Many of the women I support struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while neglecting their own. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of self, improve communication and boundaries, and develop coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being—not just short-term relief. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a space to slow down and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you. We’ll start with brief introductions and a review of relevant background information, then focus on the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, stressors, and emotional needs, and discuss what support might look like moving forward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how therapy can help and what our work together may focus on in future sessions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and thoughtful. I believe therapy works best when it’s personalized, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. Each client’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique, and our work together is shaped with that in mind.

I work best with individuals who feel stuck in emotional or relational patterns they’ve tried to change on their own. Many of the clients I support struggle with managing strong emotions, navigating conflict, or maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships. Our work together focuses on understanding the root of these patterns and developing tools that support lasting change—not just temporary relief. As a Certified Anger Management Therapist, I also help clients learn healthier ways to express emotions, reduce reactivity, and respond more intentionally in challenging situations. Through therapy, clients often gain greater emotional awareness, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of self-worth. The goal is to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and alignment with who you are and how you want to live.
