My approach is warm, supportive, and inquisitive. Hi, I’m Dr. Ebony B. I’m a licensed therapist, healing guide, and space-holder for people who are tired of being the strong one. If you’ve been carrying the weight of emotional pain, burnout, or the pressure to keep showing up for everyone else, this is your space to put it all down and just be.
I work with Black women, caregivers, and high-achieving professionals who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way. Many of my clients seem to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted inside. You don’t have to keep holding it in or pretending to be okay. You deserve a space to be real, to rest, and to heal.
In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I help clients understand what they’re feeling, where those emotions come from, and how to care for themselves with more compassion and clarity. We talk through patterns, explore your past, build boundaries, and learn new ways to cope that actually feel good to you. You’ll feel supported, not judged.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll laugh sometimes, reflect often, and create room for honesty, softness, and growth. I honor your lived experience and believe in healing that respects your identity, your story, and your values.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk with you.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Florida and Texas. I graduated in 2009 from Nova Southeastern University in Florida with a Masters of Science. I speak English, Spanish and Arabic.
I maintain a general practice working mainly with adults. I identify myself as a brief systemic solution oriented therapist.
As a professional, I am intensely interested in a lifelong learning and continuing to master the healing arts of therapy. I am curious about people and their stories, their strengths , their struggles and their resources.
My strength as a therapist is in being empathetic, authentic, challenging and intuitively sensitive to my client's needs. My treatment philosophy is that I find each person and each situation different. I believe that people have internal resources that are available to help bring about a successful resolution to life's challenges. I approach my clients with warmth and a non-judgmental style.
Maybe you keep having the same frustrating conversations with your partner and nothing ever really gets resolved. Trust may have been broken, you may feel lonely even when you’re together, or you may be questioning whether your relationship can actually get better. Or perhaps you’ve survived an abusive or traumatic relationship and find that what happened still affects how safe you feel, how you trust, and how you see yourself.
I’m an LMFT and LPC with over a decade of experience helping adults and couples navigate relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, domestic violence and abusive relationship dynamics, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I also specialize in women’s and reproductive mental health, including infertility and TTC, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition to motherhood.
My style is warm and compassionate, but I’m also an active therapist. I won’t simply listen and send you on your way. I’ll help you recognize patterns, understand what’s underneath them, and give you honest feedback and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I help patients learn how to manage depression, anxiety, anger, and avoid burnout. I believe you can cope with anything life throws at you and not feel like your stressors are controlling you.
I'm here to help you cope with overwhelming stress, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression. Seeking help can be scary but remember that asking for help is a sign of great strength. You deserve a safe, empathetic, and judgement-free environment to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!

Hi, I'm a licensed therapist who provides compassionate, client-centered care for adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, while always honoring your lived experience and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel understood, build insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples navigate daily stressors and difficult life transitions. I partner with motivated clients who have identified troubled areas in their lives but currently feel unequipped to handle them effectively on their own. By combining a practical, goal-oriented approach with structured behavioral strategies, I help clients cultivate the resilience, tools, and actionable mindsets needed to overcome their challenges and build a more fulfilling life.
I believe therapy is meant to be a space of mutual collaboration, help work towards and help understand those aspects of your life that motivated you to seek guidance. I believe that each situation is unique, just like the individuals involved. I embrace multiple modalities that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion. I thus embrace a client-centric approach of unconditional positive regard where the goal is for you to embrace your inner strength, leading to your desired clinical outcomes.
You may be someone who appears strong and capable on the outside while privately carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the pressure of always having to hold everything together. I work with adults of all genders, and over the years, I have gained extensive experience helping men address the concerns that often matter most to them.
My work with men includes navigating relationship and communication difficulties, divorce or separation, fatherhood, work-related stress, anger, emotional isolation, loss of identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to remain strong while struggling internally. I understand that many men have been taught to suppress vulnerability or solve problems alone. Therapy with me is practical, respectful, and judgment-free—a place where you can speak honestly without feeling criticized or misunderstood.
As a South Asian therapist, I also understand how culture, family expectations, identity, immigration experiences, and intergenerational patterns can influence mental health. I welcome South Asian clients, veterans, active-duty service members, and individuals coping with PTSD, military-related experiences, major life transitions, and relationship concerns.
My approach is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful change. Together, we will understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping and communication skills, and help you move forward with greater confidence, peace, and clarity. You do not have to navigate everything alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through their most challenging life transitions. My practice specializes in homicide survivor bereavement, providing a compassionate and structured environment for those navigating the profound trauma of loss. With a deep background in case management, I offer more than just talk therapy; I provide clinical advocacy for clients who feel overwhelmed by the legal and systemic hurdles that often accompany tragedy.
I am also deeply committed to serving first responders and frontline professionals. I understand the unique culture of your work and the weight of secondary trauma. Whether you are a first responder seeking a confidential space to decompress or a survivor looking to regain your agency, my goal is to help you process these experiences and find a path forward. I utilize a tech-forward, virtual approach that incorporates evidence-based tools like EMDR to help you achieve lasting healing.
Hi there! My name is Jaron Cotton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health.
While life is a blessing for us all, it can bring incredible challenges filled with stress that can seem impossible at times. My goal in therapy is understand your goals and work together to help you achieve them. True growth comes from challenging ourselves to process, reflect and adapt in a healthy way. Remember that asking for help and showing vulnerability is actually a sign of strength, never a weakness!
I am available through telehealth only at this time, but may be accepting in-person clients in the future. Thank you!
