I have been practicing for 9 years and enjoy working with people from all different walks of life. I'm passionate about helping people live an authentic life and learn skills to manage their mental health. I enjoy creativity and getting outdoors. I try to include elements of these into therapy as all areas of our health are interconnected. I use a variety of approaches while keeping the client in the center. Some of these approaches include CBT and ACT while keeping a trauma informed perspective. I enjoy grief work and helping people process through this challenging time.

My name is Dr. Arnold Tilden and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Early on, we will set goals for our counseling and regularly check our progress. We work as partners in reaching our goals. My approach, although eclectic, is influenced by Albert Ellis and his Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy or REBT. The central concept is that our thinking (Rational) influences our emotions (Emotive), which drives or behavior.

I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy (CRT) for individuals managing chronic pain, traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), and cognitive challenges, as well as aging adults with or without these concerns.
My approach emphasizes taking a realistic and compassionate look at pain, memory issues, and other related symptoms, helping clients understand their experiences without fear or avoidance. Together, we develop a personalized plan that acknowledges these challenges while focusing on building resilience, improving cognitive and emotional functioning, and creating a meaningful, fulfilling life. My research focuses on women’s health, autonomy, and decision-making in medical, relational, and workplace contexts. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges that often arise in their mid-20s to mid-30s, including relationship concerns, career stress, life transitions, and questions about identity and purpose.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs. I believe meaningful change comes from a combination of self-awareness, personal growth, and practical support. In addition, I have experience in community mental health, behavioral health rehabilitative services (restructured as IBHS), and university/research settings. I am also a licensed attorney; however, my sole focus is on psychotherapy. Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Pennsylvania. I obtained my Master’s degree from Carlow University and have been working in this field for five years. My focus is to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship challenges, guiding them towards reaching their maximum potential. In addition, I have experience working with individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, and I maintain a strong cultural awareness during counseling sessions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and complex life challenges through structured and effective therapeutic approaches.
I specialize in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-focused therapeutic interventions. These modalities allow me to support clients in developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and processing traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, where each individual’s experiences and goals guide the therapeutic process. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a telehealth practice licensed in Pennsylvania and Virginia, and over 23 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, teen and adults. . My work blends talk therapy with somatic practices, self-compassion, mindfulness, and pattern-tracing to help you better understand yourself and what keeps you stuck. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles of self-doubt and overthinking. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools that support real, lasting change.
I also help clients gently connect how past experiences may still be impacting present-day emotions, relationships, and self-worth, while building a more grounded and compassionate relationship with themselves.

If you feel stuck in patterns you know aren’t good for you—but can’t seem to break—you’re not alone. Maybe your mind won’t shut off. I help people understand why this happens and, more importantly, how to actually change it. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in mental health, including private practice, substance use, and online therapy.

My goal isn’t just for you to feel better in session—it’s for you to leave with the ability to stay better. Therapy should be active and purposeful.
While processing is important, real change happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone and stay accountable to your growth. "True success is the predictable result of hard work, patience, sacrifice & learning put into practice everyday." - Unknown
Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
My counseling style is empathic and conversational, grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We'll incorporate your experiences, feelings, and values into a meaningful life story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, and evidence-based strategies while allowing space for rediscovery, growth, and repair.
I specialize in depression, self-esteem, substance use and misuse, men's mental health, and relationship issues. Relationships are often the most important things in our lives, and all treatment holds this at its core. When we pursue change, we strengthen our relationships and become better partners, parents and friends.
I strive to meet the client where they're at and tailor the approach based on their needs. My style is empathic and supportive. We will figure out where and how you'd like to make changes, uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, and do the rewarding work of letting go of the things that aren't working for you anymore.
I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.

I have a great memory, I am engaging, and I like to think I also make therapy fun! If you feel like we might be a good fit, why not give meeting with me a try? If we aren't the right fit, no worries. My name is Marian Robinson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia with over 20 years of professional mental health experience. I have experience in helping clients with low motivation, relationship issues (individual), self-esteem and confidence, career difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and end of life issues. I take an eclectic, person-centered approach, CBT and psychodynamic approach where you are in the driver seat in your own recovery. I am here to support you in that process and will meet you where you’re at, without judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I would be proud to help you get started.
I'm Jaycie Jabco, LPC. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relational challenges. But I'm also a real person, living and breathing this crazy life alongside you. I'm certified in Trauma- Focused CBT. You don't have to wait until you're falling apart to deserve help. If anxiety or depression is affecting your ability to feel joy, rest, connection, or peace-it's enough.
I believe that true well-being is achieved through an Acceptance and Commitment towards Change. My practice, ACC LLC, takes a holistic, person-centered approach to address mental health and behavioral concerns. After over 20 years dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and groups, my goal remains simple: to empower and assist you in healing through the natural, yet often challenging, process of change.
You are not alone in this journey. Help is only a phone call away.
