I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

If you’ve ever felt like the weird friend or been met with stunned silence after dropping some blunt commentary and cynical humor—welcome home. You’ve officially found your place.
You may be starting to figure out that adulthood is rarely the clean, linear journey we were promised. When dating, relationships, career, marriage, or kids, don't go according to plan, it can leave you feeling at times lost and uncertain about your future (especially when it feels like everyone around you has it all figured out). Whether you are navigating the identity shifts of your twenties, the burnout of your thirties and forties, or redefining your purpose later in life, your complexity is welcome here.
My style combines deep clinical expertise with real-talk human connection. I bridge the gap between structured trauma healing and deep-dive self-discovery by integrating EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and Jungian shadow work to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface. I also specialize in psychedelic and ketamine-assisted therapies for women ready to break through stubborn patterns. I leave the sterile, blank-stare vibe at the door: my approach is direct, exceptionally warm, and grounded in wit. Bring your unfiltered thoughts and most chaotic weeks into this room—we will face them head-on, with equal parts science and soul.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree.
I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.
As a clinician, my objective with you is simple--to help you understand how to prioritize yourself without guilt. In my sessions we explore the root causes of your self-abandonment, self-sabotage, and self-betrayal. From that root, we identify the repeating patterns that have arrested your emotional investment in yourself, your wellness, and your needs. We use all of that information to disrupt the behaviors that you've learned to keep you hushed, compliant and overlooked. Being able to name your emotions, your needs, and your experiences--whether they be anxiety, depression, life transitions & adjustments, dating--all of them require understanding how to identify, express, confront and process your emotions. In my practice, we don't just talk about your emotions and trauma--we do something about them.
I’m Dr. Terry Matz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience serving military Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. As both a former Army Behavioral Health Officer and seasoned civilian therapist, I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, depression, and life transitions using evidence-based therapies like CBT and supportive approaches. I aim to provide a compassionate, culturally competent space where healing, growth, and resilience are possible.
I am a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Case Western Reserve and have been practicing for 8 years. I am committed to empower and help people heal to become their best selves. I help young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. My counseling style is a warm and interactive approach focusing on ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals.
Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.

Ciara uses the 7 dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational) to help clients identify their needs and assists them in creating goals that will empower them to bring about significant positive life changes.
Ciara’s therapeutic style is focused on engaging in active listening and providing empathy as well as a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to share their concerns. Ciara’s goals are: to help clients understand their feelings, discuss psychosocial factors that have contributed to their wellness and mental health, and explore their options for addressing their presenting problems, including discussing the potential outcomes of their choices.
I have over a decade of experience working with people as they navigate life transitions. I understand struggling and feeling overwhelmed, and believe that adding support and guidance can help alleviate life's stressors.
I've worked multiple years as a therapist in a community mental health center, a partial hospitalization program, and a nursing home. I try to understand where you are starting and where you are trying to go. I believe that there is value in humor, storytelling, and understanding different perspectives.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. As a wife, mother, and therapist, I understand how easy it can be to put everyone else's needs before your own.
I specialize in supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship challenges, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at NYU with a multi-state virtual practice. I take a deeply individualized approach to addressing the problems that you want to change, so we can figure out together the best way forward. Most of my training is based on the Cognitive Behavioral Model in which I will help you try out dozens of different therapy tools to find out the perfect combination that works for you. I am also a firm believer that our mind does not exist independently of our body, and caring for our body is a foundation for good mental health.
