Hi! I’m Jimmy Secoy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in the belief that people aren’t meant to go through life’s hardest moments alone. Therapy, to me, is a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be fully heard — without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.” Clients often describe me as accepting, approachable, and empathetic. I bring a calm presence to the room, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.

I am Casey Linda Unger, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the mental health field since 1996 and licensed since 2002. My experience ranges from working with the chronically mentally ill in public mental health, private practice, inpatient psychiatric, diagnostics/assessment, crisis intervention, anger management, and employee assistance. Therapy, to me, is about real human connection. It is about creating a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged, analyzed, or pressured to have everything figured out. You do not have to come into therapy with the perfect words or even know exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes the first step is simply having a place where you can slow things down, be honest about what is going on, and begin making sense of it. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and built around curiosity. I want therapy to feel like something we are doing together, not something being done to you. We will look at the experiences, relationships, beliefs, habits, and patterns that have shaped your life while also paying attention to the strengths and resilience that have helped you get this far. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly, develop healthier ways of navigating challenges, and create changes that actually feel realistic/meaningful for your life. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens dealing with a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, identity, confidence, communication, family dynamics, and personal growth. I also enjoy working with people who may not feel like they are in crisis but simply want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, or figure out what they want their next chapter to look like. I want my clients to feel seen, respected, and comfortable enough to be real. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and life experiences. My role is not to tell you who to be. It is to help you better understand who you are, what matters to you, and how to move forward.

My path into counseling began in 2006, working as an addiction counselor in the prison system. Since then, I've worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, psychiatric hospitals, and intensive outpatient programs. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and life circumstances, while reinforcing a belief that lasting change happens through connection, self-awareness, and authenticity. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to, while also being direct enough to gently challenge unhelpful patterns when they arise. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. While I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, I also believe growth happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and pay attention to what truly matters. My love of nature and the outdoors has shaped both my life and my work, and I value helping clients find greater balance, self-acceptance, and alignment with their values. My goal is not to fix people, but to help them recognize their strengths, trust themselves, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Hello! I am Wendy Theriot,MA,LPC. I spent years specializing in trauma-focused therapy and have worked in the private practice setting as well as treatment facility setting. This year I have taken a break from in-person therapy where I specialized in EMDR to more of a person-centered approach addressing men’s issues, as well as working mainly with with First Responders, Veterans, Active Duty personnel as well as couples. I guide the client in the direction of healing or self actualization incorporating Cognitive Processing , Jungian therapy and Attachment-Based therapy. “Jungian”refers to the psychological doctrines and analytical therapy developed by the Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. It helps to uncover hidden forces driving human behavior by integrating the conscious and unconscious mind, ultimately striving toward authenticity and personal wholeness. Attachment Based therapy is a form of counseling that explores how your early childhood relationships with primary caregivers shape your adult attachment style. In addition to individual therapy I have worked with couples using the Gottman Method. It is a structured, research-based approach to couples therapy developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It aims to disarm conflicting verbal communication, increase intimacy and respect, and remove barriers. If you are seeing me through an EAP or have a limited amount of therapy sessions I also do Solution Focused Brief Therapy where we don’t look at the past as much as we look towards the future and what you want to envision. With my help you can get there.

My name is Richard Spires, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, and families feel safe to express themselves, explore difficult emotions, and develop meaningful tools for growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are while recognizing and honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and resilience. I view behavior as communication and believe that every emotion and response serves a purpose. Rather than focusing solely on eliminating behaviors or symptoms, I work to understand the underlying experiences, unmet needs, and patterns contributing to a client's challenges. Together, we identify practical strategies that promote emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and lasting change. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, attachment concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and challenges at school or home. I recognize that growth often occurs when the entire family feels supported, so I value collaborating with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. By providing education, encouragement, and practical tools, I help families strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every individual has the capacity for healing and growth when they feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether supporting a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity or anxiety, or a family adjusting to significant life changes, I am committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. My hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater resilience, deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and the confidence to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.

I am a therapist who shows up with both professional expertise and lived experience. As a mom and wife, I understand firsthand how demanding, beautiful, overwhelming, and transformative life can be. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, care for others, and still try to make space for yourself. That lived understanding shapes the way I support my clients. I don’t just teach coping skills — I honor the real‑life pressures that make those skills hard to practice. I meet people where they are, with compassion, clarity, and a belief that small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change. Mindfulness is a core part of how I move through my own life, and it naturally influences my work. I believe mindfulness isn’t about perfection or long meditation sessions — it’s about learning to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of everyday moments. Whether it’s a busy morning, a stressful conversation, or a moment of self‑doubt, mindfulness helps us slow down enough to respond rather than react. It’s a powerful tool for grounding, emotional regulation, and building resilience, and I weave it into therapy in simple, practical ways that fit real life. I work with teenagers navigating identity, self‑esteem, and life transitions; adults healing from trauma and unresolved emotional wounds; and individuals who feel overwhelmed by pressure, anxiety, or depression and struggle to find space for self‑care. My intention is always empowerment and transformation. I help clients understand their stories, break old patterns, strengthen their inner resources, and build lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. I walk alongside them with warmth, curiosity, and a steady belief in their capacity to grow.

I’m passionate about walking with people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery—especially those in communities that have often been overlooked or underserved. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a variety of roles: school teacher, parole officer, child protective services investigator, state benefits worker, and therapy aide for individuals with brain injuries. Each experience deepened my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the importance of community connection. In our work together, no concern is “too small.” This is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you sort through the things that matter most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and goals, at a pace that feels right for you. My counseling style is flexible and eclectic, pulling from different therapeutic approaches to fit your needs. Whether we’re focusing on reflection, problem-solving, or new ways of coping, the goal is to create a plan that feels authentic and useful to you. I consider it an honor to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you along the way.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and began my career in the field as a school counselor, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Over time, my work has grown to focus on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, and patterns that may feel overwhelming or difficult to change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, helping clients build practical skills while also gaining deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Whether you are feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or wanting to make meaningful changes in your life, my goal is to walk alongside you at your pace and support you in building greater balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Having worked in the educational field for many years, I chose to go into to counseling in order to help others who are in need of understanding, support and encouragement. Allowing someone to express their thoughts, feeling and helping them see or understand what may be holding them back or creating issues in their life is rewarding. My aim is help others learn how to manage and go forward with all they have experienced and encountered.

If you're a high-functioning, driven person who looks like you have it together—but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone. You may be used to being the strong one… the dependable one… the one everyone leans on. But lately, it’s starting to feel exhausting. You might find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or constantly pushing through your day while feeling mentally drained. At some point, coping stops feeling like living. Clients who work with me often go from: • Constant overthinking → feeling more mentally clear and present • People-pleasing → setting boundaries with confidence • Anxiety-driven decisions → trusting themselves • Emotional exhaustion → feeling more balanced and in control The time we spend together will be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to keep pushing through this alone. If you're ready for meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you.
