I'm Robyn Richardson, and my passion for this work runs deep. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through some of their toughest moments. My heart is especially with those healing from trauma—whether you're a survivor of abuse, navigating recovery, or working to break cycles of generational pain.
I understand that, for many of my clients, privacy, discernment, and a truly bespoke experience are non-negotiable. My practice is intentionally designed to provide a discreet, elevated environment where you can be authentically yourself, away from outside pressures and expectations.
I know that asking for help can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been let down before or spent years learning to manage on your own. But you deserve a space where you can finally exhale. A space where your story is held with care, your pain is taken seriously, and your capacity to heal is never in doubt.
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas and Tennessee, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and uncover strengths as we work together through life’s challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that is as individual as you are. You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to walk alongside you, bringing tools, perspective, and genuine support as we work through whatever you're facing. I don't see myself as the expert in the room — you are.
Life can feel overwhelming when you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or a major change. You may know that something needs to change, but feel unsure about where to begin. I believe meaningful change can happen when you feel heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which can help you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings and actions. I also draw from positive psychology to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Together, we will look at what is getting in your way and develop healthy coping skills that support your goals.
Outside of my practice, I value an active lifestyle and the connection between physical and mental well-being. I believe movement, balance, and self-care can all play a role in overall wellness. My goal is to help you build practical skills that allow you to thrive in everyday life, not simply cope with it.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Tennessee. I received my master's from the University of Tennessee along with a certificate for The Treatment of Trauma. I have been practicing for 8 years. I help people of all ages identify their triggers, process their trauma, and learn healthy coping skills and boundaries and how to improve relationships and self-care.
I have been a therapist for over 25 years with my LCSW and training from the state of Georgia and The University of Georgia. I have my license in the states of Georgia and Tennessee. I enjoy helping patients learn new ways in dealing with their current or past issues. I have trauma training as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy training. I incorporate all of these to help people learn new coping skills and move forward in their lives.
Minds are designed for thinking and it is human nature to make connections with others. I am dedicated to helping a client slow down to contemplate, explore, and become self-aware of their own needs, personal well-being, interests, strengths and how to relate to others. I will help clients create spaces and opportunities to practice emotional regulation, explore difficult situations, provide therapy for previous history of trauma and loss, and begin or continue a healing journey.
My name is David Mancuso, and at the heart of my work is a belief that every person carries an untold story—one shaped by survival, family dynamics, unspoken pain, and the longing to feel whole. I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence in order to function. My approach blends depth-oriented psychotherapy with a direct, grounded style that invites honesty, clarity, and personal evolution.
I draw from years of clinical practice, trauma-informed training, attachment theory, and my own lived experiences navigating complex family systems. Because of that background, I understand what it means to rebuild a self from the inside out. Clients often come to me during moments of transition, emotional exhaustion, identity confusion, or relational upheaval. They stay because our work helps them find their center again.
While I bring a calm and steady presence, I also show up with real engagement. I don’t sit back passively—I’m interactive, reflective, and attuned to the subtle patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Therapy with me is an active process of reconnecting with your original self, strengthening your internal structure, and learning to move through the world with more confidence, emotional clarity, and integrity.
Above all, I care deeply about the people I work with. My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways—so you can step into a more grounded, connected, and empowered version of yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health is influenced by every aspect of your life—your relationships, physical well-being, environment, values, and personal goals. Whether you're a student-athlete striving to perform at your highest level or a professional navigating the demands of a busy career, I provide a supportive space where you can step away from the pressure and focus on yourself.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll address challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, performance concerns, and relationship issues while building resilience, confidence, and effective coping skills. I believe therapy should be personalized, empowering, and focused on helping you create lasting change—not just manage symptoms.
My goal is to help you thrive both personally and professionally by supporting your mental, emotional, and overall well-being so you can perform at your best and live a balanced, meaningful life. I am also currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work (DSW), continuing to build my expertise in advanced clinical practice, leadership, and whole-person care.
