About me

I’m a compassionate clinician specializing in women’s mental health, helping clients navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. I meet clients where they are, blending evidence-based approaches with a supportive, client-centered perspective. My goal is to help women process their experiences, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of self so they can thrive in their lives. In short, this reflects my approach and values.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and understand your goals, concerns, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, experiences, and current challenges, and together we’ll begin to identify practical strategies and a plan for moving forward. This session is a safe, supportive space for you to be heard and start your journey toward healing. I come to the table as my authentic self, the women I work with bring 100% to each session and I match it.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that I meet each client where they are with compassion and understanding. I combine evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and grief therapy with a focus on their unique experiences. My goal is to help clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. I meet client's where they are in their growth process. We didn't get here overnight and we can't get to where we are going overnight. However you are taking the first step in your journey because you know something is missing. I'm here to help discover what that is, process it and move along your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to reclaim their lives. They may struggle with past trauma, grief, anxiety, or self-esteem, yet hold a desire for growth and healing. I am best positioned to support women seeking balance, resilience, and a safe space to rediscover their true selves.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT in my practice to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and build practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors. This approach allows clients to recognize the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and empowers them to make meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

I use CBT for suicidal ideation to help clients identify harmful thought patterns, develop crisis safety plans, and build healthier coping strategies. Through structured interventions, I support clients in reducing suicidal thoughts, strengthening problem-solving skills, and increasing hope and resilience

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT in my practice to help clients regulate emotions, improve distress tolerance, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness, and practice mindfulness. By teaching practical skills and offering supportive coaching, I guide clients in managing intense emotions and building healthier relationships

EMDR

I use EMDR in my practice to help clients process traumatic memories, reduce emotional distress, and reframe negative beliefs. Through bilateral stimulation and guided processing, I support clients in moving toward healing, resilience, and improved daily functioning.

Grief Therapy

I use grief therapy to help clients process loss, honor their unique grief journey, and develop healthy coping strategies. I provide a supportive space for exploring emotions, finding meaning, and rebuilding a sense of hope and connection.
