As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Hi, my name is Terri Lee Stowe and I am the founder and owner of Engaging Teens Counseling Center, PLLC. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I provide individual telehealth sessions for teens and young adults. I work exclusively with clients ages 11 to 25. It would be my pleasure to help you or your child navigate the transition between adolescence and young adulthood. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to recognize both their personal value and their strengths.
Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you.
After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos.
Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood.
Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path.
Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.

My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, yoga and art to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help.
At the Child & Adult Behavior Center, we help both adults and children, as well as parents.
For adults, we help you find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, loss and depression. Not only talking through and understanding, but also concrete "what to do about it" coping skills, lead to calmer, more stable emotions and relationships. We find cognitive behavioral therapy very useful, and within that, learning the skills of mindfulness, a form of in-the-moment meditative thinking, to calm and focus the mind when emotions overtake. This fosters a new way of viewing and handling stressful situations as they arise.
For children's therapy, we work with you, and with your child. Parents' feedback is a critical part of helping children feel and do better. We help you with parent-child interactions to find your way as you navigate the seas of child behavior. Our specializations are the treatment for Aspergers/autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, emotional self regulation, the behavioral and emotional aspects of sensory issues, anxiety and depression. Our special programs also treat a wide range of neuroatypical, developmentally challenged children. Neuro-typical parent-child relationships, family relations, and parenting issues for all children and teens are also our focus. We help - you help your child - with ideas and techniques to put into action. Ideas that can greatly reduce the stress and storm of being a parent in the trenches. Peace in the home is possible!

My goal as a therapist is to help men feel more seen, understood, and more connected to community. Together we will work on challenging how we view our role as men and how this view has affected our overall well-being. I want to explore with you, how you process the daily challenges of being a husband, a father, son or just a man. I know it's not easy, but you always make it work no matter how difficult. I aim to give you a space where you can discuss these challenges without feeling as if your complaining or being a burden.
I can help you manage your stress by discussing tools that allow us to be honest with ourselves and how we feel. Yes! I'm talking about emotions. No matter how long we ignore them they still exist, bottled up and all. I want to help you share those emotions and thoughts out loud, guilt free!

You may know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you respond to life’s challenges.

My personality and determination are often replicated in the counseling relationship to help my clients reach their goals. My experience includes providing services to adolescence, young adults and adults who come from diverse backgrounds. Having worked with clients in the foster care system, adults in transitional homes, at risk youth, domestic violence victims, and families in crisis and some of the setting in which I have worked with clients.
In my role as a mental health therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their journeys towards healing, growth, and empowerment. My specialized focus on treating anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma stems from a genuine passion for supporting individuals as they overcome the challenges that often accompany these experiences.
I recognize that anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma are complex and multifaceted, impacting every facet of a person's life. Through my extensive training and experience, I have developed a compassionate and client-centered approach that tailors interventions to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. I firmly believe in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and memories at their own pace.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
