I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous-system-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care into my work, I primarily work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a rigid or one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, or self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning people who are used to carrying a lot internally and are looking for both practical support and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I believe healing often begins with having a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported while building insight, confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

Therapy can be a frightening, overwhelming process, yet one of the most rewarding and life changing experiences of your life. It allows you to be you, share your thoughts and feelings without judgement, feel safe, gain insight into your thought process, your behaviors, and learn to be in control of your overall experiences. Through your strengths and weaknesses, you will learn to embrace each and every experience, and you will gain the knowledge to make the changes you need to achieve your goals. You will find the power within you to bring fulfillment to your life journey.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people, couples, and families grow, and learn what they need to have a more fulfilling life experience. I will listen to your life experience. I will listen to your challenges. I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you discover your strength, resilience, and potential for growth.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Kimberly is a licensed naturopathic physician, a chemical dependency counselor, a marriage and family therapist, and a licensed professional counselor. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
So, what brings you to therapy? My name is Aquarius and I am a Christian woman, mother of 5 and grandmother of 6. I have overcome so much in my life, and I would love to help you see that you can do the same. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who uses an ecclectic approach to help you acquire the control over your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, mental health symptoms, and life issues that plague you. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist who does telehealth therapy for Texas and Florida.

Hi there! I'm so glad that you have taken the step to begin your journey to becoming the best version of yourself...
A little about me, I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University in Union, NJ. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings and diverse backgrounds. I have worked within hospitals, residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, schools, major health insurance companies, and private practice.
The past few years have been difficult for so many of us... It seems like any issues we had before the pandemic were put on hold and we were then faced with a brand new set of overwhelming issues to cope with! Now that it seems we are beginning to return to some sense of normalcy, there's finally time to focus on personal growth and healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey, working with both children and adults navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, generalized anxiety, depression, and OCD. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, racing thoughts, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we will work together to better understand what’s going on and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My approach is active, direct, and solution-focused. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and supportive therapy to help you build skills, increase insight, and create lasting change. I also recognize that starting therapy (or starting over) can be a big step. I aim to meet you where you are, while gently challenging you toward growth in a way that feels manageable and realistic. If you're looking for a therapist who is engaged, practical, and focused on helping you see progress, I’d be happy to connect
Hi, I'm Shelly — a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people find their footing when life feels overwhelming. My journey in mental health began decades ago in music therapy, working in psychiatric settings where I first witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when given the right support and a safe space. That foundation shapes the way I work to this day — with attunement, creativity, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction recovery, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build real, lasting skills rather than just temporary relief. I have a particular heart for neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism — who may have spent years feeling misunderstood. You do fit — sometimes it just takes the right space to discover that.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Good therapy isn't just about insight — it's about leaving each session with something you can actually use. I'll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and work hard to make sure our time together is meaningful.
For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into our work. I believe healing touches the whole person — mind, heart, and spirit — and that for many people, faith isn't separate from their healing but central to it. I hold that with care and without pressure.
Whether you're navigating a specific struggle or carrying a weight you've held for too long, you don't have to do it alone. Reaching out is the hardest step — and I'm really glad you're here.
I'd love the opportunity to connect.
Hello, I am Shana Toney, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over my lifetime I have always worked in human services. It was gratifying to work with clients in their time of need and support them through the process. Many of the clients would say they felt comfortable talking to me and I listened to their needs. Those years of serving the community led me to become a therapist. Once I became a therapist 8 years ago, I found my passion. I love having the opportunity and freedom to work with clients, helping them figure things out, learn to create change in their lives and coping with situations they have no control over. Change is not easy but possible. My role as a therapist is to walk with clients to help create their change and happiness they desire.
I help individuals manage chronic mental health conditions, and also assist clients who are having difficulty managing or resolving problems of everyday life. Sometimes we feel stuck and overwhelmed in our current life situations. We will focus on managing your symptoms, and then dive deeper into addressing the root causes. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with couples and adolescents during some of life’s most overwhelming moments. I specialize in teen crisis concerns, including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, behavioral difficulties, and psychosis, as well as relationship distress within couples and families. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling scared, exhausted, or unsure how to help themselves or their loved ones. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and supported while we work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My Name is Ashlyn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. My passion for therapy and ability to connect with kids made my path to specialize in Play Therapy along with Animal-Assisted Play Therapy.
I focus in Child-Centered and Gestalt Play Therapy to build children’s connections with their body and mind and build confidence in speaking about their feelings. I offer CBT practices to teens and young adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, trauma, and social skills.
I have a diverse background working with people of all cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. My goal in therapy is to build genuine connections with others and provide support and empathy to all of my clients.
Outside of Therapy, I enjoy Legos, Video Games, and spending time outside going on adventures with my dogs!
