Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over six years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!

My name is MaryAnn Emmerling and I have been a therapist for many years, working with adults who have a variety of emotional symptoms. I am experienced in helping people with trauma, anxiety and panic, depression, relationships as well as childhood abuse. I also have worked with people who have family issues, work stress and relationship conflicts. I have a master’s degree in counseling, am licensed and I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Many people feel unsure or self conscious about therapy, which leaves them struggling in silence. You deserve to be heard, understood, and supported. No one should have to cope alone. The type of therapy I offer depends on your own individual needs. Often called Eclectic or Integrative, this type of therapy is tailored to your specific issues. Let's work together to find the answers you need to live a better life!

Life doesn’t come with a manual—and when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, it can be hard to know where to turn. I’m Daniel Snock, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and a bit of humor. I offer virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania, meeting you where you are—literally and emotionally. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to support you in making real, lasting changes. Whether you're facing anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, burnout, or something harder to name, we’ll work together to make sense of it. In our sessions, you can expect real talk, practical tools, and a safe space to be fully yourself. We'll face the hard stuff, but we’ll also laugh, reflect, and build something better. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. If you're ready to show up for yourself, I’m ready to walk alongside you.

I help professionals in recovery who are carrying more than anyone realizes. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who have spent years holding everything together on the outside while privately struggling with alcohol, substances, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or burnout. They’re people who have been depended on—at home, at work, and in their families—and they’re tired of performing, hiding, or white-knuckling their way through life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience in addiction recovery, trauma, and life transitions, I bring a grounded, practical, and compassionate approach. My work is deeply influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based living, and helping clients build a life that feels aligned rather than pressured or chaotic. I understand that asking for help—especially as a professional—comes with unique challenges: reputation concerns, workplace stress, perfectionism, shame, fear of consequences, and relationships strained by years of coping alone. My role is not to judge or lecture, but to offer a private, steady space where you can talk openly, regain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life. Whether you’re navigating early sobriety, long-term recovery, career demands, relationship stress, or a sense that you’ve lost yourself, I’m here to walk with you—not as an authority figure, but as someone who respects the courage it takes to show up. If you’re ready for therapy that’s confidential, respectful, and tailored to the realities of being a professional in recovery, I’d be honored to support you.

Welcome! I'm Rochelle, I am glad you have taken a moment for yourself, to explore therapy and how it could help in your wellness journey. Things seem so hard right now; the world seems to be a different place and it feels like we are more isolated and disconnected. The struggles with anxiety and depression seems to be greater. Those who have had traumatic events in their life are dealing with the impact of those wounds with increased intensity. Individuals who are going through life transitions are finding it difficult to navigate the changes that result. Therapy can be a wonderful tool to help manage these challenges and feeling better. It can provide you with information to gain perspective and help you make better decisions, teach you skills to cope, manage depression and anxiety; process the traumatic events and support you in moving with the changes. Therapy can be so helpful but at the same time a hard step to take, I know I have been there and worked with others who have had hesitation, but if you are here, checking it out it might be worth the next step.

I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

The most rewarding circumstances for me are helping clients to reclaim their strengths and their story, while working towards fostering a healthy environment of love and acceptance for their selves. While my experiences have been largely based on trauma throughout my career, I am open to all clients and enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds and circumstances. :)

Dawn Seeburger completed her master’s degree in School Counseling with licensure at Kutztown University. She has been practicing for over 10 years and is knowledgeable and confident in her work. With younger clients, she utilizes an interactive play therapy-based approach which includes games, sand tray, artwork, etc. CBT and psychoeducation is also included during sessions. Dawn works with all ages from as young as 3 years old. Typically, she incorporates family members, when possible to help families improve relationships and make positive changes. If your child is struggling in the school environment, Dawn can help work through this and also collaborate with the teacher to develop a positive plan for success in the classroom. Dawn also works with adult clients to resolve life stressors and reduce anxiety. She takes a very individualized approach and provides a listening ear and interactive feedback.

Hello! My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa. Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort? I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!

Hi, I'm Dr. Ryan Buhite. First and foremost, I am a husband and a father. I received my Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) from Wright State University in 2007 and have been Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Psychology since 2014. I'm from a small, rural Pennsylvania town where I learned the value of faith, service to others, community, and hard work on my grandfather's dairy farm. I am passionate about helping others grow and change. Following graduate school, I served in the United States Air Force as a clinical psychologist, treating clients, consulting with leadership, and training young clinicians. While I have experience working with many different clinical concerns, I specialize with veterans, those with anxiety and depression, trauma, and men's issues. I'm a "down-to-earth" person who enjoys getting to know people. I find great meaning and purpose in collaborating with others to better understand their problems and how to address them, according to their values.
