Over the past 17 years as a therapist, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping clients find and fulfill their personal and professional goals. Here’s a detailed description of the methods and principles I’ve employed to facilitate this journey. Establishing a strong therapeutic and trusting relationship is foundational in therapy. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings. By actively listening and showing empathy, I help clients feel understood and valued encouraging openness and honesty and by collaborative goal setting I work closely with clients to help identify their goals. I also guide clients through self-assessments to help them articulate their desires and aspirations. I have successfully guided countless clients in finding and fulfilling their goals, helping them navigate their unique journeys with confidence.
Being a therapist has seemed like a natural progression for me. I have always been able to easily relate to others and meet them where they are. I have taken my own struggles and used them to help make myself stronger and be able to gain insight into how to help others who may be struggling. I think anyone can benefit through the self-exploration that comes with therapy. I find it rewarding to see the progress people are capable of and to help them see the progress themselves.
I have many years of experience working with children and families as well as adults and couples. I have worked with individuals and families with children as young as 3 with a variety of concerns. I am a trauma-informed therapist who is trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy to treat PTSD symptoms. I am trained in different approaches. I have experiencing with LGBTQIA individuals. Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania and I have been working as a therapist for 19 years now. I work with all ages, but primarily adolescents and older when using a telehealth platform. I work with those with mental health diagnoses, substance use/dependence disorders, as well as dual diagnosis. I help people explore challenges in their lives and learn how to cope in a healthy manner while learning about themselves and embracing and loving who they are, flawed and all.
“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”

Hi! I'm Jen Tucker, a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about serving others. I'm a military veteran and a military spouse. I'm also a wife, mom, and grandmother. I've been through a lot in my life. Most of you have too. After all, you find yourself here looking for something.
It is my firm belief that each and every one of us has tremendous potential. We all have unique talents and skills, honed and sharpened through our life experiences. These experiences, while crucial to shaping us, can also leave us hurt, confused, numb, or insecure. That is where therapy can help.
Throughout my counseling career, I have had the privilege of being able to walk beside clients as they process the past, learn to be comfortable in the present, and get excited for the future. I am certified in trauma and treat clients with a wide range of concerns. Whether you feel ready to dive into therapy, or you are just contemplating the idea, I'd love to hear from you.
I am currently accepting video clients for individual therapy.
If you aren't ready to make contact, I have some resources available for self-reflection. Check out my blog at NotWavingButDrowning.org or my TikTok @MHMinute, where you'll find videos on a variety of mental health topics.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck show up with more clarity, confidence, and calm—especially in their relationships and day-to-day life. My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work, using IFS-informed therapy and, when desired, spiritual coaching. Whether you're navigating stress, setting boundaries, or healing old patterns, I create a space where your growth, faith, and voice are all welcome.

Life rarely comes with a roadmap, and lately, just getting through your daily checklist might feel like an uphill battle. Maybe you are constantly doubting yourself, feeling hijacked by anxiety, or realizing that the way you’ve been coping with stress or anger just isn't working anymore.
If you are a teenager, college student, adult, or an exhausted parent trying to handle a massive life transition by trial and error, I want you to know two things: your feelings make complete sense, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself.

Hi, I’m George. I’m not just a mental health therapist, but a health therapist. Mind and body are always connected, so I use an integrative approach to help people achieve wellness both mentally and physically. Are you depressed and also have chronic pain? Or feel overly anxious and have stomach issues? Or do you have PTSD and can’t sleep at night? These pairings are actually the norm rather than the exception. I’m here to treat all of you, the parts that everyone sees and the parts where you suffer alone.
My approach is judgment-free. No matter how much you are weighed down by pain, fear, or sadness, there is beauty inside you, so let’s treat your wounds and amplify your natural strengths to help you reach your goals.
I will listen to your story and validate your struggle. I will also challenge you when needed to clarify your thinking, improve daily habits, regulate your emotions, and mend strained relationships. I use whatever tools are needed to help you find peace, whether it’s traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, humor, storytelling, or getting outdoors in nature, together we will find what works best for you.

Hi, I'm Lauren Sileski, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I have a lot of experience working with students and parents and view clients through a holistic lens. Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.

More specifically, I've supported clients regarding Relationship and Work-related Anxiety, Burnout Body Image Issues, Emotional Eating, Life Purpose and Career Change, and Developing Self-Confidence.
I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. Early in my career, I worked as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigate the path toward adulthood while also managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting adults as they navigate life stressors including work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, and life changes.
Hi there, I'm Kate. Do you find yourself struggling to manage daily life and relationships because of anxiety, OCD, depression, and/or trauma? Do you often feel alone and that no one understands you or your struggles?
I see you.
My concentration is working with adolescents and adults living with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder. Treatment is individualized and adapted to each individual client and concern. We will work together using evidenced-based techniques practicing an integrative approach including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies to help you achieve your goals.
My current certifications include Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-II (CCTP-II). I also have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and phobias through the use of ERP and CBT (Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Please note, I am currently working toward certification in EMDR and attend regular consultation.
My goal is for you to learn the skills necessary to work me out of a job. Let's get to work!
