Hi! My name is Amanda and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I worked in the addiction field for 4 years. I have worked in the mental health field for seven years. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I love helping people overcome obstacles to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. I myself have dealt with my own personal trauma and I know how hard of a journey it can be. I am a major nerd. I love Marvel, DC, Japanese anime, books, and more. I bring to the table a non-judgmental environment where I hope you can feel at ease and safe.
I am passionate about developing safe, meaningful relationships to help you explore challenging belief systems that may be getting in the way of you becoming and feeling your best self. I have over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults. My passion is helping women through varying life transitions to become overcomers of their circumstances. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, individualized to meet your needs, I can help you transform thought patterns that may be leading to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or that may have resulted from trauma, grief and loss, etc. I enjoy helping women find a work/life balance as well as helping mothers looking to build stronger relationships with their children.
I love building relationships with people; therefore through a strength-based and collaborative approach, we will work together to identify tools that will help improve your ability to communicate with others, strengthen relationships, and build skills.
With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I offer a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy. I’m trained in ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and trauma informed therapy. I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are, while also gently challenging them to grow. I’m deeply committed to being open-minded and accepting of all individuals, and I believe that a little humor makes the process human and meaningful. I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Hello and welcome. It means a lot that you’ve taken this step. Every person carries such a unique story shaped by resilience and strength. Sometimes, those stories can feel heavy or overwhelming, and we may find ourselves needing a space to breathe and process. My hope is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered to heal.
In our work together, I take a compassionate and collaborative approach that meets you where you are, supporting you in working through current challenges while building toward the future that is possible. I typically practice in the Solution-Focused umbrella, incorporating Narrative Therapy into my work. Solution-Focused Therapy helps you identify your strengths and move toward your goals; while Narrative Therapy encourages exploring one’s personal story from the past, separating the individual from their problems, and envisioning how you want your story to continue.
My experience consists of helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. I have taught parenting classes for many years, which allowed me to help parents strengthen their relationships with their children and build more confident, nurturing connections. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the challenges families and individuals face, and reinforced my commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey toward healing and growth.
I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, with 13 of those years dedicated to being a therapist. I am licensed to provide therapy to individuals across the state of Tennessee. It’s truly an honor to support people as they reconnect with themselves, rediscover hope, and move toward healing. Supporting others through life’s challenges is deeply fulfilling work, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be present with you on your journey.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TN with a varied background of experience and knowledge. I love helping clients identify what is holding them back in their lives and work on meeting new challenges with comfort and healing. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable and safe while they share their thoughts and feelings. I am here to be supportive but not tell you have to run your life- that is YOUR decision. I sort through the options, the barriers and the coping strategies available.
I believe in the importance of treating the whole person: body, mind, spirit. My approach is empowering you to make your own decisions, to help you set your own goals and to walk with you on your journey to health.
I specialize in women's issues: self image, hormonal changes, sexual issues including desire issues, pain and trauma. Other issues addressed both male and female: relationships, anxiety, depression, grief & loss.
I want to partner with you on your journey to mental health and wellness.
I have had the privilege of working in the mental health field for 25 years. I am honored when people choose to share their stories with me. I understand that the process of starting therapy can be frightening. We will begin at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I really enjoy helping people struggling with grief/loss, addiction, trauma, perfectionism, shame, depression and anxiety. The need to be seen and heard is a basic human need. I work very hard to create a safe environment for those I serve. Evening and weekend availability.
When you come to me, we will discuss what you want to accomplish by participating in therapy. I do understand that therapy is a financial obligation and will make sure you get the most from your sessions Finances should not prevent a person from getting the help they need.
I often use a Trauma-Informed approach in my practice. In your first session we will take time to get to know one another and as you feel comfortable, I will explore the reasons you have decided to seek treatment. We will go at your pace as I understand there will be parts of your story you are not ready to share until I have earned your trust.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, questioning your identity, or seeking healing from past wounds? Whether you’re a college student stepping into independence and wondering, “Who am I now?”, exploring your sexuality or gender, rethinking beliefs, navigating a major life change, grieving a loss, trying to reconcile your past with your present, or struggling with anxiety, relationships, communication or boundaries, I’m here to help you find clarity, build confidence, and thrive.
I’m passionate about providing a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can explore, heal, and grow. My approach is relational, strengths-focused, and empathetic to empower you to navigate challenges and discover your authentic self, getting to know different parts of you- how they developed, and how they protect, empower, and hold you back.
If you’re ready to explore your identity, heal from past hurts, or navigate life’s challenges with support, I’d love to work with you. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

Hi im Greg Kirkham! Im a licensed therapist, practicing for over 21 years. I specialize in treating trauma. Now, you may be saying “but I don’t have trauma!” Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes and is often not recognized as such, but almost always has a significant impact on someone’s overall mental, physical and emotional health. Trauma also presents in many different forms, including struggles with depression, anxiety and anger management. Over my career I have worked with an array of populations, including children/families, juvenile sex offenders, and even convicts. Hi there! It's so nice to virtually meet you - I don't tend to enjoy small talk and I don't find credentials to be all that interesting (LCSW in TN), so I am going to tell you some facts about myself. I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, so if we have similar interests and/or values, we may be a good fit. Here we go:
- I am an unapologetic Swiftie
- I hand out book recommendations and quotes like they're candy
- I have a deep passion for travel - and especially get a kick out of doing it on a budget
- I am a bit of a personal finance nerd, to the point of getting a certificate in Financial Social Work (that's right- that means we can work on your finances together!)
- I am a big fan of social justice and human rights
- I have two dogs - a chocolate lab and a boxer
- I enjoy getting outdoors and into the backcountry
- I always get my daily dose of reality tv
Here is one of my favorite quotes: "These are the words I want on my gravestone: that I was a helper, and that I danced." Anne Lamott

I’m Jenny, a 44y/o Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience. I grew up in Middle Tennessee, surrounded by animals and Faith. Parents owned veterinary practices, mom served as a youth director, instilling in me a love for animals and a strong Christian Faith.
Married 21 years to a wonderfully supportive husband. Marriage can be challenging, but I believe it’s one of life’s most rewarding journeys when approached with unconditional love and commitment. Together, we’ve weathered highs and lows, and through it all, I’ve learned every challenge is just data and an opportunity for growth. Blessed with two intelligent and vibrant daughters who keep life interesting and continually teach me about resilience, perspective, and love.
Since early teen, I’ve been “go-to” person for friends and family during struggles, which inspired my passion for counseling. Hold Bachelor’s in Psychology from UTK, and Master’s in Counseling and Human Development.
I’ve worked in diverse mental health settings, including women’s prisons, crisis units, inpatient, outpatient, substance abuse, and private practice. These experiences have equipped me to work with a diverse range of clients and issues. Rest assured—nothing you share will shock me! I believe you are your own best counselor and know yourself best. My role is to guide you, provide reassurance, and equip you with tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Ready to embrace growth and find your balance? I’d be honored to support you on this journey!
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Tennessee. I received my Masters from the Howard University and have been practicing for 5 years. My focus is on helping clients manage stress, anxiety, and identity development while encouraging them to live authentically and in alignment with their core values. Through our work together, I aim to create a safe and empowering space for personal growth and resilience.
At Forest Path Therapy Group, my work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling understood. You don’t need to have the “right words,” a clear plan, or everything neatly sorted out before you start therapy. You can show up exactly as you are — overwhelmed, hopeful, uncertain, exhausted, curious — and we’ll begin from there.
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma‑informed, relational, and grounded in evidence‑based practices. I focus on creating a space that feels steady, compassionate, and attuned to your needs, while also offering structure and guidance when you want it. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your lived experience; I bring clinical expertise and a calm, grounded presence. We work side‑by‑side — not from a place of judgment or pressure, but from a shared commitment to your growth. Whether you’re taking your first step into therapy or returning after time away, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
I bring 6 years of experience working in community mental health with children, adolescents, and adult. Clients often describe me as calm, steady, and deeply collaborative. I believe people heal in relationships where they feel understood, respected, and empowered. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You just have to show up as you are.
As a counselor, I bring over two decades of trauma-informed, emotionally intelligent, and spiritually grounded care to the people I serve. My approach blends evidence-based modalities with deep compassion, helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate stress, pain, and life transitions. I guide clients in understanding their patterns, strengthening their inner resources, and developing practical tools for healing. The impact of our work together is often a renewed sense of clarity, resilience, and self-trust-empowering clients to move forward with greater emotional health and a stronger connection to themselves.
It’s my honor to walk with my client through some of the darkest times in their lives. We will work together to find hope and healing!

Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory.
Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Encouraging – Support that helps you feel capable, validated, and motivated to change.

Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be.
As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience helping clients. I am a proud ‘Appalachian-American’ that was born and raised deep in the mountains of Upper Northeast TN.
Although many of my personal life experiences are about what one would expect of someone growing up in East TN (cue banjo music🪕 ), my work experiences have been vastly different. I have been fortunate to get to work with individuals from all walks of life. I have worked with clients from preschool to post retirement. Thanks to the internet I have been able to help individuals across the globe, from various cultures, diverse religious beliefs, race, gender spectrums, socioeconomic status, etc. One thing I have learned in my work with all of these individuals is that although each of their stories are unique, ultimately, they all seek/want the same core things. I think much of my success in working with a wide assortment of clients is that I attempt to be open, understanding, curious and cultivate a nonjudgmental atmosphere for our sessions. The working relationship between a therapist and their client is a key factor to client’s achieving treatment goals.

Hello, I am Stormy
I can help you feel empowered to reach your goals, make changes that you want in your life, recover from trauma, anxiety, and depression, and manage life stress. I use a person-centered approach, which focuses on you as a whole person and the individual needs that you have.
I have been working in community mental health for almost 10 years. I have a Ph.D. in community psychology and am a licensed counselor. I have been practicing counseling since 2016, and I have provided virtual counseling since 2019. I have experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and scary. I will be here to work with you through those feelings and provide you with an environment that is safe and compassionate.
I’m someone who understands how overwhelming it can feel to be caught in life’s in-between space, whether it’s the end of a relationship, the shift in a friendship, or the uncertainty of what comes after graduation. I work with adults who are often relied upon by others but sometimes struggle to support themselves.
As a therapist and thought partner, I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into our work. I believe therapy is a place where you can take off the mask, slow down, and reconnect with who you are outside of expectations and pressure. My role is to walk alongside you as you process the past, make sense of where you are now, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Welcome! I'm Melissa. Do you feel anxious, troubled, or unhappy most days? Do you simply want someone to listen, understand, and help? I'm in recovery for alcohol use disorder and am a combat veteran. I've had to learn coping skills or lose everything. I understand anxiety and depression, which helps me provide a compassionate, collaborative, and grounded approach.
I specialize in helping individuals develop coping skills that can be used in real-time to alleviate negative moods and improve daily functioning. Whether you're facing a major life transition or seeking to learn coping skills, I'm here to walk with you through the process. Healing isn't linear, and therapy should be tailored to your unique goals and strengths.
I can help you better understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors: "What makes you tick?"
Together, we can identify negative thinking and reshape it in a way that changes how you feel. I can help you challenge negative thoughts and identify more helpful/realistic thoughts. This will help you better enjoy your life because you will view it more positively.
We'll create long-term change with tools such as quick and easy mental exercises. I also integrate journaling, mindfulness exercises, and stress-reduction techniques to support positive outcomes. Together, we can identify healthy coping skills that actually work. You deserve a life that brings you contentment and joy. Let's work together on this journey of healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy to adults, couples, and teens. My work primarily focuses on helping clients understand and navigate the effects of trauma, chronic stress, and overwhelming life experiences. As a military spouse, I have firsthand insight into the impact of prolonged uncertainty, transitions, and cumulative stress, which informs my compassionate and grounded approach to care.
I draw from evidence-based, trauma-focused approaches to support clients in building emotional regulation, increasing self-awareness, and restoring a sense of safety and stability. Many of the clients I work with experience anxiety, relationship difficulties, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or patterns shaped by past trauma. Therapy is collaborative and paced intentionally, allowing clients to engage in the process without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with children and adolescents. Today, I primarily support adults and couples while continuing to work with teen clients. This background allows me to consider how early experiences, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics can influence present-day functioning and relationships.
I am committed to creating a supportive and respectful therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences, develop practical coping skills, and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
