Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Utah. I work with individuals including professionals, first responders, women and adolescents. I enjoy helping women navigate pregnancy and postpartum, relationship issues, health issues and more life transitions. I have experience in hospital crisis and inpatient settings, schools, and the outpatient setting. My background in child development gives me a unique perspective when working with adolescents and their families. I offer a judgement-free space to allow clients to feel comfortable expressing themselves, and value being direct, open and honest.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, Georgia and Utah. I have worked within the mental health field for over 20 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe with the right support and guidance many can learn new healthy coping skills that will assist in decreasing symptoms we all possess in response to daily stressors. I have also worked in assisting those who have transitioned from their family of faith and have been able to guide them in learning how to move forward from the shame that is often associated with the transition.
I provide virtual individual therapy for adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or just feeling stuck. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness, and Positive Psychology, and I tailor each session to meet your unique goals. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a PhD in International Psychology, and I'm passionate about helping clients build self-compassion, strengthen their self-care practices, and move toward meaningful, values-driven change. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two Shih-Tzu pups, who may occasionally make a guest appearance in session.
I am Nicole Joseph, a dedicated therapist specializing in solution-focused therapy. My practice centers on helping clients harness their strengths and resources to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. By focusing on solutions rather than problems, I guide individuals and families toward a more positive and fulfilling future. With a passion for helping individuals improve their mental well-being and enhance their lives through therapy, my empathetic and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, emotions, and challenges.
As your therapist, I’ll support you in navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma with compassion and real-world tools. Together, we’ll uncover what helps you feel grounded, empowered, and whole. My approach is individualized and authentic; blending warmth, honesty, and care to help you strengthen your overall well-being while staying true to who you are.
You deserve to feel like your best self-- not someday, but starting now. Therapy is a brave step, and I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
I’m Kimberly M. Brooks, LCSW. I help adults and couples facing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship strain, and emotional overwhelm find clarity and peace. My style is warm, direct, and grounding. I offer practical tools, honest insight, and optional faith-integrated support to help you heal, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with confidence. Clients often tell me they appreciate the calm space I create, the clarity that comes from honest conversations, and the steady guidance that helps them move forward.
I enjoy working with adults through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges and have over a decade of experience. In our work together, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and curious approach that helps slow things down so we can understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface—not just the symptoms, but the patterns, experiences, and meanings behind them. I integrate trauma-informed care, DBT skills, and attachment-based work to help you build both insight and practical tools for change.
Clients often come to me when they’re ready for something to feel different, even if they can’t fully explain what needs to shift yet. Together, we work to make sense of what has been shaping your emotional world and relationships, and we focus on creating new ways of responding that feel more steady, connected, and aligned with the life you want to build.
I don’t view your struggles as a lack of willpower; I view them as the creative ways your survival brain has tried to keep you safe. With 45 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with thoughtful individuals who have learned to cope with anxiety and low self-confidence by playing small, withdrawing, or quietly shrinking their lives.
My approach is anchored in whole-being psychology and deep somatic awareness. I understand that you cannot challenge old, rigid scripts until you feel entirely safe. Because of this, our work begins with gentle understanding and deep respect for your fears. I focus on building an unshakeable therapeutic relationship so that you never feel judged or rushed.
Once that foundation of trust is secure, we transition into more direct, active methods. Drawing on mindfulness and values-based action, I will help you look honestly at the patterns holding you back. My own long-term practice in martial arts and internal energy mechanics informs my clinical work, giving me a deep appreciation for the balance between stillness and action, yielding and standing firm. Together, we will honor the protective walls you built in the past, while gently and firmly dismantling them so you can step into an expanded, fully realized life.
Hello, I'm Janelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
While my clinical background includes supporting individuals and families through serious medical diagnoses, chronic illness, pregnancy and postpartum journeys, caregiver stress, grief and loss, and end-of-life transitions, I also work with clients facing everyday challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Whether you're navigating a significant life event or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, you don't have to face it alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.
Hi, I’m Dr. DeAnna (Dee) Brookhart.
If you’re here, chances are life feels heavier than it should. Maybe stress won’t let up, anxiety keeps you on edge, or sadness has dulled your energy. Perhaps your relationship feels strained, or addiction has taken more space than you want it to. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, Wisconsin and Utah, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor with nearly 30 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through struggles like anxiety, depression, addiction, marital or couples issues, workplace trauma, and the challenges of blended family life. I also work with clients navigating personality struggles or the lasting effects of stress and trauma.
My approach is warm and collaborative. We’ll clarify what matters most to you, set realistic goals, and work at a pace that feels safe. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies — always adapted to your needs. Sessions with me often include open conversation, practical coping tools, encouragement, and sometimes even humor when it helps ease the weight.
I see healing as holistic. That means looking at not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how stress shows up in your body, how you connect with others, and how your daily habits shape your well-being.
I work best with adults and couples ready to make changes, even if they’re not sure where to start.
Outside the office, I love cooking, reading, traveling to the beach, and spending time with my family. I have ADORABLE grandkids! And of course Charlie, my Golden Retriever.
If you’re ready to feel lighter, find clarity, and rebuild what matters most, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
Hello there! Take a deep breath. It's not easy finding the right therapist. I have been on the other side of the therapy desk and know how hard it is to open up to a stranger. It's okay if you are anxious about it, I understand this. I have provided therapy for almost 20 years and have been in the mental health field for over 25 years in a multitude of settings - schools, prisons, outpatient and inpatient facilities. I've been in private practice for about 8 years. If you need just a few sessions to gain just a few tools to help over a rough patch, we can collaborate on that. Or, if you are ready for a major change in your life to address some serious problems, we can work on that, as well. My approach is collaborative, meaning, you and I are a team to work towards a solution for your current challenges.

Hello! My name is Mrs. Jessica Gonzalez and I'm a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families to restore balance, unrevealed emotions and guide them through what feels like overwhelming obstacles and challenges. My goal is to provide a safe environment to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Thank you for taking the 1st step towards change and I look forward to working with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas and also licensed in Colorado, Florida, Idaho, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont. With more than 34 years of private practice experience, I help adults identify and overcome obstacles that interfere with daily functioning, relationships, personal growth, and achieving meaningful goals.
My approach is practical, structured, and collaborative. I believe trust is the foundation of effective therapy, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable being open, honest, and willing to make lasting change. I also believe that appropriate humor, when used at the right time, can help build connection, reduce anxiety, and provide perspective during life's challenges.
Throughout my career, I have continued to expand my knowledge through professional education, research, and the life experiences that come from working with a diverse range of clients over three decades. I am a lifelong Texan who has traveled extensively and gained an appreciation for different cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences. While I have not lived every situation my clients face, I have experienced many of life's challenges myself, allowing me to offer both professional guidance and genuine understanding. Even when life does not unfold as planned, there is no reason to face those struggles alone.
To ensure clients receive the most appropriate care, my practice is generally not the best fit for individuals whose primary concerns involve major depressive disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, or other conditions requiring more specialized or intensive treatment. In those situations, I encourage clients to work with clinicians whose practices are specifically focused on those needs.
Welcome! I'm Denise Billings.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.

I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I work with high-functioning individuals who often appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck beneath the surface.
Many of my clients are used to pushing through, taking care of others, and managing everything on their own—until it stops working. They come to me looking for more than just coping strategies. They want to understand what’s driving their patterns and experience real, lasting change.
My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, and nervous system-focused therapy to help you move beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, process unresolved experiences, and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
The impact of this work is more than symptom relief. Clients often begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and clearer in their decisions. They develop a stronger sense of self, improved boundaries, and a greater ability to navigate stress without becoming overwhelmed.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—change is possible, and it can feel more sustainable than you might expect.
