I completed my undergraduate nursing education at Howard University and Prairie View A and M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1988. I completed my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2015 from Liberty University. I have more than three decades of comprehensive Healthcare and Mental Health experience. As a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Professional Therapist, I desire to use my comprehensive Healthcare background to provide a unique and beneficial counseling experience for my clients. My primary Therapeutic model is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness therapy, and Spirituality and other Therapeutic methods per client request. I approach my clients with dignity, compassion, and respect and am accepting of them wherever they are in their cycle of life.
