I am a skilled and empathetic counselor with over 18 years of experience. I work with a wide variety of clients from the very young to the very experienced. My clients are people who have been struggling, often through many failed attempts, to get their life back on the path they want. I help my clients find their own, unique way to overcome the challenges they are facing be it depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or unexpected changes in life circumstances. I help my clients find their footing and forge their own path towards the future they choose.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of OSUN Family Healing Services, an African-centered mental health initiative dedicated to healing Black women and girls. My work is rooted in cultural identity, emotional healing, and community restoration. I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves beyond survival, addressing the impact of generational trauma, systemic oppression, and disconnection from identity. I am building a space that moves beyond traditional therapy into collective healing, self-awareness, and liberation.
Hello my name is Robin. I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist who has over 26 years working in behavioral healthcare. I specialize in many different therapeutic approaches. I can help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to help empower you to break negative cycles, manage current challenges, heal through past trauma, and ultimately become the best version of yourself. I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we'll set goals that matter to you—whether that involves managing a major life transition, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth.
I offer telehealth counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed principles, and person-centered care. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to regulate distress, improve communication, and increase self-awareness. For clients navigating trauma or relational wounds, I prioritize stabilization and emotional safety before engaging in deeper processing.
I strive to balance warmth with thoughtful directness. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, yet client-paced. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier relational patterns. My focus is not only symptom reduction but sustainable growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
Above all, I aim to create a steady, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Welcome! I'm Jan Quirl.
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards improving your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can promote personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
Hello, my name is Christina and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Killeen, Texas. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Drury University. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Central Texas. I also have a certificate in Chemical Dependency and Addiction. I grew up as a military dependant (Army Brat) and later became a military spouse. I am familiar with military culture and the stresses that being in the military can put on those individuals who are serving plus their families.
Growing up in a diverse military culture has helped me to be an open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, patient, and trauma-informed therapist. I also believe that everyone can benefit from counseling because sometimes life just gets too hard and we need a safe space to retreat, relax and regroup. I have worked with many individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. I would love to help you to navigate through your struggles as well.
Welcome! Are you or a loved one feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to manage the demands of daily life? Many individuals face challenges related to anxiety, depression, burnout, school or work-related stress, parenting pressures, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or low self-confidence. These struggles can affect emotional well-being, focus, and overall quality of life—but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults as they work through life’s challenges and build resilience. Whether you’re managing anxiety, coping with academic or workplace stress, navigating parenting concerns, or working to improve communication and self-worth, my goal is to help you develop practical tools that foster confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.
As a therapist with experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I help clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, manage anxiety, and build healthier coping strategies. I take a personalized approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am a business owner of 25 years and bring firsthand knowledge of workplace stressors, leadership demands, and work-life balance challenges. This perspective allows me to support clients facing professional stress, burnout, and career-related pressures with both clinical insight and real-world understanding.
Your journey toward healing and growth begins with a simple conversation. I invite you to reach out so we can work together to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, relationship issues, communication difficulties, and work or school-related stress—helping you worry less and feel more confident in your daily life.
Welcome to your healing journey! I offer EMDR, IFS, hypnotherapy, yoga, and Jungian based guidance. I support spiritual women in connecting to internal peace, joy, and fulfilment. Drawing on a unique blend of evidence‑based therapy and mindfulness, I’ll guide you through self‑discovery, balance, and the transformation needed to embrace your Authentic Self. As a psychotherapist, and certified yoga teacher who shifted from a successful finance career to follow my life’s calling, I offer a warm, compassionate, and deeply personalized approach to your mental and spiritual well-being.
You will benefit from our sessions if you are: In a dark night of the soul...Going through the motions without direction... Feeling disconnected from your intuition and inner wisdom...Knowing that you are not living up to your full potential... Feeling that you are sabotaging your own progress...Needing guidance to find your direction and life purpose.
I bring 25 years professional work experience and training in the mental health field. The collective hours of listening, connecting and being with people as they go through difficult things and come out the other side better because of it is what I bring to you. I also hold a personal connection with you because of my own healing journey with trauma. I set out every day to be my best and show up for you. That’s my commitment to you.
Everyone has their own unique story and I will work to understand yours.
I work with a variety of people including individuals, couples and families from a wide variety of professions, family situations, race, age and religious affiliations. Some of the issues I have experience and success working with are sexual dysfunction, infidelity, communication issues, trauma, and mental disorders. My approach looks at the entire person and the “system” in and surrounding them. I examine elements of people’s lives like their physical well-being, emotional coping and conflict resolution skills.
We will work together in developing helpful behaviors and collaborate to create a safe place to develop emotional and physical wellness.

Hello,
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience and licensed in Michigan and Texas. I've worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. While I have worked in many areas of mental health, my current emphasis is working with adults, seniors (+65) and college students. My focus is working with those experiencing Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression and career and life transitions.
I specialize in brief collaborative therapy where we look at current issues, how you cope, how you learned the coping skills and alternatives solutions. We will look at your self-care including spirituality and how to improve your self care if needed. Weekly assignment tasks related to your short term goals will be agreed upon. We will work together to learn and understand where you are now and how the past has impacted you. Engaging in therapy can be anxiety provoking, exciting and freeing. If you are willing to work on our mutually agreed upon assignment between our counseling sessions, you will find we make progress.
I worked in criminal justice prior to being licensed in Michigan where I grew up and studied. Upon moving to Chicagoland, I worked 10 years with a crisis response team and an employee assistance program. This is where I learned to develop skills to drill down into client issues and work with the client to reduce discomfort and improve coping skills. Our counseling sessions did not last beyond 6-8 meetings. I moved to Texas in 2003 and since then have continued to work on crisis teams and with military members/spouses on installations. My practice has been focused on supporting couples communications; life transitions including grief/loss, career transitions, parenting skills and integrating/applying client's spiritual practice into every day life.
Clients describe me as safe to talk with about difficult topics; active and contributing to the dialog; creative in opening up behavioral and cognitive options.

Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards I uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of the box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it with a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life may experience a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', or even anxiousness, fatigue, sadness; as if our unique threshold is completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though, with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold to what feels comfortable, interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and leaves us in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
My journey began as a young child whose home was a host of struggles. I have personal insight into what we all experience. Inspired by a helper, I became a psychotherapist, worked in clinical setting, garnered a vast amount of knowledge which helps me to specialize using various modalities of treatment. As a psychotherapist, I hold a high standard for myself and clients, which includes helping those dealing w/depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health and other issues.
Together, we'll identify what's not working, find solutions you may use to form goals without rescripting your life. Respectfully, Monica Pina

Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. With nine years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working extensively in a mental health clinic. My journey as a therapist has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to assist individuals in overcoming challenges and fostering positive change in their lives. I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy works best when clients feel genuinely safe, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged, rushed, or expected to have everything figured out.
My approach is rooted in connection and collaboration. While I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic and nervous-system-informed techniques, and trauma-informed care into my work, I primarily work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I tailor therapy to each individual rather than taking a rigid or one-size-fits-all approach.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, or self-esteem struggles. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning people who are used to carrying a lot internally and are looking for both practical support and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I believe healing often begins with having a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone. My goal is to help clients feel supported while building insight, confidence, emotional resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

I’m a Texas-based therapist who values grit, accountability, and authenticity. Tattoos, metal music, and motorcycle gear are always welcome here. You can’t think your way out of a problem you behaved your way into—let’s start building the toolkit you need to actually change your future.
Are you or a loved one struggling emotionally? A survivor of a traumatic event? Unable to cope? Going through a life change? Grieving? Feeling overwhelmed or “stuck”? Dealing with my many life struggles has motivated me to follow a path to help others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas & Arkansas), and my passion for counseling has proven to be a great step towards helping others redirect and regain control of their lives. Collaborate with me at H.E.A.L. Counseling & Consults to start taking steps to drop some of the things that continue to weigh you down; hence, “it’s not the load that breaks you, but the way you carry it” (Lena Horne).
I offer a direct approach while being nonjudgmental, empathetic, and understanding in order to work jointly with you to help you explore and discover your unknown strengths/potential, learn coping strategies, self-love, stress management, empowerment, inner peace, change and/or healing while providing you with a safe environment to do so. I’ve worked in school, outpatient, and in patient/hospital settings, with individuals, families and groups, and I am open and receptive to those of various ages (children and adults), faiths, ethnicities, sexual orientation and genders.
