Hi! I’m Ileana, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Texas. I bring over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive mental health support to adults and children facing various life challenges. My practice is dedicated to fostering resilience, promoting personal growth, and helping individuals navigate transitions with confidence and self-awareness. My approach is centered on creating a safe and nurturing environment to foster healing and growth, helping each individual to thrive and achieve their fullest potential.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I believe that we are all beings who want healing in all aspects of our life: physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
The differences between the emotional health we have and the health we want can create tension between our current situation and our self image and power. Often, we don't know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle can be too difficult to face without strong support and the realization someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills.
My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness. We move at your pace. I will assign homework if you want to move more quickly.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) based in Texas. I received my Master of Social Worker Degree from Texas State University and have been in private practice for over six years. I work with women of all ages utilizing their own strengths to work through their trauma, stress, and life transitions while improving their well-being and quality of life.
I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals impacted by abuse, neglect, substance use, mental health, incarceration and illness. I have worked with children, families and individuals in varied settings to include juvenile probation, residential treatment, drug court and over 16 years in the child welfare system. For the last 12 years, I have worked in an inpatient hospital setting. I have worked specifically the last 11 years in Women’s Health Services. I am committed to helping others improve their quality of life in a non-judgmental and welcoming space.
I am a Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor(LCDC-I). I have been working with clients from different settings; hospitals, school and clinical, and with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. As someone with roots in South Asia, therapy is not just a profession for me; it is a true passion. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy and the potential it holds for individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
Oftentimes, clients feel stuck in the darkest places or have lost the spark of joy in their life. This could be due to difficult transitions in life, loss, various different fears or anxieties, or even uncertainty for direction on your path in life. If we are able to identify the how and why of our emotions and actions, we can start to improve and change our behaviors that hinder us. When we become more aware of our emotions, thoughts, and actions, we can move steadily toward the life we dream of.
As a play therapist, not only am I passionate about working with children and teens, but also adults who would like to explore their inner child to bring creativity, joy, and playfulness back into their lives. I often use art, storytelling, metaphor, or visual aids when appropriate, to facilitate growth and learning key coping skills. I have helped many clients grow and move through the lingering effects and pains of trauma or life transitions, whether recent or long buried. I can help in facilitating growth and healing after difficult and often excruciating experiences, while progressing at your pace and comfort level.
I work with clients who often worry they are “not good enough” just as they are or struggle with anger or anxiety about how the world might treat them. We can work together to help you learn to love yourself for who you are, not what others say or expect you to be. My clients include people who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, as well as those who identify as LGBTQ+ or gender non-conforming.
I can offer a sliding scale for cash pay. Contact me today to see if we are the right fit to start your healing journey. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.
Since stepping back from full-time leadership roles, I’ve shifted my focus to what I value most—working directly with clients through my online therapy practice. I specialize in supporting young and middle-aged adults, couples, and parents who are facing life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, addictive habits, or a sense of feeling stuck.
My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
