I am a Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist with 23 years of counseling experience with adults of all ages, from late-adolescence and across the lifespan.
My practice focuses on helping individuals develop personally meaningful ways of navigating anxiety and depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, time-of-life transitions, and identity development. These therapeutic partnerships often involve identity-affirming explorations of racial, ethnic, LGBTQIA, and neuro-diversity matters within clients’ lives.
I strive to help individuals feel deeply regarded as I support clients in exploring their experiences of self-worth, hope, flexibility, and compassion toward themselves and with others. What keeps a person stuck within struggles and what inner strengths are beacons for positive growth and change? Clients and I collaborate through curiosity and creativity, as we seek to identify clients' strengths and their inner resources (so often already there, but not yet acknowledged) for navigating life's really tough moments.
I utilize a humanistic, strengths-based style while drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative techniques as I support clients' development of self-worth, flexibility, and self-compassion. We work toward positive growth and change and toward the development of nourishing, supportive relationships.

Relationships are an important of who we are and how we make sense of our world, and helping individuals experience the relationships they want is a value of mine. This value has lead to pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology and thus far eight years of experience as a therapist. Throughout my training and career, I've always gravitated towards working with couples and helping individuals strengthen their relationships. I've especially appreciated working with couples of different backgrounds including faith, gender identity, sexual identity, relationship structure, and ethnicity. Common concerns in a couples session are: conflict resolution, difficulty communicating needs, and sexual intimacy.

Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness.
In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
Hi there, I am Rachel a licensed clinical social worker and therapist.
Are you struggling to figure out the solution to your internal conflicts, but don’t know where to begin?
You don’t like the way things are going, but have fallen into the cultural norm of just pushing through?
Do you feel like you’re “just present” or on autopilot?
Do you struggle to be intentional? Maybe it’s sleep deprivation from being awake all night with your newborn, the stress of your career is keeping you awake or even the struggle of balancing life, as they say “life keeps life-ing.”
Let’s talk about it…
My area of expertise includes pregnancy and postpartum support, conception, birth trauma, and loss. In addition, I work with clients experiencing fluctuating self-esteem, imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety and emotions surrounding intergenerational mobility (change in socioeconomic status/income) and generational trauma.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I am committed to guiding you through life's challenges. I enjoy creating a therapeutic space without judgment and I utilize a conversation-based method to build therapeutic rapport. Are you struggling with relationship issues or coping with anxiety? Do you have ADHD, depression, or facing significant life stressors or changes? I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
