extensive knowledge and skills in both outpatient mental health and school clinical practices, wellness interventions and programs, implementing mental wellness professional development and have provided training both locally and nationally regarding evidence-based practices in schools. I supervised clinicians in outpatient substance abuse for a hospital treatment program and was a supervisor for clinicians for Employee Assistance Programs. Most recently, I have been an administrator within a large school division supporting 187 school social workers, supervisors and several managers. I have received clinical training in DBT, solution-focused and CBT clinical modalities and I work with older children, adolescents, and families in my private practice.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families' mental health and wellness by assisting adolescents and families with finding solutions to improve their relationships, and moods and find more happiness in their lives. I specialize in supporting adolescents to find solutions for the next steps toward college and career success and manage their strong emotions such as anxiety, sadness and anger to have healthier relationships with their peers, teachers and within their families. In our counseling sessions we will focus on finding your goals for a more holistic health, better relationships and solutions for having peace and happiness in your life.

My work as a therapist has given me the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate that while our stories are unique, many of us share similar struggles: wanting to feel connected, understood, accepted, and at peace within ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, self compassion, and growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to provide a space where healing, insight, and meaningful change can emerge.
Hi, I’m Kimberly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, and the stress that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly listens while also helping you build practical skills that create lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways to cope, and work toward goals that align with the life you want to create.
I’m especially interested in the connection between mental and physical wellness. Whether we’re talking about stress, sleep, routines, relationships, or lifestyle habits, I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Seeking therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Welcome! I’m Christien Harden. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can work through life’s challenges at your own pace. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or identity-related concerns, my goal is to help you find clarity, healing, and balance in a way that feels right for you.
Hello my name is Andrea Stephen and I am so glad you stopped by welcome to a space created with warmth, compassion, and care where your story is honored, and your healing matters. As a holistic, empathetic and empowering counselor, I walk alongside of you supporting not only your mind but also your heart, body, and spirit. Looking through these many profiles can be difficult and draining. Thanks for being here. If you are struggling and unable to control your worries or feeling anxious and as if your stress never eases up, I hope we connect. Overthinking tomorrow and replaying yesterday can be exhausting for any of us and can honestly feel like where we live in our minds. Anxiety steals valuable time from us and can cause incredible distress. Depression also robs us of time, and if you live with grief and loss, the pain may feel overwhelming and never ending. I serve individuals in Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Virginia and have many years of experience working with clients suffering with anxiety, many of whom have endured trauma, loss, and live with grief. I enjoy assisting all adults and have worked with many wonderful individuals in addressing life challenges, changes, and transitions. I know it can be especially difficult and uncomfortable to reach out and ask for help when you are already overwhelmed with a situation. I will always strive to provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever concerns are important to you. Some concerns are very private. I respect this and offer a supportive environment which is always free from judgement. I appreciate your time and hope you find who you need in these profiles.
Welcome Thank you for taking your valuable time to look into starting therapy.

Hi, I’m La’Kisha “Kisha” Jordan and I believe therapy is a healing space rooted in truth, transformation, and cultural connection. I work with teens, individuals, women, and families who are tired of just surviving and ready to start healing—for real. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma, or just feeling lost in the noise of life, I hold space that is safe, soulful, and judgment-free.
My approach is eclectic and intuitive—I don’t just use one method because you’re not one-size-fits-all. I blend evidence-based techniques like CBT and DBT with creativity, storytelling, spirituality, and real talk. One session might include grounding and deep breathing; another might involve journaling, laughter, or hard truths said with love. I meet you where you are, and walk with you toward where you want to be.
I’m not just a therapist behind a desk—I’m a woman who’s lived, lost, loved, and learned. I see you. I hear you. And I believe in your ability to grow through what you go through.
I am an LCSW who has been a practicing social worker for 14 years in the medical and community settings. I work with diverse populations and backgrounds. I also have experience working with children with varying behaviors and mental health diagnoses. Throughout my career, I have actively pursued an expansion of knowledge and community resources and an increased understanding of clinical and medical social work. I have an outstanding ability to motivate others, advocate for clients and families, provide emotional support and counseling, and handle crises.
HeIlo. My name is Tracey and I am pleased you are here. Just to share a little bit about myself. I am a wife and a mother. I have worked as a licensed clinical social worker for fifteen years, however I have over twenty years of experience in counseling. Guided by Christian values of grace, hope, and compassion, I seek to support clients in a way that honors both their emotional well-being and, when desired, their spiritual journey. I believe healing occurs through a combination of understanding, truth, and practical action, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
You may feel desperate, alone, and misunderstood. You feel like you are floating in the bottom of a lake and cannot see the light above you. Everyday, you feel like you are just going through the motions. If this describes you, then I may be the therapist for you. In my nearly twenty years of experience, I have helped people like you reach their potential and achieve the recovery that they needed. There is no set system or quick fix as others may promise, but I will walk down the road with you. My primary focus is on helping you deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I try and help you be okay with things that are beyond your control and work with you to establish yourself as the protagonist in your own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.

I'm a psychotherapist with 35-plus years of experience. After completing training in clinical social work and psychology at the University of Maryland (M.S.W., 1988) and Saybrook Institute (Ph.D., 1991), I began practicing as a family, couples and individual therapist. I love working with clients in the here-and-now, and finding solutions to move forward with life. My primary goal is to help you help yourself. I will guide and coach you, not tell you what to do. Diagnostic labels are useful at times, but you are not your labels. I'm your thinking partner: We'll reason and think our way to what makes sense together.

First of all, I love what I do and to witness the positive changes clients make in their lives as a result of choosing therapy to help them accomplish what they want. Often the goal is to achieve symptom relief so as to not be overwhelmed by anxiety, mood disorders or be better able to manage the challenges of ADHD. Sometimes there is not a specific outcome identified but a need for ongoing support for dealing with life transitions or difficult people. Sometimes clients use therapy as a confidential sounding board where they can talk to an objective outsider about situations and sort out their perspective. I offer various ways to see and respond to situations that might otherwise not be considered. Your opinion as a client is the most important one and I will also honestly provide mine when asked for. I believe therapy can actually be something that you can look forward to and an opportunity to learn new skills to use long after you discontinue, and we can even have some fun and laughs along the journey.
My name is Dr. Butler (Bennie) and Iam an LPC, LAC and PhD in CO and VA serving those that are dealing with the following: depression, anxiet, bi-polar, maital/couples issues, existential issues (life meaning), issues of faith, addictions, disassociative issues and the Like. I have taught psychology, and plan to again, at the college level and I have been the owner of LoveJoy Counseling for 15+ years in CO and I am now expanding into the GROW platform. I am polite and professional, but fairly straight-forward tending to work with those who are at a point where they understand that change takes some level of challange. In short, I have experience with both theory and the applied science associated with psychology and can draw from both to apply in a professional, non-judgemental, yet honest wayGreat. I am 61 years of age, I have lived in various places around the world and have seen the common threads of humanity throughout.
