Do you feel like you have a lot on your mind but don’t know where to put it? Maybe you’ve become used to keeping things to yourself, questioning whether your feelings are “important enough” to talk about, or trying to handle everything on your own. You may know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure where to start. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make that step feel a little easier. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can work through it together. My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to help you manage stress, stay grounded, and become more aware of what you need in the moment. Therapy is not about having someone tell you what to do. It’s about having a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what has been weighing on you, and develop tools that feel realistic for your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with stress, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control over how you respond to life’s challenges. Reaching out can be the hardest part. You’ve already taken an important step by considering therapy. **I will not be able to evaluate for disability, custody or court-related documents.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will. From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas? The duality of life. Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress. My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.

For most of my adult life I have had the privilege of helping others navigate challenges, make meaningful changes, and move forward in their lives. Along the way life has happened to me, too. I have experienced loss, grief, life transitions, and family conflict, and I understand that sometimes even the strongest among us need support finding our way through difficult seasons. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, what I bring to the professional relationship is true life experiences, not just professional training, and a genuine understanding of how complex life can be. You can know that something needs to change and still feel unsure where to begin. Maybe you're overthinking everything, putting pressure on yourself to get it right, carrying experiences you've never fully processed, or trying to find your footing in a season of life that has changed you. Sometimes, even when things look fine from the outside, they can feel very different on the inside. I want therapy to be a place where you can let your guard down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel understood without having to explain away your feelings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trinity University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's University, both in San Antonio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Recognizing the need for help is an important first step. In fact, rather than acknowledging a weakness, it is a sign of strength. I want to help you to build on that strength to achieve success in the areas you are struggling with. Specializing in relationship dynamics, I invite individuals, couples, and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and more. Christian counseling, men's issues, and family roles are additional areas of special focus I provide. I believe in personal responsibility, the reality of options at your disposal, and your ability to make decisions that are good for you with clarity. Ownership results in liberty. I would be working with you to help things make more sense and see a path forward.

Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you. After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos. Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood. Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path. Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.

Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse; and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for using mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

Feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life is something many people experience, and counseling can provide a supportive space to work through those challenges. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment where we can identify your goals, work toward them together, and regularly evaluate your progress. I especially enjoy working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as partners, family members, and caregivers who may also need support but often hesitate to ask for help. I also work with people who have been falsely accused and may be navigating stress, uncertainty, isolation, or difficult emotions that can feel overwhelming to manage alone.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2018, providing mental health and behavioral counseling services. My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has a unique life story, and our present experiences are often shaped by what we've encountered in the past.
