As someone who balances the roles of career woman, wife, and mother, I share the lived experiences of many of my clients.
I strive to destigmatize thoughts related to mental health and counseling. Seeking help does not mean you are "crazy." It simply means you are open to learning new tools and strategies to navigate through life. Let's work together to cultivate a new you!
First session
In the first session I will be gathering information to learn about you and your history. We will review informed consent, practice policies, and develop a treatment plan. You will have the ability to share what you are currently feeling and why you chose to seek mental health services at this time.
Strengths
I pride myself in creating safe spaces for clients to express themselves freely. I am able to empathize and place no judgement on what clients are experiencing. Client reviews have proven my approach promotes consistent and sustainable change.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are the high achieving female who may struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and boundary settings. Many high achievers wear many hats and struggle to balance it all. I believe in promoting self-care to promote a healthy balance. Are you there for everyone else but don't feel comfortable being vulnerable with your friends and family? Allow me to be your safe space to share your inner thoughts and emotions.
