Mrs Pittman always provides insights and solutions that I can use not just for the sessions but for the rest of my life. She walks me through the steps to deal with tough situations with also incorporating a touch of humor. She is such a professional.

I found my way to Jarita during a time of uncertainty and confusion. I was battling depression and anxiety, overwhelmed by many challenges in my life. My parents were getting older, and significant changes were unfolding. My dad had cancer, and eventually, my mom passed away. I must say that before my mom's passing, I was in a better place. My therapist is amazing, and I am stable on the medications I need. Overall, my life is getting better. Thank you for your continued support, Jarita!
