Hi there, I'm Brian.
Do you miss feeling on track and working towards your goals? Are you not connecting with those you felt close to, such as your best friends, significant other, or family? Do things just feel a bit off and you need some guidance to get back to being "you"?
I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

It takes courage to reach out for help and I am privileged that you are considering me as your therapist. I have been practicing for over 15 years and have experience working alongside individuals, couples, and families who are seeking to work on addressing relationship conflict, overcome depression symptoms, and process past trauma. Each individual is different in their identified needs and I tailor my therapeutic approaches on a client centered model to address the individual needs. I consider it a privilege and an honor to work with individuals who aspire to not allow the circumstances of life to prevent them from living their best life. I would be more than happy to walk alongside you in this journey of self discovery and healing.
Healing begins when you have a safe place to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover new ways forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to gain insight into how past experiences influence their current relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you are struggling with difficult family dynamics, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-confidence, chronic stress, or navigating a significant life change, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist I have particular experience and training in understanding individuals in the context of their relationships, families, and social identities. Sometimes our distress isn't just about what we're doing or not doing. Oftentimes, it's about how we move through the world in our social identities and how the world perceives and interacts with us so I want you to be able to talk about that in therapy. It's important to me that I bring my authentic self and hold space for my clients to show up as their authentic selves. The therapeutic relationship, trust, and honesty are at the heart of what I do.

I'm Javier Omar Meléndez-Vega. I'm a Borikua therapist, and I work by telehealth in Texas and California.
I help adults who are carrying existential dread, anxiety, and grief, often the living legacy of intergenerational trauma, feel steadier, less overwhelmed, and more like themselves again.
In our sessions, we work with breath, movement, and the senses, and with the land around you where you are, even over video. When it fits, I will invite you to step outside, notice what is alive around you, or bring a plant, a stone, or a view from a window into our work together.
I am passionate about doing something that matters in the world with the skills I have and I choose to focus that passion on the relationships I have with my clients. I want to understand my client's perspective, life, and motivation and even help them discover those things for themselves. I do this through conversations that help us build trust and explore thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I also focus on tangible solutions when possible, as well as emotional management and skill building. In the simplest terms, I want to be someone who can listen without judgement and care without expectation.

I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
Hello, I'm Adrienne Capeless (she/they) a licensed clinical social worker specializing in grief, loss and bereavement. I have over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. Hello Friend and welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my a thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards to which I uphold in every session with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina

Hi, I'm Shelly — a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people find their footing when life feels overwhelming. My journey in mental health began decades ago in music therapy, working in psychiatric settings where I first witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when given the right support and a safe space. That foundation shapes the way I work to this day — with attunement, creativity, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction recovery, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build real, lasting skills rather than just temporary relief. I have a particular heart for neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism — who may have spent years feeling misunderstood. You do fit — sometimes it just takes the right space to discover that.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Good therapy isn't just about insight — it's about leaving each session with something you can actually use. I'll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and work hard to make sure our time together is meaningful.
For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into our work. I believe healing touches the whole person — mind, heart, and spirit — and that for many people, faith isn't separate from their healing but central to it. I hold that with care and without pressure.
Whether you're navigating a specific struggle or carrying a weight you've held for too long, you don't have to do it alone. Reaching out is the hardest step — and I'm really glad you're here.
I'd love the opportunity to connect.

I will provide a safe place for you to process everything that has happened, so that you can stay centered in such an unpredictable time that is filled with unknowns.
Are you or a loved one struggling emotionally? A survivor of a traumatic event? Unable to cope? Going through a life change? Grieving? Feeling overwhelmed or “stuck”? Dealing with my many life struggles has motivated me to follow a path to help others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas & Arkansas), and my passion for counseling has proven to be a great step towards helping others redirect and regain control of their lives. Collaborate with me at H.E.A.L. Counseling & Consults to start taking steps to drop some of the things that continue to weigh you down; hence, “it’s not the load that breaks you, but the way you carry it” (Lena Horne).
I offer a direct approach while being nonjudgmental, empathetic, and understanding in order to work jointly with you to help you explore and discover your unknown strengths/potential, learn coping strategies, self-love, stress management, empowerment, inner peace, change and/or healing while providing you with a safe environment to do so. I’ve worked in school, outpatient, and in patient/hospital settings, with individuals, families and groups, and I am open and receptive to those of various ages (children and adults), faiths, ethnicities, sexual orientation and genders.

🧭 // APPROACH
Asé. Your holistic transformation starts now.
Clients consistently praise my empathy, perceptiveness, practical guidance, and measurable improvements they experience, with one noting: "Tim is empathetic and encouraging. I'm on session 7 seeing improvements. 10/10."
Therapy should feel like a cozy tea-time chat in your living room, creating a safe space where intimacy and authentic connection flourish naturally.
I bring a holistic, modern approach rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, supporting individuals through dating, marriage, or healing from the past. I tailor my approach to your unique story, helping you find peace, reconnect, and build lasting relationships, whether you're feeling distant, unheard, or weighed down by the past.
🙏 // GRACE POLICY
Please respect my 15-minute wait policy. Sessions don't always start exactly on time due to back-to-back appointments.
More than likely, I will be in the waiting room once you join, in a session, transitioning the prior client with grace, before I prepare for you.
As clients can be a few minutes late without issue, practitioners deserve similar grace.
🧘🏽♀️ // SERVICE & CARE BOUNDARIES
I DO NOT provide docs (e.g., dr. notes, signatures, letters) for lawsuits, legal cases, work accommodations, emotional support animals, or leave requests, this includes FMLA, unemployment, lawsuits, etc. If that's a need, i'm not your fit.
Furthermore, I don't tolerate any disrespect or intentional and malicious transference towards me in session. I am here to process your bad days and equip you with the perspective, tools, and frameworks to navigate them, not receive the brunt of them. I will abruptly stop a session in which I feel threatened, disrespected, or abused and report the client to Growth Therapy (or law enforcement). My work is my livelihood and passion. I will protect it and myself.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with trust, self-worth, and emotional connection. A central focus of my work is helping clients identify, explore, and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we explore how early experiences and core beliefs influence the way you view yourself and others, respond to challenges, make decisions, and navigate relationships and daily life. My goal is to help you move beyond simply understanding these patterns to making meaningful, lasting changes that align with who you want to be.
Depending on your individual needs, I draw from CBT, DBT skills, ACT strategies, schema work, and attachment-based or relational approaches to support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting behavioral change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with over 19 years of experience working with children, teens, and young adults. I offer a compassionate, faith-based approach and specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, peer pressure, self-harm, and family stressors related to children and their parents.

Together we will identify goals and objectives to meet so you can begin to improve your symptoms, your mental health, and your life. For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I will work with you for 12 sessions with Cognitive Processing Theory . Most clients see progress in the first 4-5 sessions.
✨ Hi, I’m Varissa Owens, MA, MS, LPC-S, NCC. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should be a space where you can be honest, heard, and accepted without judgment. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Master’s degree in Human Services, and I have provided counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, attachment patterns, and emotional challenges that can make it difficult to feel like yourself. I especially enjoy helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors so they can create meaningful and lasting change.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can show up as you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable while still making meaningful progress.
