Hello, I'm Kelli Holloway, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee. I specialize in providing compassionate support for individuals navigating a diverse set of challenges, such as sexual and reproductive health, chronic illnesses (including HIV/AIDS), perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, complex trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship dynamics, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My approach is deeply client-centered; I believe you are the expert on your life. I offer attuned collaboration and practical tools to foster healing, self-discovery, and empowerment in a safe, affirming, and individualized therapeutic environment.
The prospect of starting therapy can be daunting, but you don't need to embark on it alone. I provide a compassionate and affirming environment where your narrative is respected and your objectives are central. I am committed to walking alongside you, offering support as you navigate trauma, life transitions, or emotional pain on your path to healing and genuine self-connection.
My greatest strengths as a psychotherapist are rooted in my trauma-informed and deeply client-centered approach. I bring expertise in diverse and often complex concerns, including sexual and reproductive health, chronic illness (HIV/AIDS), perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and complex trauma. A significant strength is my commitment to providing affirming and inclusive care. With over 8 years in the mental health field, I leverage extensive real-world experience to empower clients to heal, build resilience, and foster authentic self-connection within a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
I support individuals facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, perinatal mood disorders, or interpersonal and identity-related stressors. My clients often seek an affirming and understanding therapeutic space, particularly those in the LGBTQIA+ communities or living with HIV/AIDS. They are committed to healing, building resilience, and fostering a deeper connection with themselves, guided by their own goals within a nonjudgmental environment. Leveraging 8 years of mental health experience and advanced training in EMDR and Brainspotting, I provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy. I utilize diverse, evidence-based modalities to promote emotional healing, self-discovery, and overall wellness through individual and group services.

Kelli listens to truly understand. Her calming nature and assistance with reframing what I'm feeling while not invalidating how I'm feeling is truly a blessing. I feel heard and safe expressing what I'm truly experiencing without feeling guilty or embarrassed.

I'm needing more help and just one kind of therapy will not help. Kelli has tons of different modalities she is able to use and that's what made me choose her. Especially knowing that she's skilled in brain spotting and EMDR is a awesome plus and definitely what I need for past trauma.
