In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session you can expect to tell your story. We will also work together to develop a treatment plan and make a decision on a timeframe to address your concerns. We will also set goals that are realistic, achievable, and in alignment with your desired outcomes.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider my greatest strengths are my empathy, knowledge of treatment models and theories, and my experience in the mental health field.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have engaged in therapy with clients who primarily have trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I have many years of experience providing trauma focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

She seems very genuine and goal oriented. With a plan and knowledge. My last therapist did not provide that. I feel like you are really gonna help me.
