Hi everyone! My name is Amy.
Everyone experiences life differently, and at times, trying to figure out how to handle these experiences can become overwhelming. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where I can assist you in processing and gaining control of your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and lifestyle balance. I empower people to overcome the burden of anxiety.
I am interested in working with teenagers and adults. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, behavioral issues, anger management, relationship problems, life transitions, stress management, and behavioral activation/motivation. In session, we will learn to identify how our thinking affects our feelings and actions. My role is to challenge you and teach you how to help yourself. My goal is to give you realistic tools to cope with stressors and form a healthy relationship with yourself and the people in your life.
I have over twenty years of experience as a licensed social worker working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. I have worked in public schools, community agencies, psychiatric hospitals, and in outpatient therapy. I obtained my bachelors and masters degree in social work from the University of Akron and am a licensed clinical social worker with the State of Pennsylvania and am licensed in Ohio as well.
Do you feel stuck in overthinking, anxiety, or constant worry—even when things “should” be fine? Or like you’re carrying stress all the time and can’t fully shut your mind off? I provide a supportive, affirming space to help you slow down, feel understood, and start feeling more grounded again.
I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected—especially during life transitions, relationship stress, or seasons of burnout. Therapy with me is a place to sort through what’s been weighing on you and build practical tools you can actually use in real life.
With couples, I help partners improve communication, break out of repeating cycles, and rebuild emotional safety, trust, and connection. I work with both heterosexual and LGBTQ+ couples, and I prioritize creating a space where each person feels heard and respected.
With individuals, I support clients who want to manage anxiety, reduce rumination, strengthen boundaries, and feel more confident in their decisions and relationships. My style is supportive, honest, and collaborative—focused on insight and progress.
If you’re ready to feel more clear, steady, and in control of your life and relationships, I’d be glad to work with you.

Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.

Hi, I'm Hannah. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I'd like to work together if you think we'd be a good fit. In my practice, I work with clients to explore the roots of such issues as family, grief, stress, anxiety, relationships and health conditions.
Together, we’ll look at the coping skills that once helped but may no longer serve you and identify the triggers and patterns keeping you stuck. We’ll consider how your past and present interactions shape your experiences today.
I like to look at strengths and put you at the center of your story while staying true to my feminist and LGBTQ-affirming values. I’m an active, engaged therapist—warm, accessible, and not afraid to bring humor into the room when it’s helpful. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where we can explore your story with curiosity and care, and where growth feels possible.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space, it's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you. We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.
I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognzing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
Thanks for visiting, my name is Ashley. Do you often feel conflicted or dissatisfied with your position in life? I enjoy helping others to discover their core values and beliefs so they are better able to build a life they feel at peace with. Congratulations on taking the courageous first step of seeking out a therapist. It is an act of bravery and courage to explore what is impacting you or your child. I work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, caregivers, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and have dedicated much of my career to serving those who have experienced high levels of stress and trauma in both personal and professional settings.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), interpersonal therapy, and couples counseling.
Having worked closely with veterans and first responders throughout my career, I understand the unique challenges they face—including PTSD, moral injury, burnout, and the impact of service on personal relationships. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
I am a licensed therapist with 8 years experience supporting individuals with navigating the day-to-day and life transitions in the midst of experiencing anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I utilize talk therapy and operate from a person-centered approach to help form a trusting relationship where you feel safe and comfortable opening up. I like to consider my approach to therapy eclectic. Each person has different needs and what works for one does not work for all. I like to be creative with each of my clients and find the treatment modality that will work best for them and their situation. I personally have struggled with my own anxiety and panic attacks since I was a child. This is what led me to want to be a therapist to help others.
I am an LPC with 17 years of experience and just love what I do. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and low self-esteem. I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation

I am a licensed psychologist with many years of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have had success using CBT to treat anxiety, panic, anger issues, insomnia, and chronic pain. Treatment is goal oriented, skill based, and backed by research.
I think that it is very important to learn to judge yourself and the world less harshly. I believe that our unrealistic thoughts and expectations are major contributors to our discontent. I have found that some of the concepts of Eastern and Stoic philosophy can help put our lives into better perspective.
I particularly like the aspects of psychology that are based on science. As a field, we know a lot about how people learn and how early experience shapes our current moods and behavior. I also like to incorporate current ideas in neurology and physiology that support behavior change.

In a safe, person-centered environment, you will be guided with compassion and respect as you explore your unique path to growth. This process is about your empowerment and strength. Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
I have 20 years of experience working as a clinician. In my practice, I am an empathetic therapist who has successfully treated both adults and couples. I use an eclectic approach and employ different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Motivational Interviewing. I believe that in order for therapy to be successful the therapist must build a relationship of trust with their clients
I am a psychotherapist who works with a diverse population of people. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to assist them in achieving their therapy goal(S). My treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy approaches. Although I used these modalities, I do not use a one size fits all approach. I am a think-out-of-the-box clinician that will often challenge clients to try approaches that may be out of their comfort zone. Some examples of my experience include working with individual clients on developing skills in coping with mental health conditions/diagnosis, life stress, finding balance, and improving self-esteem. Although I use these approaches, my clients tell me it feels like we are having a conversation as opposed to feeling like they are in a therapy session. I have a specialization in working with Veterans, LGBTQI, men, and people of color populations. However, I work with all people who are seeking mental health services. I am licensed in DC (LICSW), VA (LCSW), MD (LCSW-C), and PA (LCSW). I have BS in Human Ecology, BA in Humanities from The Ohio State University, MSW from San Jose State University and Post Masters fellowship in mental health from Stanford University.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Ashley Bryan (Grace Be Mental Health Founder) Bio
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with 18 years of professional work experience. In May 2023, I completed my studies at the University of Miami, and was awarded a Doctor of Education Degree (Ed. D.). I currently work in private practice and teaching as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Work at Shippensburg University, where I am also an alumuni (BSW, 2003). I hold a Masters in Social Work from Temple University (MSW, 2016). Additionally, a Masters of Arts in Community Psychology and Social Change (MA, 2012). I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I am biracial so practicing cultural awareness and competency, comes naturally. I am a cancer survivor (sarcoma) and chronic pain fighter (endometriosis and PCOS), with professional experience in healthcare so case management and patient advocacy are additional skills used in the therapeutic approach. Serving adults and seniors.
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist who helps individuals untangle anxiety, heal from trauma, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work gently but effectively to help them regain clarity, reduce emotional intensity, and create meaningful change.
My Approach
I draw from evidence-based and holistic modalities including:
EMDR for trauma healing and emotional processing
Attachment-focused therapy to explore relational patterns
DBT skills, including ABC PLEASE, for emotional regulation
Mindfulness and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body
Supportive counseling to offer grounding, guidance, and validation
My goal is to help you understand your story, break unhelpful patterns, and build the confidence and calm you’ve been working toward.
What We Can Work On Together
Anxiety, overthinking, and burnout
Trauma, childhood wounds, and stuck memories
Self-esteem, confidence, and identity
Relationship patterns & boundaries
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Healing from family conflict or feeling “not enough”
What Sessions Feel Like
You can expect a space that is:
Compassionate
Non-judgmental
Structured when you need it
Flexible when you need room to breathe
Always centered on your pace and needs
Our work will focus on understanding where you’ve been, what you’re carrying, and what you want your life to feel like moving forward.
A message to potential clients
You don’t have to sort everything out on your own anymore. Healing is possible, and you deserve support that truly fits you. If you’re ready to begin—or simply curious about what therapy could look like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
