As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.
Jasmina uses an eclectic, client-centered approach, recognizing that every person’s experiences and needs are unique. Hi! My name is Daryll, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I strive to create a therapeutic space in which every client can feel truly, deeply seen and feel completely understood without fear of judgment. Empathy and acceptance are of utmost importance to me. As Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” In a world where relationships are becoming more and more difficult, it is my mission to create an absolutely safe space for clients to be completely honest with themselves so that they can develop a deep level of self-acceptance and self-respect. When you feel totally accepted and valued exactly as you are, you can start to move towards living your life as your best self. Together, we can deconstruct the pieces holding you back. I am honored to sit with you in whatever darkness you are experiencing, and to hold space with you and hold hope for you, while we work together towards the life of peace and balance that is waiting for you. We are all meant to live a life of joy and integration, and that is absolutely possible if we are willing to put in the work to get there.

Hello!
My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa.
Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort?
I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
Dawn Seeburger completed her master’s degree in School Counseling with licensure at
Kutztown University. She has been practicing for over 10 years and is knowledgeable and confident in her work. With younger clients, she utilizes an interactive play therapy-based approach which includes games, sand tray, artwork, etc.
CBT and psychoeducation is also included during sessions. Dawn works with all ages from as young as 3 years old. Typically, she incorporates family members, when possible to help families improve relationships and make positive changes. If your child is struggling in the school environment, Dawn can help work through this and also collaborate with the teacher to develop a positive plan for success in the classroom.
Dawn also works with adult clients to resolve life stressors and reduce anxiety. She takes a very individualized approach and provides a listening ear and interactive feedback.

Hi there,
I’m Elizabeth, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults. I’m passionate about helping people navigate challenges, break through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and create meaningful change. Through our work together, we will explore the thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Rather than trying to push away or change difficult thoughts and feelings, we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with them, so they feel more manageable and less able to hold you back from living a life that feels meaningful to you.
